The President, Secretary & assistant secretary own so many restricted shares that is very rare to find in the whole of OTC insiders owning so many restricted shares! I defeat anyone to name me even one ticker where a President & Secretary & assistant secretary owns so many shares!

From latest financial filings of 08/29/2021 Quarterly Report - Amended 2q 2021 see link below; 31.889 billion of the 36.849 billion outstanding shares are owned by the president, another 1.875 billion are owned by the secretary; and 375,000,000 owned by the assistant secretary. So in total 34.139B of the 36.849B are owned by insiders. And all restricted shares! The float as of August 16,2021 is only
2.145 billion pretty low and that's what really counts. Note on OTC the restricted shares count & unrestricted are noted as not available but we can deduce from the financial filing that it's 34.139B for restricted & 2.71B for unrestricted. Go $DRGV
