Did that make you feel better to write that.. do you feel like you finally got that off your chest.. me and otter have disagreeing points of view, yet we converse.. the people I talk about on here are saying things which they have no way to back up... if you present an issue and then give enough reason (again not including "Its been three years") for people to respect your reasoning than we can have a discussion... 'LL' said RTGV=Fail... what did that accomplish.. did that bring a certain point to our attention that we should discuss.. for some reason I just can't imagine me mike and Miami discussing RTGV=Fail for more than one comment... Did you not see that I encouraged otter to voice his side... I like when people make good points.. I don't want to lose money, I'm pretty sure no one does.. so otter pointing out that it is confusing as to how the company is going to issue shares and do a buy back is GREAT for EVERYONE thats why I asked him to ask Linda... I want an explanation too.. If she comes out with some outrageous answer then I might rethink my investment.. RTGV equals fail and then a story about lions and steak did nothing but wasted my time when I read that because my blackberry is slow so just the fact that I opened a post and waited for it to load AND THATS what it said was ANNOYING. Does that answer your question... and the fact that you wrote this 3 posts after I personally asked otter to join in the next cc makes me skeptical about almost everything you write from this point on... and the reason behind me saying that is that its literally three or four posts from me saying that... so if you missed something as easy as that.. how can I even respect your opinion on anything requiring real research...or worse yet your too impulsive and maybe that is why there is the count to three before answering with a personal attack banner below all your comments.. too much emotion leads to poor financial decisions... either way how can I, or anyone for that matter, respect your opinion.. I used to really look forward to your responses as a great point of view from the other side.. I'm surprised by this Mek.

Does anyone else see the irony in a person named GOCOLTS talking down about rtgv shareholders because we are holding a "losing" stock LESS THEN 24 hours after the colts lost the superbowl... And this person is going to say were stupid for being resilient.. THATS irony. We get another shot in 50days this guys gotta wait 12 months!

I only ask that the skeptics who hopefully do use this as a way to either confirm their skepticism or reject those notions.. Will do so in a respectful way.. If it was my decision I would appoint otter as the skeptic ambassador.. I feel like he would keep it professional AND dispel or confirm fears that WE all have..

you have good questions otter and THAT is why I asked them to have an additional cc before the close so can you ask these questions there please... I think that would be 1. awesome 2. would clear up questions that many people have 3. would bring a skeptical perspective.. I was simulating skepticism.. authentic questions would be way better. So this is your chance to make a change.. but at least go in semi open minded

Ok I only read the first sentance of your post and want to reply really quick before I read the rest.. I think they will issue pref shares to Operating companies then after all the shares are exhausted.. they will..in their words.. do a buy back when they feel is the right time..

Until the close there will be many skeptics... that is why the price will continue to go no where UNTIL the close... continuously saying its dropping its dropping... the conference call was a bust... is a waste of everyones time.. lets just wait and see.. its been "three years"... we can wait another month and a half right lol

And otter I am very very confident that this will close but I am honestly skeptical that this will hit 1$ so soon.. this is supposed to happen 6-18 months from the close from what I remember.. More likely 12. But I don't know how confident I am about that

Yes.. That is true.. All acquisitions need to be done before the rs and all of the preferred shares will be distributed by then.. She specifically said she feels it would be near IMPOSSIBLE for the price to be below a dollar at that point.. This way it facilitates the jump to nasdaq.. I'm not pumping this is straight from the cc

I dont know if it was my post that got deleted but there was DEFINITELY talk of at least 1.00 immediately pre rs... do you not remember when Linda was saying that after all the acquisitions it would be in the dollar range... can someone pm what I said exactly because I think that immediately following close .15-.25 then 6-12 months down the road LIKE I SAID it hits at least 1.00$ is right... and when you say things like .20 pre close it leads to people getting false hopes... "THE LAST THING ANY ONE NEEDS RIGHT NOW"-as previously stated in my last (deleted) post

March 31st is not only the date of the close.. HOPEFULLY it will bring with it a new slate.. If this closes by march 31st..the company has changed.. With it so should the investor mindset.. Naysayers- March 31st is the deciding day.. Can we make an agreement that IF the close takes place on or before this date that ALL issues prior to the close will be null and void at least in terms of what you post on here.. If the close doesn't happen.. I encourage you to have a field day on this board.. Fair?

According to history the conference call had no bearing on the shareprice... 1 pm on Friday Oct 16th... normal fluctuations stayed ultimately even... Still EXTREMELY important..

She said on the phone that she reads the posts on here.. maybe she saw that the pr was misunderstood and is stepping in explain in person(as in person as possible) why does it have to be so negative with these people... if I was an investor in microsoft.. a pr came out.. me and ten other people said we didn't understand it and Bill Gates posts saying hes about to have a press conference.. I would sell body parts to buy more shares because THAT is management who's on their sh*t.... Would you rather Linda say.. oh they dont understand the pr.. f*ck'em. Maybe this is to help you guys? But according to the posts on here that's impossible. The comments go from.. I just want to see a close.. we can take it from there.. then when the close seems like it will happen.. there's more problems.. like little spoiled kids.. take what profit you get and move on.. NO ONE PAID MORE THAN .1 for this stock NO ONE.. .15 is still a pay day.. and regardless of the changes.. if it closes it WILL hit AT LEAST .11-.18 average it out and your going to make your money(that your crying about having lost basically) and THEN another half of that.. for some of you thats like what 15k 20k and then I know for the positive people thats even more.. 40k-60k+ .. take what you get and good luck to everyone
