I'm interested in knowing what exactly Laura can share with Peggy to make an interview publishable. The eBay 8k states confidentiatlity about the deal.
This says they are attending:

These say they are not attending:
http://www.mobileworldcongress.com/exhibition/whos_exhibiting.htm
Can't find mention of Neom on exibitor listing, partner or sponsorship listing.

(comments section, Peggy says Neom is not in attendance)
Anyone have thoughts on this?
Didn't Laura say on the conference call that PR activities have picked up significantly?? Based on this listing it has not, and I really don't consider 'in the news' being PR activity b/c it's the same content over and over again.

I've been sending one daily since Michael Cline came into the picture. Sure enough, no response...as always.

Perhaps someone can direct Tim Armstrong to Neomedia...it will only cost a fraction of what he has been buying!
Our general counsel is also the same guy that just got a piece of the preferred pie
In my opinion we're going to get some major news within a month or so.
Or at least what Laura aims to accomplish in the time left. She tells me activity around recruiting a new CEO will probably in the late Q1, early Q2 timeframe

Or, Laura said Neom might have that IP to intrigue us and provide false hope so we'd buy all the dumpings of all the YA insiders.
Just being devil's advocate...
If NEOM would just issue some type of clarification as to what's going on it would save a lot of shareholder heartache.
It would help PPS significantly, but, a lower PPS makes Neom's balance sheets look better and we all know that YA et. al. prefer a low PPS. So, don't hold your breathe. The world of the retail shareholder is not significant to Neom.
Interesting indeed, also wonder why we haven't seen any 13D(A) filings show up recently. Are these new 10% holders holding or not able to find buyers? If they are in dump mode, why a large spread when we all know they control the bid/ask.
I need a beer, or a shot of Makers!
If I scan the code in the PDF, it routes through http://manager.neom.com.
Based on this are we to assume Neom is the campaign manager for National Geopgraphic? Pop, you're the code string guru, can you explain?

What we need is Neom to become self sufficient or find alternative financing so they can get off YA's teet. The milk has a sour taste and Neom does not need it carrying into their operations, anymore then it already is of course.
Karma is a Bi%.
F-YA. What comes around goes around, they deserve it.
I wouldn't be surprised by anything they do, but I think another big fish licensee by Neom is more likely to happen then YA settling a lawsuit.
They sure are limiting their exposure then if only 2 readers can read it.

You would walk away with no cash.
The question is: why NeoMedia at this time?
Thanks Silver, been a while since I've seen a post from you.
I agree it's either good or REALLY bad. I'm most intrigued that one of the partners that filed the 13D is also YA General Counsel. I know rules seem not to apply to YA, but in the normal world...if something were going south with YA, it could very easily be protrayed as this guy using inside legal info for his own benefit.
Just sayin, if they're crashing he's not covering his butt very well. Wonder if whatever their initial investment had an expiration date of 12/31. Isn't that when all 3 submitted request??
Anyone have any speculation as to why two YA managing members requested to have their investments paid back out, and why they accepted NEOM shares in exchange?
Yes, we are out of the Pilot phase and have begun commercial implementations with a variety of companies and organizations. We’ll be highlighting some of them here in our blog over the next few months. Stay tuned!

Thank PClick, guess Neom will have a morning PR about a new white paper being published.
And this means that YA sold these amounts on these days?? I'm confused why both of their filings relfect these same numbers (below)? And is it saying they received the shares on the 13th? If so, how can they wait so long to file?

Am I understanding the filing right...these 2 guys are YA management partners???
Lets hope Fox or AI explains what it is and how to use it, instead of flash it for a split second like Fox did during the fall lineup (Fringe, Glee and some other crappy show).
Seems our most recent re-seller is actually alive and writing articles. Shame he can't land a deal...weren't more deals expected to be announced within the coming weeks of signing with Neom??

Right there with you Jeff. I'm an idiot and got conned into this. I was mostly just venting steam as to how other similar companies seem to be able to generate financing and take care of their debt obligations, not at the expense of its shareholders.
Still looking to sell a stake so I can flip and recoop some money in this POS. 100% out of this stock on the next big news...likely naming new CEO at end of Q1 or begining of Q2, hopefully sooner.
If anybody has the money to advertise during the Super Bowl, it's Microsoft Tag.
...or Neomedia, just print some stock, ask for money and BAM...their own commercial!
Laura...check this out and learn how it works!
Ireland-based mobile ad firm Velti PLC is hoping to raise up to $120 million with an initial public offering this week. The money raised will be used in part to pay of debt accrued over the last few years:

Give it a couple more weeks at this rate and you can get more than 50% interest for $450,000

“Against this backdrop, the eBay agreement to license NeoMedia technology makes some sense — and I’ll have more on that from the source.”
What does this mean? Are you interviewing someone from eBay? Please advise, thanks!
Peggy Anne Salz Says:

I’m speaking with NeoMedia, William. I’ll report what I can make public.
So, good news, Cline sees upside for NEOM.
Very very very wishful thinking
Cline's using the common shares to help increase the PPS, so, IF neomedia can land another deal it will yield a much higher PPS giving him the opporutnity to convert into the news and make even more money.
And he's not losing any money on common sells b/c he acquired them at .028ish
Ahhhh, at least the idea is satisfying. Reality is a much harsher story. Anyone else's rear end hurt?
Yep, kind of hard for Laura to have fiduciary duty for shareholders if she has no say (I'm referring to 'on paper', I'm confident in saying she's in cahoots behind closed doors) in assignment of convertible shares. Really goes against shareholder value and increasing shareholder return. But then again they are all crooks, so it really doesn't matter.
