Steve Hendricks Vice President, Eastern Region
Steve Hendricks first became involved with Rodney Strong Vineyards in September, 1981. He was working for Wine Imports of America, which was acquired by Renfield Imports, the company who owned Rodney Strong Vineyards at the time. In 1987, Steve was promoted to National Sales Director for the winery. A couple of years later, Steve became an independent wine Broker and then returned full time to the winery in 1993. Today, he manages the distributor network and sales team in the Northeastern United States. His longevity with the winery is a tremendous asset.
Before joining the wine industry Steve worked in Medical sales and owned his own Accounting firm. He has a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton, PA. Born in Ramsey, NJ, Steve now resides in West Long Branch, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys doing charity work, shooting hoops, and growing hot peppers.

#1 concern for me at this point:
MMX would take off with the right celebrity endorsement and shareholder sentiment was good (at least better than it is). I think we can agree on that.
What celebrity would put themselves in a firestorm of pissed off investors and MMX users at this point. The ensuing barrage of calls and emails would be more than most would care to handle, especially for an unproven pink sheet company.
Plus if this thing falls apart like it is appearing it may, why would they continue to be involved especially if they received a chunk of restricted shares that could be worthless.
Work needs to be done to restore shareholder trust before Spokesperson is announced. If it is announced in this environment shares will be dumped and the PPS will be trapped in triple land for some time to come.
No endorsement major company failure, IMO.
I have fired off several emails demanding answers, as I am sure many of you have to. Please report back any answers received, I will do the same.
I am extremely leary of the events leading up to supposed SP anouncement. Doubt we will hear anything for some time.

Excellent post Eburg. I totally agree on the celebrity receiving shares. The harder they work with ENTI, the more payoff they will get with those restricted shares. That goes for anyone receiving shares as payment. It could be several weeks or even months before we see them in an advertisement for ENTI. When that happens ENTI will be known everywhere. Patience is key. I am thinking a great ENTI Christmas at this point.

I will be speaking with the Corp commission in Wyoming to get clarity on the issue this morning. After that for me its resolved, I move on. Hey Tam, well noted. Always keep one eye open with companies tied to DM. The volatility here is ridiculous. A few longs remain but I think quite a few come and go playing the infrequent daily runs. A little more complicated for me at this point, so I just hold.

Great point, Godin's ownership and now board chairmanship with a combined interest in the Southwest with both mentioning an interest in Beryllium really peeks my interest.
To note: The April run was based on the possible RM with Barrington, waiting for complete confirmation on that (should know for sure yes or no tomorrow), sorry got to hear for myself on this.
What we have hear is confirmed relationship in the same industry with proven ties (filings). I think the possibilities here are endless. Godin just last month was named to the board of BE and subsequently is now the chair. Pretty hefty ties. Plus it appears he is still very much considering himself active with Ekwan-X as President. Watch the filings and PR's for both companies. I think we will hear quite a bit more very soon.
All in my opinion of course.

Encounter Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ENTI) CEO, Rick DiBiase, is pleased to announce that the company has sold its patented Video Sales Platform (VSP), a concept designed for the Internet Yellow Pages Industry, to a corporate purchaser for 1.75 million dollars.
The deal took place in the wake of what was originally to be Encounter's own launch of the platform, until it was evident that the company could secure revenues without letting go of the software itself. Negotiations won Encounter the right to sell VSP under non-exclusive terms, which means, "We receive the money and also keep the ability to develop and market the technology," states DiBiase. "This was a win-win deal for certain as, first and foremost, we've proven to monetize an intangible asset in development to the tune of nearly 2 million dollars."
The Agreement is understood by both parties that the purchaser name will stay anonymous and will wholly acquire VSP for $1.75m, but because the software platform can be tweaked for a number of applications and potential business models, it was agreed to forego any non-compete clause and left rights to the base VSP technology with ENTI, resulting in Encounter's ability to still develop a solution with the software for its own use. "It's the great thing about Intellectual Property: so long as the agreement allows, you can monetize the IP in several different fashions, even concurrently, which allows for additional company reserves as well as substantial operating and development capital which we feel is quite an advantage for ENTI and its shareholders."
Encounter will continue to develop the software in-house for its own unique offering to the independent Yellow Pages publishers online, utilizing an aggressive mass media marketing campaign paired with a high-profile celebrity spokesperson. "We have some great ideas for the VSP technology that we'll be developing as we forge ahead with the booming MusicMatrix.com, announcing its celebrity spokesperson in the coming days, in line with our strategic DISH Network campaign and progressive internet hits."
