Thanks for posting. Been here a few years. Rooting for this company to make it!
Progress...looking good with this .0011 close and nice volume.
$ $MNGG
Nope, def not today.Company has to wait at least one year after a RS before they can RS again. Sorry....it has not been one year so no RS this week.
$ $SIML
Agreed. $ $SIML
we shall see. $ $MNGG
$ $BDGR Looking good.
I'm in because I see the reversal coming. (smile)
Well it makes me wonder about how they licensed their technology products. Were the licenses perpetual? I don't know. I would have to go back into the SEC files to find out and at this point in time, I feel it is what it is, whatever that is.
$ RMTD
No, because I do not remember where I found it. Sorry but I've been tracking this company for 10 -11 years so there is way too much info for me to sift through to find it again. Like others, I had to look it up to see exactly what a perpetual company was.
$RMTD
Do you mean where did I find that?
Yeah, it is about to change alright.
Better buckle up. Happy days ahead
IMO.
$ $RMTD
Yes, I know you are, cntryjo. Consider this King oil,
Fact remains, Remote Dynamics attained profitability, and went dark.
Verizon owns the Remote Dynamics website.
Hughes Telematics did NOT attain profitability, or go dark.
Verizon owns the Hughestelematic website.
Verizon paid 612 milly for Hughes telematics.
So, King oil, tell me, what part of this matahmatical equation is
missing?
Don't need to know math, just need to be able to recognize a pattern, or look at a puzzle and notice a piece missing.
$ $RMTD
They can't. Too much info available on the internet. If a retail investor can find it, so could the SEC. These are big companies making big money,
they don't need to risk all that.
Well then I'd say you've read just about every post that has ever been posted here on this website for this ticker.
I am ever so anxious to see how they will get it North without bankrupting somebody. But hey, they are all big boys now.
$ RMTD
I say the same, and if they do not have a role in that process, then they more than likely have something else. Historically thinking, they did not sell their old VMI technology to Adler or Atler until they had developed something better, which was RediView.
And I still have some unfinished research to do regarding the Minor Planet split. But in the end RMTD Remote Dynamics...will be standing. I don't believe the name can be changed. But I'll let you know when I find out.
Well, what are your thoughts on this company?
Oh, well this company was living in a fish bowl back in 2009-2010 which gave me confidence way back then that i's would be dotted and T's would be crossed, regarding anything this company might do.
RMTD
How do you know? They are dark. The "business" was sold to investors after it attained profitability. What did they do with the money? Did they
use some for research and development? Who knows? But if it reached profitability and then was sold for an undisclosed amount, money is somewhere? And sooner or later it will have to be disclosed.
HA!
RMTD
Well if you are pointing out documented facts, I doubt you have to worry.
There is nothing illegal about liking a company and stating your reasons
why.
$RMTD
Yeah, now go read the sec files on Hughes Telematics, same chit dif company
Verizon Lovin' them both.
LOL
And that is why it has taken or is taking so long.
Hughes Telematics never turned a profit in their entire history, yet Verizon paid 612 million for them.
h, and I read an article back then which said Hughes was their second choice. Ha! Wonder who was their first choice. Guess we will never know.
Wrong feb 2007 Halgren started. Walters entered 2006 with buckets of cash,
a brain, and a vision.
I read where monies were allocated for debt, research and development, and mergers. R&D I wonder what they have developed, don't you?
Sec files has Walters owning shares.
From Linkedin Gary Halgren
Remote Dynamics
Led turnaround to profitability, growth in the new vertical industries, and asset sale of the business to financial investors.
Key word: profitability
Key word: business
financial investors.
I think you meant a dark, form 15, non-reporting ticker.
Link Please.
"The assets were liquidated in the shut down that we know"
We know???? How so? You have a link?
Halgren led a successful turn around for Remote Dynamics.
Sec files list him as a large shareholder... 2021 does not look like he is gone to me.
$ RMTD
Oh Yeah, for how much???????
Here is the thorn for the foreclosure or "friendly foerclosure" side.
A company's website can not b taken in a bankruptcy or foreclosure.
Next, if... and I say if board members left, new members stepped in, as the company
Remote Dynamics was originally set up as a perpetual company to protect
investors.
Telogis was a crap tiny company none of us ever heard of until they teamed up and started working with, (whom I consider their mentor) Remote Dynamics. With free rein and use of our patents Telogis soared creating top of the line programs and incorporating our stuff into their new patents.
Our ceo, Gary H. moved to T became VP of corproate stategy...handled their mergers. Telogis company website clearly stated that Halgren led a successful "turn around" for Remote Dynamics. Successful turn-around
does not mean foreclosure. He did that by landing 5 large major deals which would have easily taken care of what little debt they had at that time.

Gonna be a keeper she has thinned out nicely since yesterday. Going up up up IMO
$$ $SIML
Looks like she is ready to move now! Go SIML
MM INTL on buy side only. Yes, moved my sell orders waaaay up.
$ $SIML
getting thinner now. going back up.
Sure if they have cash available otherwise they have to sell whatever they have for a loss...why bother?
Lucky to be in before today and other runs.
I think she runs hard before EOD also n mm STXG showed up here today.
Don't remember him from early this morning.
I think this will be a fine runner and maybe even a long keeper. Been here long time now anyway, expecting a nice surprise.
$ $GEGP
break through that and we'll have pennies.
