Thank you and the best of success to you.
The brokers will be asking for a bailout from their reps for the past bonuses they received.
And I was just thinking how better could have been my birthday today. Thank you Megas for a wonderful way to end my birthday.
Slim already left the house.
what value? five cents? fifteen cents?
Given that 6 filings have "not been received" over the last eighteen months, there are also 13 not received since 2000. Does Megas have to complete all the "not been received"?
More money to the fund?
My future does not rest in BCIT nor Megas.
Word of wisdom:
Put your trust in no man!
There is only one way to truth and life.
If Megas has been told to not communicate with shareholders, this third party communication is a violation of that gag order, IMO. But leave it to Megas to do things behind closed doors. Isn't that what got BCIT into this mess with the DTCC in the first place? Seems like lessons from past haven't been learned yet.
Otherwise Megas needs to speak up for himself thru a PR from attorneys. I have been told on this board Megas is a leader. The current form of communication from Megas does not resemble any form of leadership that I know. Especially to back door communicate with 'shareholders'. Last I remember from Megas was we were 'fake shareholders'.
I agree with Molson on this one and some of you on this board may remember Molson and I have not agreed on much in the past.
Good movement today. Any news?
bobbybdb:
Maybe Art is under a gag order and cannot communicate that to the board. Anyway, Art has done a great job moderating this board in this long ride, even though at times he and I have had disagreements in the past.
Best of success to Art in his endeavors and thanks Masta for taking the helm.

Just go on complaining and being miserable and blaming others for your bad choices then. And your constant negative attitude will not get you anywhere.
I will continue to have a great day and be blessed along the way and may you also. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. I will not let others create my world for me like you and the ball, because none of you can make my world big enough. And neither can the doctor, that is why my trust is in none of you.
Yes I would like the doctor to be more transparent, but it appears from the past he is having a hard time trusting anyone to manufacture much less sell the health care products he has envisioned and delivered to the market. For the type of information I believe he needs before he can really do what you say he needs to do for sales and support will take at least another six months. By then the healthcare issue will be behind us and the market will have time to digest the costs in their planning and budgeting process.
Why do you think copyrights on medical drugs is at least 17 years? So the pharmeceutical industry can make a profit before all the generic manufacturers can make a profits on someone elses investments. We are talking only two products here. How many products is the pharmeceutical industry working on?
See you in March 2010.
tradinglong:
at this time I am tapped out with all the investing I am going to do. you will just have to continue waiting for the country to get past the healthcare bill. An issue that IMO is stalling not just this stock but other healthcare stocks until everyone has a good grasp of what the real costs and impact on the economy are going to be.
B_Ball:
Patience is a virtue. Notice my quote:
Time and the Creator of it are my friend.
In the medical industry, the products produced have failure rates. IMO, every office will probably need to purchase 2 omnibodyscan units. I would not like it if I was a patient scheduled for a visit, only to have it canceled because the equipment the office had was not operational.
So, I would like to see from the doctor what is the strategy to help support this and provide offices with a solution for downtime. Report what is the downtime rate of equipment and provide leasing options if not already spread out over the expected life of the equipment.
the-golf-god:
the vision to develop working products to solve health care issues is what I am talking about. yes, the delivery mechanisms have been a struggle for the doctor, and imo because of greedy people who have stolen and counterfeited the vision(s) has resulted in the delays. I was discouraged to hear the court ruling earlier this year regarding the camera manufacturer. It appears the attorney he obtained thought it was an open and shut case. But apparently jurors think nothing of the fact there are differences with cameras. I am invested in another company that has dependency on cameras to be manufactured to a certain specification. Fortunatey the company is not public yet. It is having difficulty with the manufacturer as well. Looking for a back-up.
Both companies, AMHI and my other camera technology company, have developed and delivered their vision to the market, one public the other private. Both have issues with the camera manufacturers. Sometimes with technology based companies it takes some time to get things out in the market with support for failure rate of solution. This is one factor, it is another thing to support, but what is expected life cycle by the buyer and support. I believe another factor noone is discussing right now is the impact of the health care bill, and support for preventive care.
There is more than just selling a product that has to be weighed in. Yes, I would like for the doctor to be more transparent as a public company should, but I am willing to wait.
I worked for many years for a man with a vision and decided to keep it all to himself, not go public. The company was making 200 million a year in 1985. I got nothing but my paycheck, and a lot of worthless paper of stock options. As a matter of fact, he made fun of Bill Gates and put him down in the mid 80's as a young wipper snapper wet behind the ears and won't make any money because there was no profit margin in PC's and software.
Need I say more. Bill Gates had a vision. The man I worked for lost his. I still believe the doctor has a vision.
I have been the recipient from the device for spinal treatment. Today I am pain free. The product worked as far as I am concerned, unfortunately other issues arose that limits the doctors ability to provide the health care as with the omnibody scan. There are people who will do everything to destroy one's vision or take one's vision and create a counterfeit and not deliver what they agree to.
So as a recipient of better health today I trust his vision and believe the device will deliver as promised and more. But there are people who have tried to divert his attention from performing to the best interest of health care and the investors.
I hope this helps posters and investors here.
As I said earlier your opinions mean nothing to me. They are just that and you have a right to be wrong.
You got all day to bash people, that is about as childish as you can get. Obviously, you can not take it, but you certainly can dish it out.
Then you do not need to have an investment. IMO, to have a vision and not execute it is like the parable of the talents where the one that received one talent buried it in the ground. It produces no value for anyone.
Sounds like you have enough wisdom to start your own company. Go for it. Oh you have to have a vision for that and the guts to step out of your comfort zone.
BTY, Titles do not impress me. I have seen people wear titles all my life, just to watch the lack in character to support the responsibility of what the title is expected to represent.
Thank you all, you negative people. I do not believe any of you that have been bashing this company and the doctor know how to run a business. If you did, you wouldn't be here on this board. You would be busy trying to make your own business successful, instead of trying to make money off of other people and telling them how they should be doing it.
If you know so much, start your own business. Oh, that's right. You do not have the money to. At least the doctor did.
This has been a public service announcement.
Have a good day.

No problem. It takes letting go of pride sometimes to admit when you made a mistake, especially on this board.

Please read follow-up post and you will discover that I initially misread the article I got this from.

See post 123269 from ohbull.
Unfortunately I misread/misunderstood the article where it at first seemed to indicate that Madoff empire had 350 million shares. After my initial post, I reread the article section a couple of times and then sent a follow-up correction.
I would not be suprised if Madoff empire had some BCIT shares, but it appears this is may only be known by DTCC. Could be interesting if true, but at this time it remains unknown.
Sorry.
Thatsnotyourmoney:
Did you read the follow-up email to this post?
zdon:
Truly, an interesting scenario possibility.
zdon, please read my follow up. My initial post was a misread of the intent of the article.
ohbull:
It appears I misread the article. The article mentions 350 million naked shorts, but does not attribute them to the Madoff empire. I would not be surprised if some were there, but at this time not enough information.
ohbull:
Interesting how Bernie Madoff's empire allegedly reports having 350 million shares of BCIT, especially since BCIT only had approx. 5 million AS. This will be interesting to watch the DTCC try to "squeeze" out of this one. Maybe this may even get Mr. Burns attention, if it hasn't already.

Sep 15, 2009 06:01:18 (ET)
MATAWAN, NJ, Sep 15, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- iVoice Technology, Inc. d/b/a I Green Innovations, Inc. (IVOT, Trade ) announced today that it had filed an Information Statement to change the name of the corporation to B Green Innovations, Inc. by filing an amendment to the certificate of incorporation, and change trading symbol. Prior to changing its corporate name to B Green Innovations, Inc., iVoice Technology will merge its wholly owned subsidiary, B Green Innovations, Inc., into itself and thereafter, will adopt the former name of its wholly owned subsidiary, B Green Innovations, Inc.
By combining the companies together we can review various strategic alternatives and are negotiating with several potential candidates about a transaction that would enable B Green to expand its revenue and asset base. B Green is interested in acquisition candidates or product lines in the "Green" space that provide excellent growth potential, are in a viable and stable market segment, and employ a current management team committed to the organization's long-term success.
Jerry Mahoney, President and CEO of iVoice Technology, remarked, "With our rapidly increasing manufacturing capacities, ever increasing distribution of our products, our previously announced stock buy-back program, the Company being debt free and the potential in the market for 'Green' opportunities, we believe the Company is in a great position to deliver on its prospects."
kruy:
you do not need to explain to me what your definition is of being made whole. I choose to not limit the powers to be to make the appropriate decision, not you.
By side stepping the questions I laid before you lessens your credibility in making any commentary. Until you first resolve the root of the problem and expose it, ie. the DTCC and SEC, you will never be able to provide any workable solution for any issues you expose. You have obviously put the cart before the horse in drawing your conclusions.
Again, IMO you are and have destroyed any credibility I had for you by ignoring these questions.
Is there anything in the trade halt report you cite that identifies the DTCC SEC and brokerages as part of the problem? I didn't think so. Again the cart before the horse. Why would those who created the problem cite themselves as responsible for the problem to begin with? Simple answer, they would then be responsible for making the shareholders whole.
daveXV19:
That is all that I am trying to say, whatever remedy happens here to be sure the investors are protected and made whole due to the lack of oversight by the DTCC.
Nothing more nothing less. The method of investor protection is what is at stake here. At this time, institutions(ie. Etrade, TDA, etc) have had their hands on legal purchases of items that have not been delivered to the buyers and/or allowed to trade what they bought in the market freely. This in itself is fraud.
kruy:
I guess you forgot the illegitimate shares allowed to enter into the market by the DTCC have been taken care of and resolved and agreed upon.
What has happened here is because of the crime, there are innocent shareholders here that have been punished by the system because of the systems lack of due diligence. This has been exposed thru the court system, so somebody is responsible for making those that bought thru the legal system, no matter what the shareholder thought or motivation at the time of purchase, needs to be made whole.
This is so simple and basic, I just cannot understand your logic at all. I know that is not what you want to hear, but this is a fact you keep overlooking.
I am not now concerned with how Megas conducts himself after the fact because the crime was allowed to occur due the negligence of those that are suppose to be protecting the investors. Again you do not apparently want to hear this point of view.
Example, four Acorn employees just lost their jobs because they were just advising people how to sidestep the federal law(s). There are consequences to peoples actions and decisions even if they did not actually commit the crime, so DTCC needs to be responsible for aiding and abetting in allowing the crime to occur by not doing their job to protect innocent shareholders in the existing market.
You obviously are not looking at the truth as you did not answer my previous questions but conveniently side-stepped them. Why? And then changed the subject. Typical of those trying to obfuscate the truth.
