That is all that I am trying to say, whatever remedy happens here to be sure the investors are protected and made whole due to the lack of oversight by the DTCC.
Nothing more nothing less. The method of investor protection is what is at stake here. At this time, institutions(ie. Etrade, TDA, etc) have had their hands on legal purchases of items that have not been delivered to the buyers and/or allowed to trade what they bought in the market freely. This in itself is fraud.
