You are absolutely correct for once, I have talked to TommyGun/Stockman mcgee. I've never talked to YOU, but I have laughed quite a bit.

I disagreed with Tommy when he was accusing almost every poster on this board of being part of a conspiracy, but I did agree with him on a few posters. I've since changed my mind, in the future I will be more careful about accusing people.

I'll agree it has been orchestrated, but usually in a P&D there is a big run. We haven't seen that. Do you really think this was done just so they could make 10% every now and then? I also think there have been posters on this board who were part of it. If the shares haven't been increased, and Senderos has checked weekly, where are the shares coming from? I KNOW IT MUST BE NAKED SHORTING, but other than that, where are these shares coming from? Maybe prior management, maybe Dan really did get those 132 million shares and instead of retiring them he's dumping them. That would explain the drop in the PPS with out increaseing the Shares.

Dan hasn't responded to anyone yet, I wouldn't hold your Breath. So far the only person to make money of this thing is Mr. Ryan himself.

Well if your MM is say FRAN, and he doesn't have any shares for sell from someone who has an account with him, then you couldn't buy say ABVG. Then there's the whole other problem that you, the buyer, would have to agree on a price with the seller. So that would result in a Nite price, a DOMS price, etc. That is why short selling is neccessary.

If it's abused, it can lead to different problems, like you are saying is happening here. I still disagree with you. I think there is something else that we don't know.

Because there is a legitimate disagreement about how big the naked short selling problem is. Obviously the MM's want to deny that it is a problem at all so that they can continue to steal from small investors, BUT there is a real need for the short selling so that liquidity is maintained in the market.

If Doms could only sell shares that their personal investors owned, the market would not function smoothly if at all. Also, the SEC does not care about the pink sheets, they have made that clear. I'm afraid it will always be a case of "Money Talks" I don't think you could get enough pink sheet investors together over a sustained period of time to offset the political "contributions" that the MM's can make.

Dan said he might do a partial retirement of 63 million shares, so I don't think there is any contractual agreement stopping him, unless of course he is unaware of what contract he made.

He needs to do the partial, and/or announce a lawsuit against a specific entity for failure to deliver the remaining shares.

A stock "consultant" was paid millions of shares by a shareholder to promote the company, he dumped the shares.
The shareholder has consulted an attorney.

This doesn't make sense "PPS continues to sink because shorters must get hands on certificates to send back to ABVG." If shorters need certificates then they would be BUYING not continueing to short. Unless "their" strategy is to try and short this company out of existence so they never have to redeem the shares. Sorry, the reason for the fall of the PPS is primarily due to individual investors decideing to sell.

If Dan has a legitimate contract to buy the millions of shares that he needs, it would have to be with a few very large shareholders. He never claimed that the company would purchase the shares on the open market, so the supposition of a few large shareholders seems pretty valid. It appears that these large shareholders have either changed their mind, or misrepresented the number of shares that they had available. Dan hinted at a civil suit and that may be what it takes to complete the retirement of the 132 million shares.

I don't think anyone denys that naked shorting happens. It's just how often and to what extent. Every time a penny stock goes down all you hear is MM games and naked shorting. I think it's more likely that somebody is selling. Legal shares or illegal shares, but shares are being put into the market. I don't believe that MM's sit around all day looking for small cap companies that they can short out of existence.

I've also seen stocks where everyone was waiting for the "mother of all short covering" it never happens, at least to the stocks I'm in :) I think the problem here has been a lack of confidence in the CEO and a "consultant" who dumped shares which made the lack of confidence worse as the PPS declined. If Dan follows through and retires at least the 63 million shares, investor confidence will dramatically increase and everything else he has said will carry much more weight. And the PPS will significantly increase.

Does anybody have any idea WHO this consultant is that was paid 10 million shares to promote abvg? To those of you who didn't catch the CC, a shareholder, on their own inititive, paid a consultant 10 million shares to promote the company. The "consultant" dumped the shares, and did nothing. The shareholder has retained an attorney.

Think where this PPS would be with 10 million buys on Monday.

They're there, they are just trying to wait the sellers out, this is a repeat of yesterday. It worked for them, people kept dropping the ask and they got cheap shares. We ran late because some of the buyers became afraid they wouldn't get in at a low price before the CC.

If the ask stays up and there are no sells, we'll go up.

That's why I think he will have good news during the PR, to get everyone too excited to ask tough questions. Despite his promise to be open, he clearly doesn't want to hold CC's when negative questions will be asked.

I agree, I've seen very good news released on Friday so people can talk about it all weekend. I'm not expecting a PR this week, I think Dan wants to hit us with something big during the CC.

.013's were thin, perhaps the L2 is signaling faith by the shareholders that the CC will produce good news. I personally think it will have a positive effect on the PPS
