Who would be the one to bring up Bill's (potential) non-compliance. I doubt it would be IVS (they've disappeared...). The court wouldn't follow-up on their own (no date stipulated for a re-visit).

This is Bill we're talking about. IMO If there's a crack in the fence, he'll look to slip through it...

How will the enforcement clause be enforced...?

I've read through the documents and my question is this...

With IVS apparently gone now, and even with the stipulations of what Bill is required to do via the settlement agreement, WHO is the watchdog here to ensure he complies...? No timeframes for his compliance are stipulated in the settlement (that I can find). No dates are set to revisit his progress with the court.

What did I miss...? (OK - that's a second question....LOL)

It should only cost them a little over 15K to get reinstated, something they'll need to do if Bill (or "someone"...) has plans to go forward with the company. I would imagine this would be the first required step; therefore you may want to keep checking this link...

This is NOT dilution. Most likely these will have some restrictions attached and may very well be attached to an outright purchase of Parker Technologies. A PR (which I believe WILL be coming) will explain the increase, as has been the case in the past.

No buying, no selling...just like I'd expect. Family, parties and time off take precedence in many peoples lives.

Parker was created as a private company in 2009; that's pretty easy to verify. Why on earth would someone wait 5 (THAT'S FIVE) years, to take it public as part of a carefully crafted plan to scam...?
