All he is is someone who made a killing off the hype he bought and circulated everywhere he could back when Boone was making the rounds and (ostensibly) running the show. He got lucky. Then he "suddenly" saw the light and wanted to get someone real at the helm of the good ship loch (renamed cdex). And now he's so %)@(@$((**#%&*#*Q)*&$&*@$)*()@* mad at malc he could just spit tacks!
Seems MP might have some 'splainin to do to some verrrrrrrrrry disappointed sh'holders about why he included loans in the company's "income." And about all those potential buyers who for some reason don't seem to have bought.
pookie -- maybe you could contact him, on behalf of everyone who was at the Sh'holder mtg. You were mightily impressed, as I remember, with a whole lot of things. Or maybe you could, capnmike. We all know your bent for research. Nothing better than going to the source, I'd say.
What a drag-down for peeps counting on malc to show them the beef.
Even capnmike is sadd.
Maybe clozer will get some forensic something or others to bring malc to task. (He's been so effective in the past!)
But not to worry!
There's a brand new website to stir the emotions!
Any more thoughts about certain malc-speak wording, capnmike? Like "contractual agreements" and "contractual partnerships" and the like?
Clozer has it wrong though. He seems to think Boone hand-picked Malc.
Malcbaby isn't exactly the flavor of the day today.
Oh well. There's always next year.
... and I imagine malc would want to make sure an SEC-savvy attorney (himveryownself?) was satisfied that nothing "unacceptable" was said or included. You think?
You needn't be amazed, viking. It's not "concern" ... it's interest, and it's really pretty simple.
Quarterlies are required. They're supposed to tell it like it is. They're more important than fluffy PRs or new websites. They're what current and potential sh'holders need to read to get an accurate picture of a company as of a particular moment in time.
With those as givens, what "questions" does my interest in the delayed report raise to you? Would love to know. But do be careful. Remember your caution about posting innuendo and slander (which actually should be libel, but that's OK).
Now taemorrow, the Q report is due..
That means today? Did it come out? I don't see any mention of it.
It's the volume and pps Friday that blow me away, crow ... hard to understand why th pps isn't sooooooooooo much higher, forced up by massive volume, after that wunnerful view of the brand spanking new website. Seems peeps are being very cautious.
I see a long gone poster made a cameo the other day and is calling cdex a strong buy. WOW!
Hysterical!
CDEX issues a PR about its new website! What incredibly breathtaking, earth-shaking, pps-affecting news! Why oh why didn't they give the PR to the New York and London Times to release?
I guess all of Tucson will be buying shares in the company now ... first Tucson, next the whole world!
Certainly is quiet here.
You're as devious as malcbaby, capnmike. Lotsa definitions there. But you gloss the question (as usual): a partnership contract is vastly different from a cooperative partnership, as you certainly know.
I suppose you think partnerships (like many law firms, like the one malcbaby was with til suddenly he wasn't) are based on just a handshake, no formal documents needed.
Very mediocre attempt to make something out of nothing, but guess what? You (and malcbaby) fool no one except those who can't read.
I'm sure you'll keep trying, though. And respamming the Mott information ad nauseum.
This is what I'm waiting fo the follow up on, capnmike:
CDEX Inc and London Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust Announce Partnership Cooperation
Plz to note the term "partnership cooperation".
You're a wordsmith of sorts. Perhaps you can 'splain why the word "partnership" was even used at all. Unless there's a partnership agreement, all there is is a cooperation, right?
Was there a formal partnership agreement?
Of course not. If there had been, malcbaby would have blown that up to the skies in a PR.
Is there now? Probably not, based on the same lack of PR evidence.
So here's the way it is: H/CC were lent or given the valimed for free and to date no report from those pharmacies. I think you'd agree, it's those reports that are important.
Where did Dr. Jacklin hear of valimed? No doubt through M. Pouligny. And no doubt she read the Mott report and was impressed. And no doubt she met malcbaby (was he in Vegas?) and was impressed. And no doubt malcbaby was smart enough to know the best he could do was let her use the Valimed for free, to test it against her needs. Then he could use the hospitals' names and even quote Dr. Jacklin but without really telling the truth about their "partnership cooperation".
And what's come of that "partnership cooperation" so far? A cosmeticly redesigned instrument, apparently. To quote you: WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope you feel properly put in your place, crow ... I mean this is the LAST capnmike is going to say to you on this!
Don;t start sulking, though. Anytime anyone says it's the LAST they're going to say about something it means they have nothing more they're ABLE to add to "make their case."
In this instance, all capnmike has to do is contact Lady Ann (instead of pulling up her husband's CV -- the relevance of which is ... just what? or did I miss yet another important piece of information?) and ask her for updated information about H/CC pharmacy valimed testing and then report what she tells him here (with her permission, of course -- there's his ready made out: he'd always be able to say she didn't give him permission to quote her). Until he or someone else (paige?) does that, how can anyone know what, besides a new container redesign/color and keyboard (?) addition, has resulted?
Seems pretty simple to me.
Now that's really bigg stuph, paige ... Dr. Ann Jacklin didn't like the color of it so cdex is changing it to suit her aesthetic tastes! Tell me cdex isn't desperate for buyers! Maybe the cord to plug it in can be changed at the same time, to match the wall color. Black is so pedestrian.
What else were you "told" -- those "amongst many other things"? Who did the telling and who's the "we" who were told ... oh wait, I can guess: malcbaby and the multitudes at the sh'holder mtg.
What about the testing ... has it been completed, were you "told" that?
Or will it take someone to write a letter like the one I wrote (and rec'd a reply to) to TX Children's to get an honest answer? Maybe you should volunteer! And then write to all the others on capnmike's list to get some honest answers from them. That's the very least I'd think you, as a long suffering sh'holder, would want after all this time, honest answers.
C'mon, crow ...
you KNOW capnmike wouldn't post anything that wasn't absolutely and entirely relevant to CDEX.
I see, paige ... so you've been in contact with her? When? Did she let you know what tests they've done and when they were completed? What results they've gotten in their testing? If she's as enthusiastic as she sounded in the PR?If they paid for the valimed device or if it was given or lent to them? Was it one of the Pouligny-placed machines? When and where did she first some across it? If they've bought it now and what they paid for it?
Or is your "rest assured" simply from going to the sh'holders mtg and seeing the map with all the flags at malcbaby's "presentation" at the Holiday Inn or wherever it was a couple of months ago?
Enquiring minds want to know what you "know."
Did you find my link to Charing Cross and Hammersmith helpful, capnmike? Have you contacted them to see why they aren't on that list? Actually, Ann Jacklin might be the person to contact, since she's directly quoted (one assumes) in this:
http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS158582+23-Jan-2008+MW20080123
I dunno, crow, but maybe capnmike could contact the pharmacies there and find out. Here's a start for him:
http://www.imperial.nhs.uk/charingcross/OurServices/pharmacy/index.htm
You're welcome, mike.
"Houston is not on the list that the CAP'N keeps posting."
Neither are the hospitals in GB (unless I read his lists too fast and missed seeing them).
Gives a new meaning to selective disclosure!
You're not really that dense, capnmike, and neither am I.
A contract for purchase or lease isn't the same as a contract concluding a lease or sale. You know that as well as I do. The contract for a purchase or lease will have conditions in it that will have to be met before a purchase or lease happens. The outfit given the "tool" for testing purposes will have the final say so: we lease/buy or we don't. There is usually one condition in particular: that the thing that is subject of the contract for purchase or lease actually works as claimed AND is deemed to be worth purchasing or leasing.
Easy enough to keep giving them away in the meantime with those clever, easily misconstrued contracts (intentionally misleading and misconstrued by the giver-awayer) attached and publicized as if the lease or sale were a done deal.
As I've said before, M. Pouligny has worked very hard for cdex.
Malcbaby: "Just place them and we'll take care of the PR."
Pouligny: "Pas de probleme."
It's the contract with M. Pouligny you should be thinking about.
This is all very reminiscent of the infamous NDA touted so many years ago. Many peeps thought that NDA meant the sexy little Vammp (or was it Vaamp? can;t remember), along with Loch, was just about to hit the big time and make kazillionaires out of sh'holders, which of course they weren't and didn't.
So I repeat: Give us names, dates and figures for concluded sales or leases. Do not keep trying to pull the wool over any more unsuspecting cdex sh'holders' eyes.
Give it a rest, capnmike.
Some of us were smart enough to escape at around $5 "old" Loch price, before we even knew the half of it. That was around the time of the Weil and Norris articles, remember? But oh wait, I forgot ... Loch transformed itself into the spanking clean CDEX and now all are living happily ever after. You especially, I gather ... you're blissfully happy with the company's remarkable, explosive growth, paradigm breaking technology and most especially the company's incredibly informative PRs and SEC filings.
Let's go back to reality, capnmike. Go ahead ... post the details and abstracts of all the patents CDEX holds. "Research" is your forte: Tell us which hospital pharmacies paid for their valimed units. Tell us which ones are still testing them and finding them useful. Tell us how development and use of the myth gun is progressing. Give us a taste of something other than your endless links that are utterly useless.
Even your cheering squad has all but disappeared (except for clozer, of course). Why is that, do you suppose?
... and what are they for? I'm sure you''ve researched and can provide the abstracts and details.
This is just a patent APPLICATION, capnmike. So the company is placing their remarkable invention on the hands of others without having first locked in the relevant patents? Aren't they concerned abut it being reverse engineered and ripped off? If it's such remarkable technology, I would be.
btw, how many actual patents does CDEX hold?
Why are you spamming BioProgress on a CDEx board, capnmike?
And don't you know BioProgress no longer exixts?
Viking ... why do you let him continue to abuse this board? Not just with spam (which is specifically prohibited) but now, like monsoonman (edit: whitemanfromtown), with irrelevant references to a person connected with the former BioProgress? It's very clear to everyone with only one good eye what he's trying to accomplish.
tell us something capnmike:
If CDEX and its newest products are so t'riffic -- e'en better than that li'l ELF and those amazing lunar pumps, I'm sure you'd agree -- why is the sp ummm languishing where it is?
Why was a PIPE needed to get some cash? Such hot sellers would surely generate enough income to tide the company over a while longer.
What's the latest out of all those hospitals where valimed was placed-without-charge for testing (like TX Children's in Houston and those two in merrie olde)?
Fill in the blanks, please.
This board has all but died, except for capnmike and his endless links.
RIP
What's happened to your friend lotoworld or whatever his name was, whitemanfromtown, and to my being summoned, thanks to the rat, to a court of law to defend myself against certain accusations?
Or were they just hollow threats?
Do you find it very easy to hide behind your supposed keyboard anonimity?
You sound very happy, capnmike ...
but here's just a little caution:
"CDEX stated that with adequate demand, its production capacity could be approximately 150 MethScanners per week by the middle of September. That too is great news!!"
Only 8 weeks or so til the middle of September.
Think there will be adequate demand enough to meet that production capacity, or should it more accurately be called production possibility? Subtle but real distinction, as I'm sure you know.
Don't you just cringe at the ever-present "could" in cdex communiques?
gosh, capnmike ...
ANOTHER day-before PR! How can that happen? One might almost think CDEX was leaking you advance news!
Just how many "sales and deliveries" has CDEX finalized? How many are to law enforcement and home inspection end users and how many to distributors? What was the price for each meth scanner sold (and delivered)? Why doesn't the PR say? Why doesn't the company name its customers? Surely there can't be NDAs involved if there have been sales and deliveries ... that's bigger than just "partnerships" or "agreements to study" or whatever else might warrant secrecy. What's YOUR explanation for the omission of how many have been sold and delivered, revenue earned from those sales and deliveries, and the names of the lucky recipients, those "clients" and "distributors"?
CDEX Inc. (OTC BB:CEXI) announces its first sales and deliveries of ID2 Meth Scanners™ for methamphetamine detection to U.S. clients in the Law Enforcement and Home Inspection Markets, and to U.S. and international distributors.
Doesn't sound promising for CDEX's future, crow.
"We tried, we really really tried."
You're right, whitemanfromtown ...
Never ever thought that. Yes, it's still here. Yes, it's still alive, barely. But propering [sic]? One (1) sale of something, did I read? Is that propering?
Mott was a high watermark, but what's been happening since (besides placements in other hospitals and massive work by M. Pouligny)? Oh wait, I remember ... a pipe dream fed by capnmike's endless links. The dream lives on!
What will it take for you to break even, whitemanfromtown? Something a little north of here?
You know ... only have to read every couple of weeks to stay abreast of it all. Not one of the more exciting stocks around. How many brand new private (or institutional!) investors do you think will come in over the next few months?
What? Louder, please ... can't hear you.
That's very funny, capnmike ...
a PR three days before the header date!
Pouligny's got a lock on time warp, I guess.
An online store for the "ergonomically designed" handheld meth scanner!
But what if I'm left handed?
drumbah ... will you please call and ask if they make 'em for southpaws?
1-520-745-5172 X 201
(Can you believe, not even a toll fee number!)
demmo ...
and of course the SEC-savvy lawyer who has been running the company for years would know all about this and assure Gemini that, based on precedent, there's nothing for Gemini to fear whatsoever.
Close?
Some spread ... I thought I misread it at first.
And once again this board goes dead.
I was sure he'd be posting tonnes here, crow ... but not to be.
btw, yhm.
verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry quiet here ...
whitemanfromtown ... I did?
Coqy did recently admit to stalking MP's supposed actions to his W & S bosses.
Stalking's sumpin I don't do.
... stalking [MP's] supposed actions? First of all, how can actions be stalked? People are stalked, not actions! Or maybe deer are stalked by hunters who have never seen Bambi. But actions? That's a new one!
... his bosses? How do you have any idea who I was in touch with? You don't, that's how! But to relieve your curiosity, it was only one person I was in touch with, not plural. I mean, what's the need to be in touch with anyone else when you're in touch with a senior partner? None, as far as I can tell. Oh, and I simply asked him a couple of questions and he gave me very straightforward answers. No equivocation, no ducking my questions, no dissembling. (Doesn't sound much like the response of someone who was being stalked to me, does it to you?)
Maybe you have this mixed up with another phone call I made about someone else, who was at the time a broker (or something) with a brokerage firm I use -- could that be?
help me out here, whitemanfromtown ...
Coqy made comment about Cisco and the nantucket blue room and the same comments about meeting Xeno in, "beantown", and the nantucket blueroom".
Beantown is Boston. The Nantucket Blue Room is not in Boston (though Nantucket is, I grant you, near Boston).
What dots are you trying to connect?
btw ... lotsa peeps went to the Univ of Wisconsin, which is also not in Beantown or anywhere near the Nantucket Blue Room. Are all those peeps ~kidd/stk/bcci/etc?
You're right ... stk and xeno are BOTH lawyers! Gosh, that was a long winding path for you to take to get to that factoid! You must be exhausted!
Also ... just in case you've forgotten ... beaniebaby (who has no connection with Beantown, which is another name for Boston -- or at least no connection that I know of) loved motorcycles. Beanbiebaby is the one your best friend's brother, tommyboy, hoped to lure into his web back in the daze. Remember that? Beanie wasn't interested though, for some reason. Neither was a friend of mine from Connecticut (that's the state that's next to Massachusetts, in which state Beantown is). That friend went to UConn, which school has nothing to do with the U of Wisconsin (or Madtown). UConn also has nothing to do with NS but it does boast a pretty good basketball team.
There. That's enough cluze for you to chew on for today.
We can continue tomorrow, if you'd like.
