reading once more the credential of the board of directors
Alexander P. Cavasin, CEO
Prior to ACMG, Alexander Cavasin worked in the Sulzer owned Vacuum Plasma Spray (VPS) coating shop in Switzerland, where under his management the shop's revenues increased from virtually zero in 1986 to over $7.5M per annum in 1990, in the highly
specialized gas turbine and aerospace markets where it is not unusual to spend years developing and approving new products prior to implementing sales. In parallel to his employment at Sulzer, Dr. Cavasin pursued his studies and completed his thesis developing a computerized spray-forming repair method for worn gas turbine components. It is today the industry's most advanced repair process for gas turbine vanes and blades. In 1992 Alexander Cavasin moved to Canada and accepted the position of Director of Operations at Pyrogenesis,

where he developed the thermal spray coating business. Under Mr. Cavasin's management several world leading coatings and new processes were developed including, ThermGuard, the world leading TBC (Thermal Barrier Coating), a new bio-compatible coating designed to facilitate bone tissue growth into orthopedic implants, new high temperature refractory metal and ceramic shields for Fusion Reactors such as Lawrence Livermore National laboratory’s Nova reactor (Inertial Confinement) and CCFM’s Tokamac and Toroid Fueller (Magnetic Confinement Reactor and its inline fuelling system) and, Pyrogenesis' patented Near-Net-Shape Spray Forming process for the manufacturing of gas turbine burner components. Dr. Cavasin also laid the ground for Pyrogenesis’ patented waste to ethanol plasma conversion process. Alexander Cavasin is the author of several publications on advanced processes, materials and coatings development. He brings over 20 years of related experience in this field to the ACMG team.
Donald Pepin is a petrochemical engineer with over 35 years of experience in the field. Mr. Pepin has excelled as a consulting engineer for Lavalin, Tecsult and SNC-Lavalin

for over 15 years and has for the subsequent 20 years directed the implementation of petrochemical plants from conception to start-up.Donald Pepin is joining the ACMG team as COO and oversee the implementation of the raw materials plant. Mr. Pepin is an excellent and invaluable addition to ACMG and closes the technological gap within the management team.
Evgeny Stefoglo, CTO
Dr. Stefoglo, with over 20 years of experience in the field of chemical reaction engineering for plastics manufacturing, is the Director of the Raw Materials Development program at ACMG. Dr. Stefoglo was a professor and head of the laboratories at the Russian Academy of Science from 1983 until 2003. Dr. Stefoglo was responsible for the development of new synthesis technologies for production of plastic intermediates, new processes for stabilizer and catalyst production, design of gas-liquid reactors and mathematical modulations. In addition to lecturing and mentoring PhD students he directed pilot projects for fluidized bed reactors, the development of new slurry column reactors with heat recovery, liquid phase catalytic hydrogenation and solid catalyst reactors yielding decreased energy consumption and improved performance. The major focus of his work concentrated in waste pollution control, the reduction and elimination pollutants formation and reduced energy consumption. Dr. Stefoglo is a member of the American Chemical Society and an INTAS Expert as well as a member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
