thanks .... frustrating with the drag out maneuvers of
litigants .... especially the one(s) who are ( imo ) guilty.
Two days of actual interest. Any news about AAII vs Boeing ???
Imagine this could be dragged out for years . Any opinions?
Still wishing the under dog wins this one.
Thank you, Paullee!
Really appreciate the more complete story on the August 2018 court update.
I was following this for years ... and was always hoping that in some way AAI could find Justice from the giant's
theft of their USAF business.
I am still 'in the dark' as to the status of the shares???
Bankruptcy to Kaiser (Doris Sewell, CEO) to Stewart Industries International.
If the outcome proves just (AAI pervails) ... any guess as to the final benefit per share.
Am using your latest case/court info to continue searching.
again, thank you.
Am searching .... will be back if I get more and more timely info.
Anyone a member of Law360 ? Can't get past the short summary ... 47 pages!
Boeing Must Face Bankrupt Aircraft Co.'s $100M Suit
By Christopher Crosby
Law360 (August 16, 2018, 9:01 PM EDT) -- An Alabama federal judge has denied Alabama Aircraft Industries a quick win in its $100 million suit alleging Boeing put it out of business by pushing it out of a $1.2 billion U.S. Air Force contract, but also refused to clear the aerospace giant of the accusation, saying a jury will have to weigh the facts.
In a 47-page decision U.S. District Judge R. David Proctor on Wednesday denied AAI's motion for summary judgment and granted parts of Boeing Co.'s dueling bid, clearing it of certain claims that it...
Case Title: Alabama Aircraft Industries Inc et al v. Boeing Company, The et al
Case Number: 2:11-cv-03577 Court Alabama Northern
Nature of Suit: 190(Contract: Other)
Judge: Judge R David Proctor
Hello AAIIQ followers,
Just got thru 16 pages of U.S. District Judge R. David Proctor.
Haven't been here on iHub in years .... and saw on a search result that a post was entered here by Paullee Thursday, 11/16/17! Thank You Any newer info?
Seems Boeing is trying the drag it out ...cheaper than getting a court date with a non Boeing jury.
Missouri’s high court explained in Purcell Tire??? wow
Still have the AAIIQ stock and looking (searching) for some "latest" news. Got any Case titles or #s or current filing court locals I can use to search for info .
Will post any newer info I come across.
Again, Thank you, 6bsa8
SC 13D filed today 6-1-07 ...
"As of May 30, 2007 Doucet Asset Management acquired
2,002,181 shares of the Common Stock of the Company
on the open market for total consideration of $2,273,416.
The above amount of total consideration includes any commissions incurred in the making of the investments. The source of these funds was the investment capital of the discretionary clients of Doucet Asset Management, which include Christopher and Suzette Doucet."
They must have bought some higher and are averaging down. They list every recent purchase price/date.
Well, it looks like someone other than me likes the look of GACF!
Wonder if they were looking over my shoulder ... at my
pattern charts... tee --- hee.
best of luck to those interested in GACF.

What do you make of this ?!!
"MEXICO CITY, May 25 (Reuters) - The owner of one of Mexico's fledgling discount airlines wants to buy the country's No. 1 but struggling Aeromexico carrier, a national daily reported on Friday.
Avolar controlling shareholder Jorge Nehme said he and a group of investors plan to make a formal offer for the assets of holding company Consorcio Aeromexico (AMEXICOA.MX: Quote, Profile, Research, including Aeromexico, within weeks, Reforma newspaper reported.
Neither Avolar nor Aeromexico could be reached for comment."
from a Reuters release.

GACF files 10-K/A - May 11 4:30
w/ LP financial statements.
Better understanding of the Limited Partnership's
status and viability. Now if they(we) can cash/plane
out, it would support the pattern chart ... and it is
.... a ' fulcrum four ' going ... five !!
The hot Mexican travel market also helps. Ryan Air
is eager to get into Mexican air travel (another
positive sign). Will Avolar succeed??
The chart action has brought the 'possible' low range
up .... to .58/.61 and ...
the upside zones are now: .86 - 1.01 - 1.62 - 3.67
This is really getting exciting!
Good luck to all those interested in GACF !

SWME is now SWMEE, yes , thanks ...
Jah Jah
thanks for your post update ... but
... I wasn't meaning that the stock symbol got pulled (that is automatic when filing extension deadlines are missed by a company),
... I was referring to was the actual products taken off pharmacy shelves and returned to Swiss Medica!! ... WHY??
I'm trying to get The Picture .
Do you know what happened?
Anyone have some input ? , please !!
thanks, BAM (bidaskme)
I LOVE it ... Oh, do I HATE it !
SWME is making a 45 years investor/trader/gambler think about
getting help .... HELP !!!!!!!!!
I usually go by my pattern charts and used them to haul out several thousand $$ as SWME swrilled and clunked its' way down to what the chart said was value .... .16 (16 cents).
so I get tons of the stuff , yeh, THE PRODUCT and
THE STOCK...
I LOVE the product. I gave out bunchs of bottles to my local Medical Docs and to friends and relatives... Everyone LOVED the stuff. ( Smell was a negative to many -- breakfast
with a scent of camphor , well, I agree with them on that point).
I Hate the stock for spanking my charts and my wallet.
Some of the product is still on the shelves at our local pharmacies and their (SWME) web site shows it being at many thru out the country.
WHAT HAPPENED??
Can you, PLEASE, help me here ... why did they suddenly get pulled ???
I just did a small survey of the local CVS and everyone
four ( 4 ) said they didn't understand it either --- two said it was the best performer during the spring..???
They said PMS Escape never went and 024 FIBROMY was too
confused for "general" customer .... but they still carry that one !!??
If you have any info, I would truly appreciate being enlightened ...
The stock is really doing some volume of late but with
100+ mil and covertable 100+ mil ... humph.
thanks for any and all help.
..... HHHHhhheeelllppp..!!! BAM (bidaskme)
Pattern Carts down to the "river card" ...
Hi,
I just have to do this ...
The Pattern charts were correct with the .51/.52 low and this would be a "traders" 'out time'
... BUT ...
... here is what the charts say, now. (up-dated with the recent 34.5% price rise).
This is like an early round table and we're waiting for the river ( last card ).
.28 is a possible
$1.67 is possible with a longer term$3.67 still in place.
I'm "all in" and will get a kick out of this ,one way or another...tee-hee.
One small input concerning the most recent 8k. I like words and language so I got a kick out of reading this part of the filing .....
..."The failure to timely file the Form 10K annual report for fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 within the extension period is directly attributable to the late receipt and incomplete financial data provided to the Company by JetGlobal, LLC, a joint venture in which the Company holds a 30% interest. Management has taken action to address these problems. All these issues, and others, will be addressed in detail in the Company's forthcoming SEC Form 10-K for fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 and subsequent conference call. The Company anticipates filing its 2006 SEC Form 10-K for fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 no later than the close of business April 20, 2007, and plans to hold its conference call the first business day following its Form 10-K filing.
You might want to take note of usage in the first sentence. ....... " to the LATE RECEIPT ..."
--[ I brought this over from my yahoo post on Gacf.]--
good luck, BAM (bidaskme)
The word usage implies they have the $ ...
"...the extension period is directly attributable to the late receipt and incomplete financial data provided to the Company by JetGlobal, LLC, a joint venture ..."
They say " to the late receipt .."
From my experience this usage means the items in reference have been received.
This good be good!
thanks for the post of that 8k.

MikeS97707,
Thanks for your comments on my post #375
and the invite for questions…..
1.) Do you think the L.P. is having troubles reporting (furnishing data)
because they are unable to assess the “equity worth “ due to Delta
needing a ‘final’ from the Bankruptcy Court??
2.) Given that Riley agreed to the announced ‘credit lines’ just a short
weeks ago … would you think their DD showed a ‘sooner rather
than later’ .. resolution to these …. accounting delay matters??
3.) I like the idea of Ian Herman staying as Chairman whilst starting a ‘trader’
Company that would have “relationship” to GACF. How do you feel on that?
4.) Will you be continuing as this boards moderator??
Thanks once again for your input, comments . I found your previous posts
both helpful and even minded … and that is why I wanted to “bounce”
my post by you.
Good luck, Bam [ bidaskme ]
MikeS97707,
No need to apologize!
Your assessment might still be valid!
I was sorry to read of your sale and the resulting loss.
Your efforts creating this board and the informative contributions are to be commended. Thank you!
I'm hoping you might contemplate this post
and perhaps be so kind as to reply.
I have followed GACF since it was RDVN. I have 'traded' it, mostly by my pattern chart. I became more .. the "investor" as it sunk from $1.95 down to this .52 which, by the way -- I consider, or more accurately , my pattern chart says is the bottom. - I now have a very heavy position.
… The BCI joint venture is … a “Limited Partnership”.
The finality of the Delta Bankruptcy payout is yet to be
‘court approved’ and thus remains an uncertain value $.
Ian’s move to Chairman from CEO is not a “weak” signal;
And his development of a ’new’ trading company with
his direct ’relationship’ to GACF … makes sense.
L.P. s can be … ‘complex’ and … burdensome.
Avolar is a start-up as is GACF, in a sense and both are making good headway . There are screw ups that happen but it is too early to assume … the worst . Imho.
GACF has 51 million shares (fully). Too much in my opinion
because it makes for a ‘considerable’ number of “ trading Shareholders ”. We all want info. We all want good info. We all want it yesterday, and “right now, damn it!” ---- But how much time to devote to satisfying all these “traders” ?? Who, of the three or so top guns at the company should come away from business to take calls etc. from … “traders”??
When I stopped trading in Pemco and -became- an investor, I abandoned my quest for their time . The info was scant and few and not timely -- but the stock did manage to go from .315 to $ 36.75 [ a one for four reverse split] so really $9.18.!!
What could our company say ?? It’s the L.P. ? Delta court ?? The Learning curve??
I felt they gave out the info they ‘really’ possessed!
AND ... the credit line from Riley just a few weeks ago !!???
I think these guys would do some heavy DD on what we are
all wondering about now ... and this was announced in the call from Ian's presentation and the news releases. Humm?
My chart says mid three dollar ($3.60ish) on GACF … so I like the Odds. Given where this was just 2 years ago I see value!
I respect your previous info and would enjoy hearing from you.
Thank you and all those interested in this GACF post board.
BAM … (bidaskme)
..or they went down with the ship...
Hello SWME folks,
I just found IHub and hope to join in on some of the boards, here. Thanks for starting this one.
I'll admit to the worst mistake I've made in 45 years ..
... hanging on to SWME. Have the product, 'O24 ' all over the house... have given samples to three medical Doctors and scores of neighbors relatives and friends. THEY (we) ALL LOVE IT ! It works ... even our local high school football team became avid users. The manager at a local CVS said it was one of his best "new performers". Two months later, he doen't even stock O24 ( not his call, but a regional decision ) ! ??? Hello ??
I see three products O24, Fibromyglia O24 and PMS escape that not only made it to national distribution but got favorable and more importantly, 'credible review and acceptance.'
-- What happened that suddenly, CVS, Walgreens, Wal-Mart say..take it back.? Same time as 'Icey-Hot got shelve and display position to die for....hmmph... smelly.
-- Well even with the over-whelming 200mil + stock (on full redempt and dilution), these products must be worth something.
I hung on, and am bleeding so profusely I've taken the embarrassing " down with the ship " mentality here ( oh I know ' nothing like a poorer fool to add on to the old fool ) ...
Anyone know anything about what happened and MORE importantly WHY ? Thanks much and see ya around here!
good luck, BAM
Hello to the posters here at GACF!
Thank you , Mike, for beginning this topic. Great Intro!!
My interest in Global goes back to -- Renegade. There were a few posts on (RDVN) gacf at the boards for PAGI (Pemco) , in Yahoo market page.
I’ve been in PSCN= Pagi, TMAV and RDVN = Gacf.
My pattern charts are what brought me into RDVN = GACF.
They are a personal compiling of trends, tracks and patterns mixed with some fibonacci and stirred with a 45 year experienced paddle. And then I like to see these charts get backed up by some fundamental agreements.
GACF has a very similar look – like ( Pemco ) PAGI just when Tennenbaum was taking it on. He put a 1 for 4 reverse split taking the price from @ .30 – .40 with 20 mil stock to $1.50ish and only 4-5 mill shares. It got as high as $36 ... is now @ $ $8-9 due to question about keeping the Government KC 135 tanker contract , that is a major part of the bus.
Well, point is .... I like the GACF pattern chart as much as I did Pemco (1996ish).
Any thoughts on what a reverse split might accomplish here??? The high share count is a
burden , imho.
Good luck , BAM
