I also updated the ibox chart with that info.

Last chance to get your questions in...
I won't have much of a chance to print out new questions tomorrow befoe the SH meeting so please get them in today!
ITGuy
Hi GBathat, I posted them and will post them again
if they hand them out. I will post whatever they give me so everyone can see for themselves.
ITGuy
Ok Catani, maybe not monumental news then...
just any cool info that might be of interest to investors.
ITGuy
No Archyis, the meeting was very helpful last year to see the product and to get more in-depth info on the company. All questions were asked and answered last year so I expect the same this year.
ITGuy
Hi Song, there was an presentation and during that time there were questions allowed. Any questions that didn't get answered during the presentation, I just asked at the end. Paul didn't have a problem with that. Then we got into more in depth stuff at Buddy's afterwards. Hopefully, he will do the same this year. We did send the questions off to him early so he has a chance to review them.
If there is anything monumental that comes out at the meeting (or afterwards), I will try to post what I can from my phone.
ITGuy
Np Allie, Just glad to finally be able to report on something. Need to earn my keep as a mod! lol
ITGuy
lol. I don't know if I will be going to dinner with him.
That was just a thought as he offered to go out last year. Since this year there will be a reception, I don't know if we'll go out afterwards. It's all up to Paul. But even so, I will try to get everything answered during the meeting (and still chat things up if we end up going out afterwards! lol)
ITGuy
NP Catani, I kinda stayed out of the spotlight the
last few months and let things run their course. But I'm glad to finally get some info firsthand I can share with everyone. I will do my best to relay the answers to all the questions.

No Bird,
He doesn't know what's happening - none of us do. I'm sure he'll have things to say at the SH meeting that will shed light on where things are headed though.
ITGuy
Sure thing baaaden.
Sorry about that.
Ok - here is the updated list of questions.
We will be sending them to Paul today so he has a chance to review them before the SH meeting. If you have any questions to add, post them now.

ITGuy
Hi Nicehit, I will send an e-mail to him beforehand with all the questions but I doubt he will answer them in an e-mail. He had time for all the questions last year so I don't think it will be a problem this year. Anyway, I hope to be taking an outing with him afterwards again. Last year we went to Buddy Guy's and had a nice chat for a couple hours. I'm sure I can get all the questions answered.
ITGuy

Got your questions and others Song.
I will try to get them answered at the meeting.

Is this website new?
http://www.spooz.net/SPOOZTOOLZ%20PRO.htm
or is it so old I just don't remember it! lol
Don't know what the point would be of having 2 seperate web sites.

I will be going Longhornbill,
but I won't be staying in a hotel... my car is good enough for me! lol
OK - so maybe not as I live in South Bend and will be driving up for it. If you can't make it up, shoot me over any questions and I'll try to have them answered for you.

Hi All again! I've been very quiet here
the last few months as I didn't feel that there could be anything said to appease some on the board. Things have gone much slower than I would have hoped but I still have all my shares and still think progress is being made.
I will be going to the shareholder meeting again this year and will be glad to take any questions we have on the board. Send me a PM or post them to the board and I'll try to compile a list to take with me.
Looking forward to meeting some of you there (and seeing old faces from last year!)
ITGuy
Hi IW, You can count me in as one too.
I haven't bought nor sold any in the last 8 months. Still millions strong and looking forward to what's on the horizon.
GLTA!
Coming out of the woodwork finally....
Been lurking for a while but news will always bring me out.
It's hard for me to see how anyone can't see that this is a solid company in the making when you take a look at the big picture. This is a company that is setting itself up to be a player (hopefully a major player). There have been delays and it stinks sometimes, but overall both Spooz and 141 are still going through the necessary steps to become a real company.
This is a hot market area. I've talked to a couple of financial planners/brokers and they have confirmed that there are other companies looking at algorithmic trading. After talking to them about Spooz, they were extremely impressed that the connectivity was already in place as this was a major part these other companies were missing. The fact that Spooz will be on the Exchange's backbone should make the latency close to nil. Spooz will have some extreme advantages over these other companies I think.
Very exciting to see things stirring again. I'm looking for a rockin January!
I will be on vacation till Jan 2nd so no more posts by me till then! (not that there has been much as of late anyway lol)
Take care all!
Ok Diabolic. MA 200 has been added to the chart.
I had to remove the SAR in order to do it.
Would really love to see some positive action with this soon. My personal opinion is that Spooz is lining itself up to be a major player in this market and everything is coming together. We should know soon one way or the other.

Old Martingale's post deleted as requested.
Thanks for the info Martingale!
Congrats Milo3! Nice to have you on board!
Hi Martingale, Thanks for the update
but I'm a little confused about something. So they did have a deal with Spooz but they don't now? Did they say why they don't now? You also mentioned they were 'quite excited about getting involved with it soon" - what was that in relation too? Are they looking to get back in with Spooz then?
So they also believe that this is worth more than .005. Interesting to hear that coming from someone outside Spooz that has actually seen and worked a bit with the product.
Thanks again for doing this DD!
IHateWorking - Just FYI:
Not one of your posts today was deleted by the mods of this board. All were deleted by the Admins. It's not us that have a problem with what you post - it's them. Just thought I would let you know before you start criticizing the board mods.
I don't believe it's being sold yet. It looks like they are putting together their own custom trading solution in which STv2 is part of. They are getting it ready but are not at the point of selling it. So no income would be received by Spooz - yet.
Seems to be a pretty logical way of releasing software:
1. Develop it
2. Set up you distribution channels (ie. resellers)
3. Get your customer service teams up and going
4. Set your marketing campaigns in motion (ie. ads + TDAmeritrade)
5. Release the software to market through as many resellers as possible, at the same time, to maximize market penetration.
AIMO but to me, the big picture of things says it all.
OmniQuant is a reseller of Spooz - Paul confirmed this months ago. Technically, I don't think their web site should really be accessible to the general public right now. I don't think they wanted word of this relationship out yet. Maybe this is what Paul is waiting for... he did say that he wanted fast market penetration so maybe he has to wait on all the resellers to get things ready before he lets it go. It could very well be that the delays are for other companies to get ready, not Spooz. Paul said that although they will be selling STv2 on their website, they were never meant to be the primary seller of the software - at least that's what I understood he meant. I think all resellers will be given the go at the same time to maximize penetration into the market - and possibly help offload part the customer service requirements. People are then able to make a choice on which reseller they want to deal with tech support issues on.

Hi Cent, yes I'm here. Get me a link to the sound and I'm sure I can get it on somewhere.
Paper, please read farther down the list of questions:
In your reply to Allies' email of 8-17 you replied that
" a reverse split or continued dilution of the companies stock was out of the question."
Do you continue to maintain this position.
Answer : Yes, at this time, no reverse splits are planned or contemplated.
The answer you quote could be a different way to lower the O/S. Given his answer later on, a R/S is not on the table.
Thanks Allie! Lots of great stuff in there!
Posted in ibox.
Hi Traderfan, Yes - I'm still around
and I read almost every post every day - throughout the day. There is rarely a time I'm not on the board hitting the 'refresh' button! lol! I tend to stay out of a lot of the back and forth arguing and only post when I have solid DD. Allie is really great at keeping the board informed of what Paul says so I normally take a back seat to her posts.
I'm still very positive on Spooz and have, like Allie, MC, IW, Wing, and Milo3, talked to Paul and gang recently. I can't say I haven't been frustrated at times but it's mostly because I see this as a great company and I just want it to get going! But that's my fault on the lack of patience, not theirs. I see this as a long hold on my part. I haven't sold nor bought any in the last 3 months or so and don't plan to. I'm now long on about half my shares so I'm just waiting for the climb up the hill to begin. The delays here and there do get to me sometimes but there's still far more reasons for me to believe in the company that not too. Being close to Chicago has allowed me to see Spooz, go the shareholder meeting and hang out with Paul and Darryl a bit. I'm seen demos and concrete proof that there is something there worth waiting for. You won't see me pump too much but there are times where I can really see this company going very far and I need to express myself a bit! lol
I'm not too much of a trader so I can't delve into the specifics of what makes STv2 great without talking out my butt a bit - so I just won't do it. I'm in IT (as my alias implies), and what I can tell you is that I've seen some the programming aspects of what they created and have been extremely impressed. Very professional looking with a clean functional design. It even works on Vista with Office 2007 too! Specifically, the charting program (SpoozCharts) seems excellent! I was lucky enough to have a pre-demo of it and based on the limited experience I've had with other charting programs, I was very impressed. Extremely in-depth tools with the polling of multiple data streams. Overall just a cool looking program just by itself.
Hopefully this give you a better idea of where I stand and why I don't post very often. A lot of the banter that goes on the board is just a waste of time for me and for a lot of people. At first I was very interested in what everyone had to say but as I did more and more DD over the last year+, I don't need to hear all the pumping and bashing - it's just plain clear to me that all will work in due time with Spooz.
And Congrats to MC on becoming a Mod! Sadness that it had to come from Wing leaving us.
GLTA
Thanks Allie for posting those responses and
thanks to Paul for answering them all!
Quite a lot of info in that e-mail. I'm sure we'll have some lively discussions of different parts of it in the coming week!
GLTA
Very interesting Peeved...
You say that the O/S for XXIS is 266.7K right? Now if we take 120,000,000 (SPZI owned shares of 141) divided by 266.7k X 1000 (for a 1000 to 1 split), that gives us 0.44994375.
120,000,000/266,700,000 = .44994375
OR
45%
Hmmm - that number sounds real close to the estimated percentage that we gave to the SPZI ownership in 141!
Thanks Songbirdia for your great e-mail.
Definitely worth a trip to the ibox.
All great news and glad to hear about the great direction Paul is leading the company in.
Long here!
Great idea Allie. I think Paul and gang would really appreciate that!
#1 Interest!?? TY MC for so much info.
I'm sure everyone would be thrilled if you elaborated on any part of the discussions there. I'm definitely interested in hearing more about this #1 interest. Did you hear that straight from Eli or from someone else? Was there anything else that they said in regards to Spooz - any other insights they had or comments?
Thanks a bunch again MC. I think I need to make a separate spot in the iBox tomorrow for all your posts on this!
