The actual definition of FUD is “fear uncertainty and doubt”. A classic strategy of shorts to undermine support for a stock. When you see negative innuendo posted numerous times per day, you’re observing FUD in action.

Strong position-at least 40% higher than mine. I hope you have help lined up to manage your future wealth. I have folks competing for my portfolio-but I won’t touch my LWLG for now (which is the majority of my investment). The wealth that awaits is far beyond my needs. But - I can deal with that.
A huge thank you to jeunke, Walter and Steve - very generous of you to share your thoughts and stories. They are extremely helpful. You are board treasures.

Just for accuracy’s sake, the patent application is what was just published. They do not yet have this patent affirmed by the USPTO.
That said, today’s announcement could hardly have been more powerful - or timely.

Application for Novel Hybrid Silicon Photonics Polymer Modulator Fabrication Process
Company Secures Patent Application for Novel Fabrication Process to Advance High-Volume Foundry Potential; Enables Stable, High Yielding Poling of Polymer Devices with Silicon Photonics Circuits
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., June 21, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Lightwave Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: LWLG), a technology platform company leveraging its proprietary electro-optic polymers to transmit data at higher speeds with less power, today announced the publication of a U.S. patent application on a new invention that will enhance polymer modulator manufacturing in high-volume foundries when integrated with silicon photonics.
Thank you. Appreciate the follow up.
When was Mr. Harder with LWLG? I see no reference on his ECOC announcement or his LinkedIn profile to LWLG, although I did see that Dr Lebby endorsed him on LinkedIn. Thanks in advance.

Good results but heavy stock compensation to insiders. So far, just a vehicle for self-enrichment. Expected better - growth, innovation and customer value.
I bought back 5,000 shares yesterday at $6.32. So clearly don’t look to me for calling the bottom. That said, I’m confident those shares will become highly profitable.

Better question is why he continues to post about a stock he isn’t invested in and doesn’t believe in.And how he so quickly became an expert on talking points of a short seller whose bona fides are questionable at best, despite not having raised them previously in his many #scam posts.

Very cool. Thx for sharing.
Ok. I hear you. Maybe you’re right. But then how to explain 20 million shares short? That’s a whole lot of “thin air”.
20 million shares short. Don’t bet on this being the last of short attacks on this company. That’s a lot of money invested in this being a failure.
I suspect they believe the ex-employee has identified weaknesses and fraud. Never known this kind of short position to be generated without a significant amount of research supporting it. At least now we know their thinking.
Lebby can put this to rest - and he should. Just call out the three or four major theses and say “used to be true but resolved “, “false - blatantly untrue” or “true but we are working on a solution “. Doesn’t need to be more.
Or buy another 10,000 shares.
The theses come from someone working with them at a high level less than a year ago. To my mind, that can’t be ignored. Michael should definitely put it to rest. I may be in the minority here, but if he’s unwilling to do that, that would worry me.

Thank you, Lewrock.
Where does the $10 billion in 2026 estimate come from? That number at 70% margin, 120 million shares and 40 pe - makes me richer than Brad Pitt! Hope you’re right.
Customer ramp - 2024. Does that mean we are still 2 years from true commercialization?
I just returned from a week in Ireland, where I was told “When in Rome, do as the Irish do”! Made me smile and thought I’d share (and it isn’t bad advice).
I hope someone will press for guidance on profitability at the ASM. Until we get that, such language should make us all a bit uneasy.
Except we are supposed to know about at least one partner by now, per Lebby’s own words. So that’s a deliverable that appears to be behind schedule - and honestly would help to settle many here if it had been met.

Clearly someone unloaded a heap o’ shares, today. 2.6 million shares - brutal.
And yes, supposedly on the restricted list today.
Nice opportunity to buy back my 100 Sept. 20 calls that I sold a while back for $1.20 - bought them back today @ $.60 - nice free $6,000.
Just bought a little. Really overweighted so I can’t add much but too tempting to not take some advantage of this price level.
No way of knowing for sure. But we have Oppenheimer, a near term market rebound (this I don’t expect to last but…), pending earnings and near term ASM - not to mention announcements that could land at any time. If I was a short, I’d see if I could clear out some stop loss orders before all of the above starts to reverse momentum.
I was one of the original investors in a company called Dendreon. On the day of the FDA committee meeting on their treatment ‘Provenge’, we had a massive pps crash wiping out weak investors and stop losses. Everyone in alarm - somebody knows something! It recovered quickly and the FDA committee ended up recommending approval. The pps shot north. Moral - games will be played. Ride the wave.
I just received a message on Thinkorswim stating that we have an earnings announcement after the market close today. Of course I received a similar notice on Power REIT for yesterday-and no earnings were released so take it for what it is.

This is *exactly* a stock for flippers. I rarely flip but I’ve ridden this twice - first bought in at $.0002 and sold at $.0005. Second time sold at mere 50% profit. Nice returns.
The issue here is that the CEO has never run a successful business. Supposedly had a deal with Calif’s Finest - big fraud. Disappeared for 2 years. Suddenly has mega deal with “The Plant”. Anyone know anything about their financials? Can they begin to sell enough to make dime on the huge number of outstanding shares? What’s the market - what’s the margin - what is the expected growth year to year? How do they finance this growth?Anybody? Anybody? Buehler?
The fact that you can buy a bazillion shares doesn’t guarantee that you get rich - usually the exact opposite. But there are those who think a nothing company with a nothing ceo with no exposed business plan will make them rich - and jump on any rumor. Keeps happening and it allowed Bishop to sell shares to pay off debts. Allowed me to make some coin too although despite the number of shares, it wasn’t impressive money. But that’s how the smart money plays this.Until you can map out revenue, debt, share count, expected growth, financing … it’s a terrible buy and hold.
Quick question- if “The Plant” is such a sweet asset- why sell to a company with no assets, no money and a stock price in the toilet? I’d think that is very strange. Much larger players that would scoop it up if it was so attractive.
Not a short - how can you short a stock already in the toilet? I’ll not post here again as you will do what you will. But - if you do play here, flipping is your most obvious path to some green. IMHO.
Good luck to all - including those who hold on for the home run.

I sold some September calls - 100 contracts got me $12,000. I know we all think we’ll be well past $20 by September, but as you said, I wanted a hedge in case things progressed slower. I did this in January and made $10,000 on my covered calls. A way to make money while we wait. It’s a small portion of my position if it is called, and I don’t mind taking some profits on the way up either. I suspect some will be angry I have such little faith. Again it’s a very small part of my holdings and I believe in trust - but hedge.
Or you may want to try some May TWTR calls. You can get $48’s for about $2. Not bad for a $54 buyout.
Wow. Impressive! Thx for sharing.
Wow - despite the enthusiasm on this board, our sp is just tanking. Unbelievable.
Equally surprising was that he holds less than 64,000 shares of LWLG. Less than many of us here.
I don’t think that’s the point. We’d all be disappointed to learn that Dr. Lebby was playing by the “I probably won’t be caught“ playbook. But I think most of us think highly enough of him to believe that’s not how he rolls.
The insight we get from this comes from knowing this man plays by the rules. Understand the rules and you understand his message. At least, that’s my playbook.
Thank you, Slim. Most of us know this but nice to see it being advertised. Could help build our momentum from here.
Btw - love the 1,000 share purchase by Lebby. Clearly not to build wealth - and thus clearly a sign. Unambiguous, bullish, exciting. Management does indeed have our back.
Love this company.
Nice.
LWLG told us some time back that if sales exploded upon going commercial that they’d need a partner but if sales started slowly they would go it alone. Based on that, I’m hoping for a partnership. If that’s a cop out, I’m ok with that.
~yanqui
Ok that all makes sense. Thanks again.
Thanks for your insight, Richard. But hasn’t Lebby talked about partnerships that we would soon be seeing? Tier1 clients? Working directly with multiple foundries? I read into all of that some higher-level presence in the architecture, and News forthcoming.
Do you believe this means we never know of our clients or sales agreements and will only be able to impute our “ubiquitousness” from actual sales? If that’s true, when do you believe that starts to happen?
We can fly with a partnership or news of Tier 1 clients. If we wait for sales, pps appreciation could still be awhile yet.
Thoughts?
Excellent!
