I think this post over from the Yahoo Board puts most of the key points I saw into persective:
http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_N/threadview?m=tm&bn=74037&tid=1378&mid=1378&tof=1&frt=2
-----------------
Let's take a moment to analyze this situation now that the company has AUDITED FINANCIALS.
The condensed summarized income statement information for ATOLL for the year ended December 31, 2007, is as follows:
Net Revenues $ 43,123,001
Gross Profit $ 17,908,447
Net Income $ 14,288,205
For the years ended December 31, 2007 and 2006, the Company recorded equity in its share of ATOLL’s net income of $5,662,717 and $39,780, respectively. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company received dividends of $241,125 from ATOLL.
For the years ended December 31, 2007 and 2006, the Company recorded equity in its share of ATOLL’s net income of $5,662,717 and $39,780, respectively. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company received dividends of $241,125 from ATOLL.
Current Assets $ 23,420,760
Property and Equipment (net) 498,416
Other Assets 1,243,113
Total Assets $ 25,162,289
Current Liabilities $ 9,408,152
Non-current Liabilities 886,266
Members' Equity 14,867,871
Total Liabilities and Members' Equity $ 25,162,289
Company Equity Investment $ 10,352,228
So now that we have the above facts in place - let's do some analysis.
First of all, Nucon paid approximately $4.6 million for a 50% stake in ATOLL which consisted of $2.16 million in cash and $2.4 million in restricted stock.
In just one year, Nucon's share of profits amounted to $5.66 million plus $241,000 in dividends. That is a fabulous return on investment.
If ATOLL were to go public - how much would they be worth? ATOLL earned $14.28 million last year and is expected to increase their growth this year. They are basically a monopoly player regarding the replacement parts business and appear poised to garner some business outside of Russia going forward -there are many Nuclear projects scheduled in the coming years. But for the sake of being conservative will just take 2007 results into account.
$14.28 million X 15 (conservative P/E)equates to a valuation of $214 million. Since Nucon owns a 50% interest their share would be valued at $107 million. This equates to over $2.00 per share. Truthfully, I believe ATOLL will be sold to the new Russian conglomerate for considerably higher valuations since they are an intregal player in Atomprom's future plans.
This analysis helps to put things into perspective - only the best is yet to come when the other products/services begin to generate revenue and earnings. Remember there are huge dollars allocated to the restoration projects in Russia for cleaning up spent Nuclear waste - you'll have to ask yourself what are the chances of Nucon getting a slice of this multi-billion dollar clean up.
The company is currently traded on the pink sheets which hurts its valuation - something that is a negative. However, they have already filed their 10-C-11 and now that the audit is complete; it should only be a matter of time before they are cleared for the bulletin board.
It's not right for all investors, but it sure appears to be a great speculation for the right investors. As the US dives into recession, this stock even makes more sense since I don't believe the outlook for Nuclear power is about to subside anytime soon. YOU DECIDE.
NNRI chart, stopped logically at the downtrend line, Tuesday is the do or die day

here's the longer term chart

Actually sorry about that, Todd did not sell, Jim H did.
yep Todd sold all his shares, could be in for legal trouble and serves him right
Yep Jelly everyone seems to be waiting, anyway at least it's hold up and not giving all the gains back, have a good weekend let's see what happens next week
yep jelly, just shows you there is a lot of emotion here. Of course that's understandable I guess considering that most are way down on this stock. But yep I'm not out here to bash anyone, just post some thoughts and I'm trying to be objective as I can, just wish people would quit bashing me, I'm not the enemy
remember, also chat rooms etc, just a feel I get, nothing scientific, just posting my thoughts, don't beat me up :)
didn't you read my comments?? I said NNRI HAS TO Deliver and how this is a BIG IF? how's that cheerleading? I think that's very cautionary
come on people, I'm getting real tired of these boards geez
Regaring NNRI, it has held up well thus far and here are my thoughts.
One positive thing to consider is this:
Technical analysis is basically the analysis of mass human psychology which manifests itself in chart and volume patterns. The charts below show this clearly, however here are some thoughts using some logic thinking about the recent psychology of the boards.
However one thing that I've noticed when I look at all the boards (this one, yahoo, others, and yes even on Stocktigers chat) there are a lot of people who either sold on the move up on Monday or who are not buying and are waiting on the sidelines - again I get this sense when I read the boards and on ST's chat.
This is good to see because IF and belive me that's a BIG IF, NNRI is able to deliver next week, there are a lot of these people who are on the sidelines who might finally feel compelled to jump back into NNRI which would provide the 'powder' needed to push it up quickly to $1 or higher in the short term. So peronally I want to see the posts on the boards die down and/or more posts from people who say that they are sitting on the sideline because they will provide the 'powder'.
However, again NNRI must deliver with the audit and financials with good stuff for this to occur and also we need to see it basically hold up until the report and not retrace all Monday's move and that's a week away so that's an uncertainty.
here's the charts;
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=0&mn=11&dy=0&id=p15426258882&a=109981374&listNum=39

Yes yesterterday was a nice technical move, however ultimately NNRI has to deliver fundamentally. Again let's hope they can deliver we should know soon neet week.
possibly, but let's see how the day closes.
sonic, I bought some last week near the bottom of the channel, so far so good. Today the volume is real strong and the downtrend line is resistance, let's see if it can clear that today, if so then it has clear shot up to $1.
Resistance levels:
1. downtrend line
2. $1
3. $1.20 downtrend line from April highs on log chart
4. $1.80
NNRI chart, come on baby go, don't fade later today, volume is already strong this early, resistnace is downtrend line coming up, would be nice to clear that. MACD lines have crossed up

batscam, you wrote 'It should come as no surprise that the only stock one is able to recommend on this board is NNRI'
That's kind of a dumb response, this is the NNRI board, why would we put other stock recs here???
But ok since you want some other picks, here you go:

Hi Jamesd7, I can't say it because people here get too angry, I'm not here trying to promote my site anyway. But I'm sure if you look in the past posts you will find it.
Let's hope we get news in about a week!
VIDEO - Here's a comprehensive VIDEO overview of NNRI technically via 3 charts. I go over the recent chart action, the MACD, the CMF, key MA's,and trendlines, have a good weekend
http://tinyurl.com/5nps5a
Okay I at least want to post one meaning post lol, again I like that the CMF has went positive, however obviousy lots of work to do and lots of resistance, hopefully news will be the catalyst to get it going
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=0&mn=10&dy=0&id=p99193255675&a=109981374&listNum=39
Yes I did that interview with Richard Wahl, have not spoken to him since. Stock Tiger is friends with Richard Wahl and meets with him all the time in Russia, he is a major share holder, far more than davis. I have never met Richard Wahl nor have I spoken to him since. Stocktiger knows it all better than I do because he's met him.
BTW, the real reason that Stocktiger banned me from his site was because I shared the interview with a few of you.
Anyway, enough of this stuff, the chart really is looking a little better, now they need to deliver on the audit/earnings.
NNRI chart, so far hanging in here at the bottom of the channel. CMF is green, now need to see MACD turn up
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=0&mn=10&dy=0&id=p99193255675&a=109981374&listNum=39
CMF goes green, NNRI chart
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=0&mn=10&dy=0&id=p99193255675&a=109981374&listNum=39
Also, Lansing asked the other day why I still have some NNRI stock considering my discipined style of trading? Well that's complicated with many reasons. First off, when I listed NNRI on my site I stated that NNRI was a speculative play and that only 'play' money or money that you can afford to lose should be invested in NNRI. So #1 I didn't put that much money into it. #2, Normally for story stocks you give much wider stocks, however obviously not 85% lol! NNRI I would normally have sold long long ago even though I have play money invested in it, so I'm not happy about that. #3. Also, thinking that you know too much will hurt you in a stock because it will cause you to hold far longer than you should. For example, I have some connections and I was told so many storys about this and that coming, which caused me to hold, bad idea, the tape tells you the true story. #4 A few of my members still own NNRI, therefore I felt obligated in some way to hold it i.e. they wouldn't own it if I didn't mention it in the first place as a stock with high potential and a sexy story.
So that's about it, I'm not happy that I kept NNRI down this far and it is not the way that I trade, just visit my website and you will see, however I also don't own that much therefore it could go to zero and not affect me.
Johnnyv, thanks for the chart! However one thing I must point out is that is not a valid descending triangle when you take it back to beginning of 2007. Bulkowski discusses chart pattern statistics in his book (encyclopedia of chart patterns) and also discusses the proper way to make chart patterns. By his definition, your chart does not fit a descending triangle, one reason is becaus you cannot have that much empty space from Mar 2007 until now. Also looking at the short term pattern, it really doesn't fit a descending triangle either.
However, your points are valid i.e. that support going back to 0.55 is lost. Also that quick runup from Mar 2006 - June 2006 (from 2 cents to 2.5) is a 'thin zone' and DOES NOT offer any support what so ever. This stock needs miracle news and buying and needs to ge back over 0.55 - 0.60 quickly
yep, it was a little descending triangle
Hey Gibber, interesting that you know Eric (I'm not going to mention his last name), seems you are farily connected. Email me: matt@breakpointtrades.com. thx
One more chart, a 60 min chart - Notce how resistance also defined via the 50 EMA and downtrend line. Some positive divergence viat the MACD, Histogram, and RSI.
Gibber, yes and to add to your point. Regarding some of the posters who tell us that we shouldn't voice our concerns and questions on these message boards because it may deter potential buyers from buying. I say that's BS, no one is selling this stock because of these message boards, these boards are a place to voice concerns, ask questions, provide analysis, and to vent. We all have the right not to be happy about the share price obviously. To he** with all the people who say that we should smile and not post any concerncs on the boards; that is what these boards are for. I highly doubt any would be potential investors are reading my post about the NNRI chart and saying, 'oh I better not buy now becasuse Breakpoint says the chart is in downtrend', come on get real ST and others.
panama paul, we want to see the volume well above the avereage 60 day volume when resistance is broken.
But again, we need good news here to justify it. At the very least we need to see the chart base-out and go sideways for awhile to build support and show us that sellers are exhausted and no one is interested anymore, that's how real bottoms are formed, when everyone has lost interest.
But again, people need a reason to buy and hold, and so the forthcoming news is important.
NNRI chart, bouncing off hte lower support of the channel. CMF is about to go positive which is good. Resistance is 0.55 - 0.60 and major resistance is the downtrend line.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=0&mn=10&dy=0&id=p99193255675&a=109981374&listNum=39
longer term chart, shows short term resitance at 0.55 and the divergence in the CMF

Obviously it will take news/audit completion/etc in order to turn NNRI around, so let's how we get this soon
Hey King, another thing I forgot to add, my dad bought NNRI in the $4's and still holds it. I feel so bad about it because the only reason he bought it was because I mentioned it to him. Plus he lets me know about it everytime he talks to me, constant remainder :(
Didn't ST's brother buy a bunch in the $5's? Anyway, I told my father that I would give make it back to him either give him money or stock in something else. Luckily he didn't buy too much though. Anyway this stock price really sucks for everyone
Yeah bill gates/pusa Vista sucks, memory hog :)
pusa yeah whatever, you've wasted more space than I have with your useless posts
Thanks for the nice comments King,
I like the divergence building in the CMF, but again obviously the chart is news driven and everyone is waiting to see what they report etc.
BTW regarding the CMF, this probably explains it bettern than I can.
http://stockcharts.com/school/doku.php?id=chart_school:technical_indicators:chaikin_money_flow_c
Hello King, yes a few members at my site own NNRI. Obviously they are not happy, however they didn't put too much money into it. Also, fortunately most sold the stock in the $2 - $4 range, only a few still have it. I listed it as a speculative stock, which it always has been (it's on the pinks), though ST sent me a nasty note late last summer asking why I listed NNRI as speculative stock lolol?? That action bothered me, I mean it is what it is, don't sugar coat it.
Anyway, regarding the chart, NNRI appears to be in a downtrend channel with major support and resistance defined via the downtrend lines. However I suppose the one positive thing I could say is that the CMF (Chaikin Money Flow) has turned up and is once againg finally getting close to turning positive.
I agree with your assesment and evualuation of the #'s, I hope everything finally comes togehter with the audits, earnings, and moving off the Pinks. Thanks for all the due diligence that you do and provide. Also I like that you give ST some some tough questions :)
Here's my chart with annotations.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=0&mn=10&dy=0&id=p99193255675&a=109981374&listNum=39
Here's a longer term chart, there is positive divergence via the CMF and RSI, so hopefully this will start to play out!
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=1&mn=8&dy=0&id=p64589929507&a=121225900&listNum=39
jellydonout/stocktiger we appreciate the news items, but just post under your true alias stocktiger. Looking forward to earnings on Monday hopefully
kingthorpe, thanks for all the investigations you have done and informed posts.
That's funny, I live in St Louis currently
Well I think the company if fine and I hope they can execute their plans, get of the pinks and grow huge. Don't fault the company because of ST, that's his issue alone.
Lansing - here's a chart, so far so good, needs to hold this 0.50 cent area. Real the chart comments as well. More time is needed in order to heal this chart and hopefully news justifies it to make that happen
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=1&mn=8&dy=0&id=p64589929507&a=121225900&listNum=39
pusa....yeah whatever
jobado, can you just post it, what kingthorpe wrote? Since I'm banned it's a pain to go there and get around all that Micky Mouse crap.
Yes hope it holds up. Buy 100K NNRI, hold this baby up for us :)
