You know, the annual financial report you are obligated to submit?
You people can't even properly disclose information that's required by law. God help you if you do actually uplist to an exchange because they will be much more intolerant of your financial antics
because he filed it
given your track record, I would be more worried about filing that thing than replying to strangers on a chat board.
If they don't file it, my understanding is they will be in trouble with the SEC right? You are only allowed one NT so there must be some punishment if they miss their grace period.
It has to be filed on the 15th, right? I could actually see them try to post it tomorrow, as news on friday gets swept under the rug and we are all anticipating a rather nasty 10K this year. Then again, they do not have their shit together in any perspective so they may post this dumpster fire the day of.
Of course he does. George RR Martin knows when the next ASOIF book is coming out, too!
So is there just no 10K this year? the financial state of things are so bad that Delgado just threw in the towel? Among the other legal issues they are facing and delinquencies, guess we will have to add the SEC to both lists.
I get that. I even get supporting SHMP for the "tech" and hating the implementation of it so far. But to say NSI has excelled in both the development of its tech and the commercialization of it is pure fiction and I don't trust anyone who would have that stance.
To me, even the biggest fans of this stock have to acknowledge the shortcomings thus far and its very suspicious UF has never let NSI accept any blame for the state its in currently. Just my opinion.
How can you justify NSI in its current form? They are making new shares at like 20-30 million a month at their current rate, and have given no transparent guidance in how they are going to make money. You have to agree that at the very least, their public communications in the past 2 years has been abysmal. Even idiots would agree with this. If you try to defend their track record of transparency between them and the investors, you are basically outing yourself as an insider
Not sure if SHMP has until 2027 the way things are going!
Keep in mind folks, were in the middle of a PR hurricane for this company... they really have to sell this to make the uplisting as favorable as possible and this is their best attempt LOL
Maybe SHMP Loses money selling shrimp because COGS is too high? Thatd explain why theyre afraid of selling to anyone who isn't a food court visitor!!
Fair enough, I'm not arguing against it being more efficient than biofloc: It does seem to have good results in the trials (seem doing a lot of work in that sentence, as we haven't gotten much in terms of any trial results)
At this point though, given all the tests conducted, it would seem like some business would be interested in buying your equipment, if it was indeed more efficient than biofloc.
I would like to believe you but this doesn't seem to add up.
Give a reason (economic) why biofloc farms would want to by an RAS from SHMP? Why isn't there demand yet?
As crazy as it is to think, maybe theres more than like 5 disgruntled former investors who still follow this stock, for reasons unknown
Im questioning him because hes making such ridiculous statements aggressively defending shmp. I typically lurk in this forum but today I had to make an account because of how much hes jumped the shark.
As for bashing SHMP in general, I think that even though some here are overly negative, the lack of transparency and blatant poor performance from the company sort of justifies most their attitude.
Ah yes, covid and fires, that's why they can't sell any shrimp...
Its been years since covid, and they are still no closer to selling commercial levels of shrimp as they were in 2000. Might as well blame 9/11 for their failures while you are at it.
Its odd how quick you are to dismiss other aquaculture companies like GRPS as losers, and yet you defend SHMP tooth and nail with vague counter arguments like "market forces". Also typically for step C to happen you'd need some sort of revenue before doing so - not $30k revenue but an actual amount fitting for a commercial, publicly listed company
Unbelievable the garbage spewing from UF today. Market conditions... hmm maybe he meant the condition of our marketing efforts?
An observation: SHMP hasn't been able to commercialize RAS in any capacity that makes and they certainly are not cash flow positive... you of all people must know that. So where does that leave them? Is shmp magically exempt from this financial winter youre predicting for aquaculture?
Just saying youre uplisting, or you have trial results from a study, or youre entering new markets, is only half the battle. Investors need DETAILS for each of these to really interpret how beneficial the uplisting, trial, and market efforts are to the bottom line.
So yeah, the way NSI presented all the information you mentioned above is indeed fluff - its all the shell of information, not the meat...
Look at the way the market interpretted your PRS. Its barely hanging on by a cent. Don't give me that "the market is down today" bullshit - the market has been on huge rally for a while now and SHMP has tanked over that time.
If SHMP was a comedian, none of its jokes would be landing. No laughs for the audience. But Utah Flash will tell you the jokes are funny so they must be!
This guy is clearly just trying to pump NSI's fluff. The past 3 PRs have lacked any substantial details. Look at the pps and it will tell you all you need to know about the merit of the stuff they are putting out. So out of touch with reality - these vaguely worded puff pieces may have worked in 2018 but the market has gotten wiser
