There are a lot of things you have posted that were not verified(USSE owning the Natchez facility for starters)...I don't think your reputation here is as great as you think..you are what you are... and in many people's mind, that's a cheerleader. I don't think too many here take your posts seriously..sorry
My point exactly, you were posting that the Natchez plant was owned by USSE before it actually was. So when the PR came out stating that they closed the deal on it, the bashers used that to say, oh, so where they lying before? The point is that everyone involved with the company needs to read what they write many times before posting so as to not provide fuel for the fire.
since it does not look to me to be one of the first 4 but the existing reactor. ......So you don't KNOW, right....z
From what I do know about the new reactor, this is not one of them. The new tubes are going to be one 65 foot pipe that will be a huge improvement over what they had in Port Gibson. Again you are taking this the wrong way. My point is that Robert needs to be more clear in his posts. A lot of very positive things have come out since I was there even in December. Yet, we keep seeing the same people bashing the company and they are just using information that is posted in the PRs to do their bashing. I am sick and tired of it.
Just because I left MS the day before Thanksgiving doesn't mean I haven't been back to visit.
When was the last time you were in Natchez?
I was inside the Natchez and Port Gibson plant Tuesday December 26th and Wednesday December 27th.
MANY improvements have been made! There are a bunch of new components! FREEUS is NOT the old reactor by any stretch of the imagination....Please get your facts straight before you post derogatory info about JR, and USSE!.
I must apologize since people are not taking my statement the way it was intended. Maybe I did not make myself clear. Even if there are new components, myself like many of the investors here read into the comment by Robert that this was one of the new 4 tubes being put together. My point was that maybe he should be more specific since it does not look to me to be one of the first 4 but the existing reactor.
I have read many posts with misinformation even from you in your Executive summary back in November that I did not correct back then.
The point I was trying to make is that when any information is put out it needs to be 100% accurate otherwise the people that are here bashing everyday are going to use it as ammo. It pisses me off seeing people spread lies about the company and I don't mean information from the company. Maybe that is where I was not clear. I meant lies from the bashers such as IHDR during that whole scandal and others.
I have already been called a scumbag since my post this morning and realize not everyone understood where I was coming from. I don't know how to reiterate that it is the bashers lying that had me pissed off this morning and why I posted what I had said. It is in the details that feed the bashers.
OT: I am leaving now, so please don't take offense if I do not reply to any other questions for a few hours. I came back to FL to have a life, so sadly I have to say I am just going bowling to practice for Nationals instead of going to the beach or playing in the beautiful 76 degree weather here.
That is another reason, the day I left MS for Thanksgiving it was 28 degrees outside....it was 78 degrees in Florida.
The "Rivera process", as it is called, is in the "patent-pending" stage. Do you think that patent approval is likely?
I honestly don't know. I only know that they have been working with a patent attorney for a long time.
The bottom line, which you did not address, is that the product and process are real and will do what has been addressed. Your post, as many have already noted in other posts, is that things are not happening at the pace that is being stated to the investors. Do a little DD on nearly all companies, and you will find this is the case, especially with pinksheets.
Sorry, I guess I should have stated that. To hear JR talk about the process and everything is one thing. To be there and see it all work is another. It is amazing!!! Ask Z, I think him seeing it is what really pushed him to the position he is at now. I think the Vidalia demo for a lot of people was the awakening moment. I don't necessarily mean the demo itself in LA, but the after demo at the Port Gibson plant. I was a witness for 4 or more demos at Port Gibson for investors from all over including Italy. When you see what USSE can really do, it really is amazing.
I find it fascinating that the son-in-law of the inventor of such a product could not find the way to be a part of such a monumental effort. I am sure you have your reasons, but I would think many people here, such as z has done by becoming a paid promoter, would love an opportunity to become involved with such a company.
I live in South Florida and spent a short time living in Manhattan, NYC. I think Mississippi was too much of a culture shock for me. I am used to the fast paced way of living where I can get to anything I would need between 5-15 minutes from where I live.
In Natchez, the closest Wal-Mart is 25 minutes from where I would have been living. It would take 25 minutes to get to the Natchez Mall. Have you been to the Natchez Mall? I can get to 3 malls in less than 15 minutes from where I live now. Not that malls are everything, but it is a part of life. Not to mention no Target, Publix, Petsmart, Petco, Pei Wei.....I think you get the point.
I have not met any of them. I had left before anything happened with them. To give you a time frame, my last day with USSE as an employee was Thanksgiving Day.
I would not say that this tube is not a producing tube, it is a fully functional tube that can produce just like any others. It just does not have the new design they will be setting up the first 4 "NEW" reactors with. I think a better way to have promoted this would have been...
First tube has been reassembled in Natchez plant.
Now I am just taking a guess, but I have a feeling they will use this tube to produce fuel needed for demo's, testing and maybe some commercialization as needed until the first 4 "NEW" reactors are built. I know they were expecting the new tubes sometime in the last 2 weeks, but JR doesn't realize what the holidays does to industry, i.e. that people actually take time off). I'm sure this probably pushes back their delivery date a little. I am just guessing at this point.
I think it is very important for them to have the reactor from Port Gibson up and running in Natchez, Also, JR does not lie when he says you will not meet a better group of people that he has working in the plant. Starting with Gerry, Kelmer and Alex.
OT: Any one check out Apple Inc's iPhone yet?
interesting read

my point with that last post, is that the company stands by what they have stated on the web site in the past. Some of the newer items and some information may have gotten lost in the transition to the new design. Workbox may not have thought that the information fit the web site for one reason or another.
Those items are not on the web site because the company who designed the web site left them off. I am sure that once JR realizes that it is not on the web site, he will request that Workbox place the information back on.
I just thought I would let you guys know that I visited both the Port Gibson and Natchez plant today. Everyone is real busy with moving everything from Port Gibson to Natchez. I know I promised a new web site would be up in a few days last week and it has yet to materialize. I got a little busy, but it should be up in the next couple days if not by sometime tonight.
try to zoom in on the natchez plant, the satellite images are not very good from that area. I tried it a while ago.
I have no idea, but how about spow?
ok, why does everyone keep referring to the power company as ussp, it is not ussp. It is SPC!!! Sustainable Power Corp, there is no US in the corp name!!
sorry, got a little frustrated with everyone stating the wrong name.
new web site is coming. Possibly next week. I know this because I built the web server.
Airdale,
I don't know where you got your information from, but it is not 100% accurate. That is all I am going to say on this matter.
SS# is optional, don't put it in if you don't feel safe. They will contact you later to get it once this issue of CYBR shares has been addressed. A SSL accessible form will be coming in the next day or two.
docutek solutions web server is down. they are hosting the site. Thew new site is still a couple weeks out, but will be on a new server. The server should be up by trading time in the morning.
Sorry about the errors in my last post. I had just woken up. Moving the file to youtube will not impact our bottom line at all since Google will be footing the bandwidth bill. The only thing we lose is the reporting.
posting the video on youtube will not do anything. You still need to spread the word about the video even on youtube. The video is currently in post production, maybe once it has been edited, it will find its way to youtube. However, remember that USSEC has gone with the best network provider in the world for hosting streaming video. That does not come without a price. For now, it is best to direct people to the ussec web site to view the video.
http://www.ussec.us/index.php?page=149
Info about the video.
The raw footage is currently in post production. Once post production has been completed, you will have both WMV, QT and possibly RM files to choose from. I decided to use WMV embedded in SWF in order to get the video to the masses as soon as possible. It was the quickest way to encode the video to begin with. We should have other options by the end of next week for those that are not using Win IE with the latest flash player. If you experience issues displaying the video and would like some assistance, please send me an email at bkitchman@ussec.us. Please sent the OS, browser and flash player version you are using in your email. Thank you for your patience.
BTW, just for your info the spinoff has been in the works for weeks....if this helps in your understanding of the thought process.
First 4 tubes are being ordered and built as we speak. Things are moving forward (quickly). Go ahead and post your questions on the contact us page of the web site and get a call back from JR if you don't believe me.
http://www.ussec.us/index.php?page=141
I don't doubt it. If you fill out the form on the contact us page of ussec.us, JR usually returns calls.
Etrade says they should have the LFZA stock updated to USSE tomorrow morning.
What kind of problems with the web site are you experiencing? I can access it with no problems at this time. That doesn't mean something was not happening before
IHDR, I think you misunderstood, he just received an email from someone who had found those suits, not him. Read the entire post carefully. In another post he stated that he received that email 3 minutes ago.
Not sure if anyone noticed, but the on demand video has been posted.

One idea, he/she wants people to sell off so he/she can snatch up more shares at a lower price. IMO
look for info on their web site Monday or Tuesday morning for those of you not going to the demo for links to view a real time video feed.
There was an error in the PR released Wednesday October 25, 8:30 am ET, in which the playback phone number for the recorded investor conference call given redirects you to 10-10 phone number.
The correct dial-in phone number to listen to the recorded conference call is 800-428-6220.

I happen to not be a web site designer. I am an IT consultant who works on many projects and this happens to be one of them at this time. I will be handling all of the IT needs for USSEC in the future. There is more to a web site than just the site, im sure some people will know that. I will handle the hosting, dns, email and anything else IT related once the new design has been completed by WorkBox.
This is not a rumor. I have now been assigned the task of working with Workbox to get the site up and running ASAP (3 weeks).
They have just started developement and a new company has been contracted to design their web site. The new design company that has been contracted is WorkBox (http://workbox.com/). The site should be completed in the next 3 weeks. Due to the transition of designers, the current web site will only be updated with important news for the time being.
