Your lack of knowledge is shocking.
That’s such an interesting story.
You think it’s Overpriced?
All of your posts are silly

Do paid bashers have to claim the income on their tax return?
So many animals. Do you live in a zoo?
I think a big wildcard in this whole thing is how much are the patents worth? Maybe not much given the expiration dates but at least they’ve been validated given Intel’s settlement. Are there any companies that would prefer to buy the patents rather than litigate? I doubt current management could manage the installation of a light bulb.
operating quietly for over a decade. LOL
it's not surprising that you've been committed.
You sound like a stalker

No worries. They’re both losers.
Still going down. Thanks for confirming.

They don’t bother with this type of stock
It’s like they’re all competing to see who is the biggest thief. Meanwhile the sec does nothing. They’re too busy watching porn and harassing Martha Stewart.
What happened
This is our year!?!
What?
Fake patent scams are running wild.
Up 100%. They can afford anything now.
Oh no. Down 50% today. Maybe it’s time to sell. Not.
It really makes you wonder why the court keeps granting extension after extension. Are they waiting for bribes?
That sounds logical but I can’t get past the idea that a reputable law firm would waste time on a contingency case unless they believed it was almost a slam dunk. They must have had some solid evidence of infringement before taking the case, no?
This is too technical for me, but SVM is mentioned everywhere on Intel's support site
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/onedal/developer-guide-reference/2024-0/support-vector-machine-classifier-svm.html
Unfortunately that’s the reason these companies are demoted to the expert market — They aren’t communicating with shareholders.
You must be loads of fun at parties.
So possibly HDC wanted the figure kept secret so it didn’t give vennwest more incentive to continue the lawsuit? But some people claim to have seen a $1B settlement that was deleted. Was it posted by mistake? It’s a shame HDVY doesn’t trade on a normal market. The speculation would have shares around $1 I bet.
Is it possible that there is more than 1 settlement? Could the $2.25 million be a payment for something specific / certain damages and there is a larger settlement for other damages pending further action?
The case was dismissed so would there be any court documents regarding the settlement amounts? Probably not. But I thought that the court had to approve settlements and if the judge didn’t think the amount was fair he’d order the parties to renegotiate or carry on with the trial.
I was wondering the same thing. If the final settlement figure is pending resolution of the vennwest case then maybe they don’t have to disclose it until it’s final? But why would Intel care if another party sues HDC? Unless, is it possible that if vennwest won the lawsuit the controlling interest changes and the settlement could be challenged since it should have been approved by a majority shareholder? We don’t have enough info to know for sure.
I’m not sure if it applies to the expert market but usually they would have to file if they own more than 5% of shares.
Of course. Big money always wins. It’s beyond corrupt.
At a minimum they need to account for the $2.2M. Where is that going? Lawyers? Management? A dividend?
Who are the two females? Laurie and someone?
I think Intel acquires RMTD. They won’t call it a settlement because Intel will never admit it was wrong.
