I was wondering the same thing. If the final settlement figure is pending resolution of the vennwest case then maybe they don’t have to disclose it until it’s final? But why would Intel care if another party sues HDC? Unless, is it possible that if vennwest won the lawsuit the controlling interest changes and the settlement could be challenged since it should have been approved by a majority shareholder? We don’t have enough info to know for sure.
