When I try to pull up company info on www.pinksheets.com; things come up blank. Other searches on the same page are work fine. My question is, has Ray gone in and removed that information? Chipwa1
iwanta1mil. You are so funny. We need a break from watching this RSMI(E) Octopus with its eight arms (tentacles) with money suckers that have been working overtime sucking up everyones money. These tentacles are being cut off one-by-one, as the talking head keeps telling all who listen, "...Don't listen to the bashers, funding is coming, the product will go to market and make everyone involved rich....". Hey, goldrusher, pass me some more Calamari, I just love the taste. Chipwa1
Well, there are no MM's are on the Bid side and 12 on the Ask side of RSMI(E), Level II. Chipwa1
8 on the Bid side and 13 on the Ask side of RSMI(E) Level II. Chipwa1
An hour into the trading day and no RSMI(E) trades. Chipwa1
lycus of yore. I agree, the perks were free flowing. The RSMI(E) money shaved off the top going into SIL and off the bottom coming out was pure greed. This is the one that bewildered me the most. Chipwa1
ophelia. Not knowing what actually exists, because I'm on the outside looking in, you are still probably correct. It would explain why the sole priority seemed to be salaries. If that in fact is ever confirmed, I would think there will be a heap of very mad people. Chipwa1
If your holding "The Miracle Product" in your hands as RSMI(E) (Ray and Brad) have said many times over in the past. It would only seem reasonable to forego salaries for a period of time (say six months) to produce this "Best-In-Class", "Breakthrough Technology" and get it to market? Wouldn't your reward be forthcoming in riches many times over. Also, wouldn't you make sure your holding a big chunk of the company stock too? Chipwa1
His own "dime" was washed through RSMI(E), every penny, nickel, quarter and wrinkled bills has a paper trail back to sale of RSMI(E) stock. Seems to me that there was always an all out effort to raise enough for salaries, but never enough to produce a revenue product. Chipwa1
Where do you send a Purchase Order, or legal paperwork for RSMI? The mobile office cannot receive mail. Chipwa1
Forgive me for reading between the lines, but does this mean Brad is long gone and out of the picture? Ray will have to raise three, or four million and will be some snake oil in a bottle pitch. Chipwa1
Well, Level Two wise; now we're down to nine MM's on the bid side and still thirteen on Ask side. Mobile RSMI(E) where are you? Chipwa1
Goldrusher. I have one of these math word things; I hike six miles four days a week and drink a bottle of wine every three days. How many miles to the gallon do I get? P.S. 750 ml per bottle. Chipwa1
The longer this goes on, the less chance anyone will come to the rescue. To much baggage, liability wise residing on the Balance Sheet to be swallowed I guess. Chipwa1
On April 30, 2008 Filing, RSMI had 1,865,000.00 in Accounts Payable and over 5,000,000.00 in Short/Current Long Term Debt due. Oh, no cash on hand. and no iwant1mil, batman and Ken Ph.D. its not going to the moon. Chipwa1
IMHO RSMI(E) tried to file their quarterly, but it wasn't accepted by the SEC. I'm not very good at "guessology", but I think (dangerous I know) they would have tried to file, because they would have wanted to Reverse Split to keep the cash cow going. I know I need more sleep and less drinking. Chipwa1
All signs of life are gone, no trades so far today. Only one rodent on board. Chipwa1
The death watch is on: (1) Only 10 MM's on the bid side and 13 on the ask side. (2) No posts on Ragingbull for 21/2 months. (3) Day Traders losing interest. (4) Pumpers in hibernation. (5) Brad gone silent. (6) Ray in his car, a moving target, running things, or maybe just his lips. Chipwa1
Correct me if I'm wrong: Wasn't Ray Willenberg Jr. in the credits of SIL as one of the producers? Wasn't there some percent of revenue given to Ray and another then officer in NVEI? Oh, I can't wait until discovery. Chipwa1
I have a question for the Board: The Par Value for a share of RSMI is (I think) 0.001. Either I forgotten, or never really knew, but I don't recall anyone ever collecting on that, I know none of my "DOG'S" ever paid it to me. Chipwa1
Remember, I believe whomever may buy RSMI will have a 100 million tax loss to shelter profits against, may be nice for some companys. Chipwa1
"...RSMI Mobile One, this is Mobile two calling you, where are you...."? Just kidding of course, but with no brick and mortar location, this could very well be true. How do you receive any funding deals, at the lawyers office? Chipwa1
Deja Vu: Now it would take one of those corroded penny's to buy 100 shares of RSMI, based on the last trade this morning. Remember when it would take $3,100.00! Chipwa1
Correction: should read 3Q08, not 2Q08, sorry. Chipwa1
Let's review where we are on the 2Q08 ending date, 7-30-08 and the filing Deadline was 9-15-08. Enter the (E) on the company symbol. www.stocketmarketenews.com and www.yahoo.com show the 10KSB data released at 9:04 AM (EST) by Edgar Online Financials. When you try to open the revenue, balance sheet, or cash flow sheets, nothing happens? Could it be the (E) causing the problem, or was the data pulled back? Knock, knock is anybody there in RSMI's mobile office? Maybe monday will bring some clarity to the issue. Chipwa1
It seems I'm Edgar challenged too, cannot get in without signing up. Chipwa1
I'm not signed up with Edgar Online Financials so I cannot pull it up there. Good luck. Chipwa1
I picked it up on www.stocketmarketenews.com when I clicked on it, it sent me to Yahoo Financial, but because of the (E) there was nothing to pull up. They did reference Edgar Online Financials, but when you click on it it sends you to Yahoo. Hope that helps. Chipwa1
Well RSMI financials are out, but I cannot seem to get to them, because of the darn (E) on Yahoo. Chipwa1
I'm misusing Schwab's statement a little, but they say..."...there is no return value in this company....". Sums things up in a nut-shell I'd say. Chipwa1
We have and (E) RSMIE. Chipwa1
I'm upset, RSMI has destabilized the "Worldwide Financial Markets". They sure like to do things big ("Best-In-Class" and "Breakthrough Technology"). Chipwa1
Anyone interested in contributing to the Ray and Brad survival fund? It must be tuff to go from the gravy tain to pushing a shopping cart. Chipwa1
If Brad is still around and telecommuting, a reverse split is on the horizon. Another series of paydays are acoming. Chipwa1
Can't Ray just make Xerox copy of the last filing submission to the SEC? No problem? Chipwa1
Well RSMI has taken Ray's bed in the ICU. Let me know if you see the Chaplain go in. The longer we wait the more loans and bills come due. How fast will Ray loose interest, when the pay checks stop coming? Chipwa1
Funding doesn't appear out of a fluffy white cloud. To getta something (money), you'll need to hava something (collateral). It'll take five million dollars and that will be a near impossible task IMHO. Chipwa1
In December, 2005 Rim completed the development of the Rev 1.3 FPGA chip. The chip was to be mounted on a printed circuit board in which it operates in "loop-back" mode, which lets people send an Ethernet signal out from the chip and then receive the signal back across the same chip to confirm its operation and perform testing and analysis of the chips operation. Currently both the board and the 1.3 FPGA chip are operational. Rim has been waiting for order for almost three years, revenue to date, zero! Chipwa1
what is RSMI paying for Ray's satellite office in La Jolla? Will Ray make his last stand there? Or will RSMI go totally mobile, with the General Delivery box? Chipwa1
goldrusher. I've never told you this, but I only drink lite beer and only one bottle maybe once a week. Will this hurt our posting together on the IHub board? I wonder what David J. Greaves Ph.D. did with the funds? Going down memory lane, what about HelloSoft, Inc's integrated VoIP software, where is now? And this from the past..."Rim has developed models of the telephone copper wire for three separate parameters and have developed algorithms for processing the signal in three separate areas. These six processing blocks have been put together into an "First Order Simulation". This simulation was loaded onto a laptop computer and brought to Maine Telephone, along a waveform generator...." This sounds like Al and Mike dealings with Lucent, way back when. Oh the memories RSMI have given us. I wonder where that laptop computer is now? Chipwa1
