IMHO RSMI(E) tried to file their quarterly, but it wasn't accepted by the SEC. I'm not very good at "guessology", but I think (dangerous I know) they would have tried to file, because they would have wanted to Reverse Split to keep the cash cow going. I know I need more sleep and less drinking. Chipwa1
