I just may pick up a position because of the Liar being loud about it.
WOW....
Your days are numbered.
Richard/UF just asked someone WTF is wrong with you people?
What is wrong with you Richard No flash defending this????
" For the six months ended September 30, 2023, the Company had a net loss available for common stockholders of approximately $5,419,000. As of September 30, 2023, the Company had an accumulated deficit of approximately $172,952,000 and a working capital deficit of approximately $10,257,000. "
Dude, Go to their website, For their investments...
Naturalshrimp no-where to be found.....https://niterraventures.com/investments
and if you look under their projects here you what they have
"Sensors for Aquaculture
Land-based food production plays an increasingly important role to provide healthy food to the world's growing population and this requires quality water management. We have a team working on a land-based aquaculture system that detects changes in ammonia levels to stabilize the environment for healthy shrimp growth and production."
Again Naturalshrimp does NOT exist....
They rented your equipments and it will cost NS far more than the $300,000 they get...But by now
We all know what NS wanted is the headline....with Niterra name glorified as possible partner...JUST LIKE U.S FOODS....
And just in-case you missed my post on Yahoo...
"Look stooge Richard, Mitsui is a real company...10 times bigger than Niterra...
'Mitsui’s other big aquaculture investment in Industrial Pesquera Santa Priscila (IPSP) – based in Guayaquil, Ecuador – further increases the company’s stake in shrimp. Mitsui bought shares valued at USD 360 million"
Company Stooge and proven Liar Richard/UF says...
Checked with the company. The PR was grammatically incorrect. The controlling document is
the Secretary of State Filing.
When Bonuses are $900,000 and 24% of the company common shares??? NOT a lawyer... I say there is an issue there... My humble opinion..
NS always short on cash...BUT THE 24% OF ISSUED COMMON SHARES????
And did they use the non-existing serie A shares to grant themselves the Bonus shares???
How Legal is that???
I am Not, Trying to make the point why are they both included in official filings, If according to UF/MF the series A are no longer an issue...
Management feels strongly on stating both in all filings...
Asking for Civil discussion is great, You can NOT put the issue to bed when Delgado and Easterling insist
in all official filing to include "Serie A shares can be converted anytime at holder's (easterling) option to
an ammount eagual to outstanding common shares, Same applies to converting their bonus shares to
an ammount equal to 24% of total common shares...... Why are the likes of MF trying to excuse what
can be put to rest by management in their official filings, Richard/UF posts here on on Yahoo with same
message...IGNORE OFFICIAL COMPANY FILINGS AND LISTEN ONLY TO FLUFF PRESS RELEASES
AND STUPID STATEMENTS MADE BY THE NEVER ENDING LINE OF PROXIES AND FB CULT MEMBERS....
If you didn't see a Form 4, no insiders are selling.
Than discuss. No one is stopping you.
The real disagreement from what I can see has to do with personal opinions regarding whether NSI's wielding of the Series A (regardless of legitimacy) has been beneficial or detrimental to NSI's common shareholders. Will you argue with this?
No Clown, I can read...
You said
The President of Niterra is quoted as saying they are going to produce shrimp.
Same chellenge applies to
Takeshi Kawai Representative Director President & Chief Operating Officer Anything about Scam NS?????
Proven Liar, Company stooge UF/Richard just stated
The President of Niterra is quoted as saying they are going to produce shrimp.
Shameless Pumper
You'll be gone soon or will be blasting you're "shrimpscam" from a little corner of the basement.
You are a stooge and a shameless pumper UF/Richard
SHMP stock traded at 89.7 Cents two years ago, It is down 98% since, yet you have the audacity to post
"Did today's math lesson for you. Up 34% on 12.5M volume. Up 63% from the days low. Get out now, the sky is falling"
Shameless you are.....
Was referring to your post Stooge
from few months back when you insisted all these smart lawyers and accountants
will make the merger happen...although the Math was indicating otherwise...and you accuse me of not reading...Clown
Company Stooge UF/Richard best prdictions
Few months back...
"Yeah. Up 3.5% today. Finalizing $275M SPAC merger." SUUUURE
Company Stooge, Richard/UF...
Costco has 33 locations in Japan, Sales are in the $Billions.....
Your Scam sold $33,000 last Q Keep on talkling........
If you want the world to take you seriously...Put your product on the shelves at Costco....
Flea market is the only entity that would house you...
Yes, Noticed that too.. Head on Shrimp...and they look much better than the pics at NS website,
was referring to Head-less and deveined......
At $10 Million market cap. and 35,000 shareholders, The average stuckholder owns about $285 worth of common shares.
If Easterling doubles the number of common shares by converting Serie A shares, and if he, Delgado
and Untenmeyer add 230,000,000 shares by converting their bonuses... Your Average shareholder
will own about $115 worth of common shares...
Here around DC, Not enough for dinner for two... Not even enough to buy 4 pound of cooked shrimp
from NS (Assuming its in stock)...
Good news, Costco sells 4 pounds of U15 shrimp for $40, Selling your shares and buying few pound of
shrimp while you can could be the best investment decision you make in 2023...
The shrimp growth period was stated in the last 10K, If memory serves correct, NS said it now stands
at 10 weeks or so for smaller shrimp and I think 20 for large shrimp... I assume prior to Easterling 2,000,000 PLs new supplier that NS was buying PLs elsewhere....
Otherwise you will have to explain to all of us if there were ZERO PLs prior.. What the hell were the 32 employees doing in a shrimpless farm...????
Not sure what your point is, The $33K in shrimp sales are from the yesterday released 10Q,
10Q repesents 3 months..... The $55K you in your post are for 6 months, My math is good....
I say it time and time again, Numbers dont lie, People do
My biggest argument against NS was always their deception about their Shrimp mortality rates, On the one hand, Easterling months ago says finally we are buying 2,000,000 baby shrimp monthly, Q just announced says they sold 100,000 shrimp in three months ending Sep. Against 6,000,000 PLs...that is over 98% shrimp mortality rate....
Had they bought 3,000,000 baby shrimp for the Q, that would be over 96% shrimp mortality rate...
If NS provides honest numbers, The rest is simple math...
No Matter how you try, the numbers keep on saying, This not a shrimp farming operation...Just a pet/shrimp cemetery...
If their COGS is ZERO when it comes to shrimp and they are buying Zero PLs, Then alert MFranny ,,,no need to wait for next Q to declare a SCAM... NS accounting is all over the place and they file many items under general expenses.....
Point still, If you have a viable technology, you would be screaming your Shrimp mortality rate for everybody to hear...Otherwise, Scam is the only appropriat term I see...
Last time I asked NS proxy Utah Flash/ Richard about the survival rates at NS, He told me that is a trade secret and if I pay $300,000 NS would share that info as it did with Niterra...Richard long gone like many proxies before him...
Fundamentally, NS is saying they sold $33K worth of shrimp and snuck in the $25K from Niterra as sales... Easterling in the embarrassing podcast said they were selling 400 pounds weekly in the Chicago area... that is 5,200 pounds per Q... Assuming zero sales elsewhere...$33k divided by 5200 = $6.30 per pound is the sale price... their expenses for the Q $3.3 Million divided by 5,200 pounds is $635 cost of production per pound...they just need to find buyers willing to pay$700-800 for a pound of shrimp and things will be just fine..
Look at the bright side...
"As of the three months ended September 30, 2023, the Company had 5,000,000 Series A Convertible Preferred Stock which would be converted at the holder’s option into approximately 900,072,000 underlying common shares"
Translation?????
Chances are to pay the accountants to release the 10Q, Strange enough most of their filings are full of accountning mistakes,
Not sure why not save money and simply copy and paste previous tax returns/filings... Their operation does not warrant a $60,000 yearly accounting
cost (if memory is correct)....Theoretically/Legally the 10K must be audited...the rest can be done by the Chef with little consequence..
The accountants certify/attest/confirm their calculations based on numbers provided by the company...If the numbers are cooked..They are in the clear...
68K, I am sure typo from your end, With this SP the 500,000,000 additional shares will bring under $7 Million, Assuming the SP would not collapse which it will...
The same market pricing this at $1 was paying $50 a share couple of years ago, I am talking about institutional investors...shows you how much they know...
