Oh to be privy on this! lol
Yes, Kings Shrimp Farm not TAA/GRPS TAA bought the 1860 acre farm from them on a vendor take back.
I know I figured it because Adam didn't disclose it. In my memory that 55% sounds correct. From the chart I linked, KSF had a 96.3% survival rate in 2009.which is the highest I've ever seen.
Here's a more current presentation quoting biofloc survival rates as high as over 90%. Looks like Kings Shrimp Farm in Arroyo City now TAA/GRPS had some good numbers before they went BR. https://www.biomin.net/science-hub/sustainable-shrimp-farming-high-density-biofloc-dominated-no-water-exchange-systems/
It wouldn't align with my modus operandi or my agenda! 🤣
Treat me like I'm Audrey II from Little Shop of Horrors... "Feed me" (info) 🤣
I don't know an exact industry average, across different sizes. I don't have a Phd in Aquaculture either,😆 I'm a trader. I think once upon a time I heard it was 68% survivability. Here's a link to an older (2015) Perdue study if someone wants to read it, I did years ago. https://extension.purdue.edu/extmedia/EC/EC-797-W.pdf
Every biofloc RAS operation has their tanks full, NSI has almost a 40% occupancy rate. 🤣 Sorry.
Ubes, I wouldn't argue with EQ on this. If I'm not mistaken, he was the exec VP of a major banking institution once upon a time ago. He's not talking out his arse.
NAILED IT!
I concur, I've experienced the same thing. But I'm not about to call anyone a lair for offering for a differing experience....Banks are getting invasive with questions on what withdrawals are being used for, that is a fact.
I agree some of those people will lose their homes betting blindly on SHMP and their "Investor Presentations". Some had no experience or business "investing" in OTC stocks. NSI management would be sagacious to remember, "Truth is only harsh if you're unable to face it". Transparency is and has been missing for awhile.
Study Matt's track record, you may change your mind. I'll bet, Schissy has been involved long before the RedHawk consulting thing was announced. I'll bet Schiss already had his CBOE puzzle pieces aligned long before the 8K was printed.
Con men on NAS are easily identifiable and undemanding to short. Here's what concerns me about SHMP, if they pull off the Schissy CBOE uplist without a change of modus operandi....They are going to get hammered. Everyone knows NSI is still going to dilute once uplisted.
If your good at shorting there's been good money to be made on MULN. 🤣. Take a look today though, currently up 38% today, nice upswing from 2 days ago when it hit $2.40
I didn't call YOU that, but you know whom (and there's a group) I'm talking about. BTW, I'm not a believer in all doom and gloom for NSI's future, yes mistakes have been made that don't require harping on about ad nauseam. BUT, NSI still stands a really good chance of making good one day!
Noted counsellor, I'll take that under advisement.
Respect is not my goal and certainly not from the basher, no brain clowns. Truth seeking is my goal and always has been. I'm just an investor.
I scarcely post my DD. Call this Revenge of the Donger! 🤣
Because I'm not one the the clowns posting chit here!
Yes I am aware, that's why I saved the pictures and video. I debated saying that publicly but it is the truth. In hindsight I should have deleted it, too late now. Discretion is the better part of valour. Thanks EQ!
PDT, MF, Tomato / Tomatoe. Mortality rate vs Survival rate. In my opinion the 78% SR stated in an Investor Presentation is labeled "PROPOSED" they might as well have added in can, might or may. 😆 I propose NSI's survival rate is always varying, the aquaculture expert I talked with suggested NSI's survival rate probably has been 0% and as high as 93%. He/she suggested an average 46% would be a prudent constant average to consider when doing DD. There are pictures/video circulating of NSI employees dumping large volumes of dead shrimp in an Iowa field, I have seen them. There is no doubt in my mind some NSI employees have made some mistakes in the past, but it seems to be getting rarer. I don't think NSI will ever release their average survival rates until they have the entire process perfected (from PLs, feed, the Tech, employees, perfect tanks, water sensing, etc) and outshining all other producers of farmed shrimp.
At Power11's old $0.30 prediction, I'll make enough to pay off my mortgage 🤣 and then some, maybe I'll buy a lakehouse too.
Have a little decorum! A grown man talking like a pubescent, recalcitrant, juvenile lowers others respect for anything you may have to say.
Nailed that one, square on the head.
What is your take on the premise that the Preferred Series A shares will have to be retired to uplist?
I already stated "I can't remember the ticker". lol
There is no allegation! Just banter about another stock.
I love it when you guys play dumb! Didn't UF help you access shares you were owed as a consultant fee years ago? Geez I can't remember the ticker for some reason. I thought you guys would be Buddies. We should all have dinner one night and reminisce.
I tried to figure that out, too much for my pea brain. The original Fife note was for $16.2m with 12% interest plus lots of penalties included. Looks like it's already been restructured twice. I'm sure UF knows down to the penny, he's a smart guy.
Other than the bickering, very insightful conversation this morning. The big brains hashing it out. I get tired of the pea brain comments.
I guess todays PR answers my question from yesterday. That's was a lot of insider buying!
What's up with the increased volume today?
Retail traders don't buy or sell 2m Block Trades... I know, you know that.
You guys trash all over SHMP for years ("scam" etc) and then ask questions like you're new to trading! WTF Bros?
What "guys"? There was money to be made on the hype years ago, but it's been nothing but losses for most in the last few years.
I could be wrong but Matt coming from RedHawk is just a distraction away from Matt is the GHS founder and still very much in control there.
I tend to agree with you. Could GHS be unloading their stockpile due to a Matt Schissler conflict of interest?
Yes the RSI is usually calculated over 14 days.
I grabbed a little sub penny today, but this dog still has to endure a huge RS to enact an NSI's uplist plan. That scenario should plummet the share price, always prudent to keep ones powder dry for that day. It has become easy to swing trade, when RSI hits 70 sell, when RSI hits 30 buy.
