Marco:
I have no intention of winning of course. That is not my objective.
I have accomplished what I have set out to do…….
L_R
TP:
I gave you a very simple task. Find an example on the internet of a “completed” PDK. I asked you to prove that there is such a thing as a final “completed” PDK.
Here is a major clue. Have you ever heard of open source software? How about it’s equivalent in open source PDK’s?
If you understood what an open source PDK was you would never have suggested that there has to be a “completed” PDK that could be utilized universally across the industry for mass production of modulators.
You are a complete open source d**fus!
L_R
TP:
I called you out and you can’t provide one example anywhere on the internet of a completed PDK for a photonic modulator.
It should be easy TP. A simple Google search will do the trick or will it?
L_R
TP:
I have called you out!
Give me one article anywhere on the internet using google if you want about “completed” PDK’s. Just one!
If you can’t do it is clear you have fabricated the concept of a “completed” PDK.
I am calling you out TP.
Put up or shut up!
L_R
Your ego is so big you think you should advise posters on how to make arguments.
You have no idea what a PDK is and that is why you keep saying no one has “completed a PDK.
I don’t mind advising someone on how to make arguments if in fact they know what they are talking about but if they don’t have any idea what they are talking about well I am not interested in hearing from them about how to make an argument.
All one has to know is that if a producer is sending out end products to customers it is because there is a PDK that is being used in a foundry to make the modulators on wafers for the producer.
I don’t need to or have to explain anything else.
I would advise you to start reading up on PDK’s. Once you have done a serious study of the factory processes come back and we can have a serious discussion about the issue. Until then all you do is make irrational conclusions from a 10k. That is NOT the place to go to learn about “completed” PDK’s. I have yet to read anywhere about “completed” PDK’s as you attempt to describe them. Define that term and give me a reference or just plain shut up!
Now here is the challenge. Show via a reference from a foundry what a “completed” PDK is. Just one reference please and then we can start a serious first argument on the matter. Your failure to do so tells all of us on this board that you absolutely have no clue.
You want a pleasant discussion and a serious argument?. Start with the suggestion above.
Until then no one will take you seriously. NO ONE.
Kaboom
L_R
You clearly don’t understand PDK’s and don’t pretend that you do.
L_R
You still know NOTHING about PDK’s and I mean NOTHING.
If you can send Modulators out to transceiver companies so they can construct their devices then whatever PDK was used to manufacture the modulators is proof of a kit that does the job.
You are such a doofus.
And while I am at it… such modulators would not have poling issues.
Incredibly a real doofus indeed.
L_R
North of 12 Billion.?
L_R
Ridiculous as usual.
L_R
Your last 2 paragraphs are quite helpful. Thank you.
L_R.
It’s a PHOTONICS foundry and by virtue of this is is most certainly a leading private foundry in the photonics industry.
Give your head a shake!
L_R
You missed the point completely.
I rest my case that AMF was not one of the 2 foundry’s that even had a completed PDK last year otherwise the.number of foundries on the slide deck with completed PDK’s would have been 3.
This tells me lots. The probability is high that there > 3 foundries now ready for commercialization of wafers.
L_R
The slide deck from last year indicated one European and one USA foundry had successfully completed PDK’s.
Furthermore the same presentation indicated that they were receiving modulators back from the foundries. And they were looking very good . This could only mean that our Singapore foundry was not a part of this presentation.
L_R
Ha Ha
L_R
The reports coming out on Perk 6 are telling us that the performance parameters of the modulators are all showing improved results.
We are clearly on our way to creating a new ecosystem and platform for the internet.
Just my very humble and very biased impressions.
L_R
You mean a "wake" or a "wake- up" moment.

Carlin:
Any PR with a big name would immediately cause this stock to rocket big time. Double triple quadruple.
L_R
Have you ever seen a stock lay in a bottom pattern. This is exactly the way it happens. No one is buying and no one is selling.
L_R
Good summary. Worthy of a sticky and so it is.
L_R
You fool nobody.
Laughable.

"Ultimately, the decision of who to pursue legal action against rests with the company. This is not a matter of shorts vs longs, but a legal issue between the company and the perpetrator of slander."
Don’t bother replying. I will NOT read your post.
L_R
Posters on the LWLG who are slandering or bringing accusations against company execs should consider that action can be taken.
“U.S. state courts will usually look to the cases of Dendrite International v. Doe and Doe v. Cahill as the fundamental legal precedents for determining when a court should unmask and identify an anonymous speaker.
Besides a court issuance of a subpoena, two other methods for identifying anonymous online speakers include; utilization of social media forensics to trace a poster’s digital and electronic foot prints and inspection of blog visitor logs for a user’s IP address.”
Perhaps we feel safe behind our anonymous poster name and are free to malign at will.
Think twice
Best to all and peace,
L_R
Yes. That is also my conclusion.
L_R
Damage to the stock price by posters on the LWLG message board is not being dismissed.
They will do what needs to be done if they so desire.
L_R
Lots of examples of successfully lawsuits against posters on message boards:
LWLG has the right to pursue cases against such posters.
https://www.cheknews.ca/anonymous-internet-posters-successfully-sued-for-defamatory-comments-637295/?amp
L_R
Indeed. But suffice it to say that posters are not immune from lawsuits. No need for any poster to take this personally UNLESS what is being done is unlawful.
L_R
Lots of other cases out there not unlike what is happening on this board.
L_R
Is LWLG considering doing this?:

No poster is immune so we need to be careful.
L_R
Once again well written but then I expect nothing less as you have immersed yourself in this industry , best of books, white papers, conferences, conversations and connections with the best in the industry......... and everybody on this message board who has been following your posts knows this by now.
The time for this revolution in the photonics ecosystem is now.
The time to place best is now.
The fun is beginning and serious money is about to be made.
I know of no polymer that can match what is manufactured by Lightwave Logic.
I have placed my bets.
L_R
GROUND BREAKING:
Without a doubt, once the first transceiver with tiny EOP modulators inside hits the markets it will confirm that the Perk Polymer can be utilized as the building block of a developing polymer system of devices in the photonics industry.
What makes this interesting is that each PERK@ iteration that is developed by Lightwave has demonstrated superior performance / qualities to the previous iteration. Just where are the limits of Perk's abilities?
Add this to the developing hybrid modulators being develop via exotic materials and we can quickly realize that these modulators are only going to get better with PERK on board.
We are building out the photonics ecosystem and we are only in the beginning stage with PERK on board as the only known stable polymer with incredible attributes.
This is a GROUND BREAKING development in the photonic ecosystem.
We are in the beginning stages. Hold or add for the opportunity of a life time investment.
L_R
INEVITABLE.
With the success of the EOP modulator and having released the data from ALT (accelerated Life Testing) with incredible results, it becomes inevitable that a Transceiver made up of these tiny modulators will emerge for further ALT testing.
Further, what is inevitable is they will successfully develop the worlds first transceiver operating with tiny EOP modulators inside. There will be no comparable device on the market.
The only issue is when?
The result...... someone will want this technology completely for themselves at a hefty buyout price or everybody will want in on this technology. One or the other.
It is inevitable.
L_R
It means that the foundries are capable of assisting any client who wishes to have this technology "incorporated into their devices"
L_R
Yes. That is exactly what he wants and in particular ....... the competition to be clueless.
That is how you capture the lion's share....... by stealth.
L_R
Within the box copper is still king though.
You following that too are you Lewrock?
Bravo to Intuitive Machines.
L_R
Yah. That is correct.
L_R
Well maybe we aren't in a black out period. :) :) :)
Then maybe we are.
L_R
Could be that we aren't in a black out period. :) :) :)
Then maybe we are.
L_R
Vein:
You know quite well that Lebby is in a black out period right now. Don't pretend that you don't know please.

Re: The industry insider .... anti-acid will remedy that.
