Not trying to! LOL! I found this when I went through your posts back in the Hayter days. Caught the run from .004 to .022 and got out. Have traded it some but can't buy right now with the company diluting like this. Seems we have another CEO that doesn't realize you don't have to dump as many shares at higher prices! That is why the CEO's like this with voting power shares don't care about the shareholders. I believe he will sell all the shares to 900+ mil and then either R/S or raise the A/S and keep dumping. It is a shame. JMHO!
GLTY!
Binzur
You are wrong as of yesterday the O/S are 732,704,185. So your con is happening and they continue to dilute. That is why this is trading under .005. The mine opening and all other positives do not have a chance when the company has tripled the O/S over the last 6 months. See my post #541. They have added over 360 million shares since the end of March.
Just my .02.
Binzur
Fluff PR to start up the dilution again. O/S as of July 5, 2007 is 732,704,185.
Binzur
Actually O/S is over 670 mil as of yesterday. I can't find my note but I believe it was 670,542,776. I called the TA.
Binzur
There has been big hype on the reduction in OS that was reported yesterday. I do not doubt NH's claim and it is easy to verify on Monday. I believe this is as simple as returning the shares left in the nominee accounts. The Banamis and Shah nominee accounts had over 4.5 mil shares in them the end of November. I would doubt with the OSC investigating that they did any more trading out of those accounts after November. Think they might want to clean those out before July 5? I do. JMHO!
Have a great weekend!

So I read the SLJB board this morning. I look right now and my 50 post view covered post #269214-268321. That means 57 posts out of 107 were deleted. How is that possible now that the evil Binzur and Jannie are gone? El Camino its been you all along! LOL!
The problem is that this is the SLJB stock board. Not a chat room. You, also, when joining IHUB agreed to follow the TOU or TOS rules. That means you do not have free speech rights, you gave them up when you signed up for IHUB.
Mod Squad is a group of approx 10 respected posters who have the ability to manage all boards on IHUB and also delete posts on all boards. IHUB admin is very active on this and all boards, they have to be!
I had volunteered to help jannie the first time she was moderator when I found out she was also getting treatments for cancer. She stepped down for awhile and then resumed being moderator. She asked me for help and I reluctantly (LOL) became an assistant. Yesterday Jannie informed me that she just didn't have then energy or strength at this time to continue as moderator, she had already informed Matt and I asked her to remove me as an assistant.
I am very busy with work as I have been in construction for over 30 years and this is the busy time. That is why it isn't a surprise that Sulja Ontario is busier today than they were 6 weeks ago! Sales should be up as construction slows to a crawl in the winter! Those in Florida probably don't realize this as I would think their construction might slow a bit in the extreme heat of the summer!
I haven't gone to the coast and will post when I want to. Good luck to all!
Binzur
Happydog; No one on this board should be upset with you. That post was disgusting. I have not been here more than about and hour today. El Camino has put in much more time than usual and I thank him. Been cleaning up the board and removing all of the off topic posts.
Moms have a great Mothers Day tomorrow!

Airys; Please answer the question I asked.
SLJB Takes Offensive Position: States Forward Momentum Toward Original Business Goals
SLJB (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) today announced that it began a "seek and destroy" mission on all individuals and/or the organizations they either directly or indirectly represent tied to slanderous media campaigns and internet blog-site defamations. A spokesperson for the company said today the SLJB has had its first success in dealing with one of these scandalous persons and are now in the position of collecting damages tied to the outcome of the legal proceedings which followed the identification of the guilty party through the discovery of their IP (internet protocol) address that they utilized to post their unsupported and slanderous attacks on both business and personal issues involving the company.
Notice the bold "SLJB". Please provide the case number where SLJB is a party to any lawsuit that it has had "its first success in dealing with one of these scandalous persons and are now in the position of collecting damages tied to the outcome of the legal proceedings. You are dodging the question and I think we all know why, there is no case that has SLJB as a named plaintiff!
JMHO
Binzur
Not management but the company claimed to have a judgement yet the company isn't a party to any suit! What case number are you referring to so all can verify that the COMPANY is actually a plaintiff in that or any suit.
Thanks
Binzur
Airys did you receive the letter from Leslie yesterday? It was posted on your board by Terminator and reposted here. Just want to make sure that the repost was accurate.

Binzur, you are correct that there has been no council change for the plantiff. The info that was given to me by the court clerk on the phone yesterday was incorrect. I tried to regisiter yesterday with PACER but I'm still having a connection problem with their system. I called this morning and the court verified a system problem and the girl that I spoke with sent me the Doc's that I needed to see. I now have all the Doc's.
BAD NEWS Jannie had emergency surgery last night. While having surgery her father passed away. Please say a prayer for Jannie and her family during this really tough time.

The O/S has been updated as of 2 minutes ago. I talked to the TA and there has been no change since the last time I called on March 15. The IBOX has been updated there as well.

I do state why. I believe that these numbers are "cooked". To be clear FALSE! They were produced on an excel spread sheet and not done very well! Is there anyone here who believes these unaudited numbers? I don't believe you will see gross business within 50% of the gross number. That is being generous. If that is the case then the PR is false and the unaudited numbers contained in that PR false and fraudulent.
Producing AF's would prove the fraud. That is why I do not believe you will ever see AF's for that time period. JMHO
If I am wrong I will be the first one to state I am wrong and apologize to everyone here and eat my dish of crow! If I am right there are many who will need to dine on some crow as well!

Unaudited numbers PR'd by the company. This is why I do not believe that you will ever see AF's for this time period. IMHO these numbers are totally cooked!

This is a trading vehical, not a company to invest in. I don't believe in the company at all. I do however recognize the fact that this stock has a very loyal base that continues to buy shares and not really sell shares. That combined with the fact that the company isn't dumping over 400 million shares illegally (IMHO) like it did in 2006 and that means the stock price goes up. I try to post facts and call people when they post false information. That simple. If you look back last fall I was very long and still asked questions and got called a basher because I didn't do the big time pump thing. There are plenty that do that!
Last post on the subject, have a great week!

04/13/2007 12 ORDER granting in part and denying in part 10 Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Complaint. Response due May 1, 2007. No additional extensions will be given. Signed by Judge Marcia G. Cooke on 4/13/2007. (lc2) (Entered: 04/13/2007)

No answer has been filed and a motion for default judgement has been made.
default judgment
n. if a defendant in a lawsuit fails to respond to a complaint in the time set by law (commonly 20 or 30 days), then the plaintiff (suer) can request that the default (failure) be entered into the court record by the clerk, which gives the plaintiff the right to get a default judgment.
If the complaint was for a specific amount of money owed on a note, other money due, or a specific contract price (or if the amount due is easy to calculate) then the clerk of the court can enter a default judgment.
If proof of damages or other relief is necessary, a hearing will be held in which the judge determines terms of the default judgment. In either case the defendant cannot speak for himself/herself.
A defendant who fails to file an answer or other legal response when it is due can request that the default be set aside, but must show a legitimate excuse and a good defense to the lawsuit.

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!
You and Ed really amaze me! The defendants in the Drago class action lawsuit were required to reply to that suit by May 1, 2007. The defendants asked for an extension to answer to May 11, 2007 and the judge DENIED their motion for extension. The defendants have not responded by the federal judges final due date. The plaintiffs have moved for a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT against the defendants. The plaintiffs attorneys have also requested to be lead counsel for the entire class. Once approved the lead counsel will assemble the class to determine how large the DAMAGES are.

"Of the 250,000,000 shares of common stock authorized, as of
January 16, 2007, 239,043,966 shares were outstanding." This is from the 14A filing on 1-29-07.
O/S as of todays call to the TA is 372,143,601. That is over 50% increase in O/S in 6 weeks. I call that dilution!
I don't know if the company is selling these on the market (no 504 or other forms have been filed). My educated guess is they are using the shares to get the mine rehabed and to start mining, which BTW isn't a bad thing. The company has no cash so they have to use shares instead of cash.
I believe they are going to dilute and then look for a R/S some time after the O/S gets close to 900 Million.

Last Update: 6:00 AM ET Apr 18, 2007
LAS VEGAS, NV, Apr 18, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Today, SLJB (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) announced that the Company's CEO Steve Sulja will travel to Alberta and nearby areas with a few trusted advisors to meet with contractors known to the SLJB business and others to explore the idea of opening a satellite in the region, and also to meet with the area mill representatives and owners to discuss and negotiate metric dimensional lumber production; a highly sought after commodity in regions beyond North America. So high is the request for said commodity among foreign markets, that the feasibility of supply is compulsory for the consideration of the Company and its future logistics. Mr. Sulja's trip is tentatively planned for next week.
"It is no big secret that Alberta is booming in terms of construction, infrastructure, and base-level economic staples consumption. This region is one of North America's most aggressively growing areas in every measurable way. I'd like to see if SLJB can be a part of that (growth) and if the products and services we provide can benefit the company and the area," said Sulja.
Alberta's Premier, Mr. Ed Stomach, has gone as far to say that Alberta's economy has again reached the prominence of being "the driving force behind the economy of all Canada." Mr. Stelmach has dedicated the lion's share of his tenure as Premiere to managing this explosive economy in terms of its impact on future generations of Albertans.
Although there is nothing mandating the move to Alberta, Sulja is hopeful that the trip will bear positive light on the opportunity for SLJB. Shareholders will be kept apprised of any and all developments concerning this possible venture.

browndawg; That is really quite a good post. You have one mistake in it and that is that "father John" was trading in the nominee accounts. You should be careful there as there is also a John Sulja Jr.! I am not sure which one was actually on the nominee account but my educated guess is it was Jr. JMHO!
Binzur
I haven't read that anyone had Petars trading account. Why would he need one when he had his employees and buddies doing all of that trading at his and Andrews direction! I was shocked when I first saw the nominee accounts. I think all will be even more shocked when it is revealed where all of the money went and whose accounts the money was transferred to. Have you looked and taken the time to review the nominee accounts?
Binzur
Actually sandbath I would bet that by now the OSC knows where every single wire transfer went. Airys hasn't answered the real pressing questions in the Prenab Shah account. That account clearly was manipulating the volume, not just selling company shares that were journaled in. Millions of shares were BOUGHT in that account on the same day selling was going on. That account is a real problem for anyone trying to spin the nominee accounts as innocent company selling of shares to pay off debt...Blah blah blah! The Shah account was blatant stock manipulation! Now pair the trading in that account up with the trading in the others and match those up with the PR's and it gets quite interesting! JMHO

marketmann; I was out all weekend, on a trip. I just went back and read the posts. Having been in construction for over 30 years I will say he seemed quite knowledgeable. His grasp of costs for both construction and equipment was very high level. As a General Contractor I bought finished cabinets, so really never got into the costs to manufacture the cabinets and the equipment needed. I had a friend who ran a very successful millwork company. Another was a custom stair manufacturer and they would make all of their own spindles railings etc. His costs estimates on the steell building were far more accurate than the sensationalize estimates he was responding to. All in all very impressed.
I do not know anything about the poster and only read his SLJB posts so that is all I am referring to!

I do not want to clutter this board with needless speculation and discussion of my trip!
Thanks
