is Mosaic and Condor newly released or have they been available for sale for a while now? FYI, There's an interview with Stan on Amazon about these DVDs.
Mosaic – DVD available on Amazon Staring voice of Anna Paquin
Condor – DVD available on Amazon Staring voice of Wilmer Valderrama
sure, just go to www.powentertainment.com, the click on characters and franchises, then animated television shows/series and there's a list. Just under Heff's Supperbunnies is Hall Monitors and it reads:
Disney Cable Animated Feature in development written by Stan Lee and David Titcher
looks like Disney will be involved with POWN on an animated show called Hall Monitors. It seems the 50 day MA is acting as support. Hope it continues until there is more news to hear.
Hi All,
as far as I know the fantastic4 has nothing to do with POWN other than both being Stan Creations. POWN is developing all new (not marvel) characters.
Yeah, That would explain the Scottrade news if they only keep things for a month but Yahoo keeps all PRs and news. In this case only the most recent post is gone; all the ones before it are still there. The fact that the missing one is about CKYS being accused of the Stock-hype scam seems suspicous.
On Yahoo finance the most recent CKYS news was about them being charged with stock-hype scam. I noticed today that has been removed so now the most recent PR is the one about the “internal investigation.” Also on the Scottrade browser I can’t find any news, or PRs about CKYS. Anyone have any facts pointing to a reason for this? Is there some sort of gag order?
Calpine may miss deadline for exiting Chapter 11 see below
Calpine Gets 'Robust' Investor Interest In Capital-Raise Bid
Thursday 04/12/2007 10:33 AM ET - Dow Jones News
DOW JONES NEWSWIRES
Calpine Corp. (CPNLQ) said it's getting "robust" interest from prospective investors who are contemplating financing the company's exit from bankruptcy reorganization through an offering of stock or bonds.
In documents filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan late Wednesday, the San Jose, Calif., energy company said it has made good progress in its Chapter 11 reorganization. Still, it warned it may miss a key deadline for exiting bankruptcy proceedings this summer.
The company faces a June 20 deadline to submit its Chapter 11 plan, and an Aug. 20 deadline to win creditors' support for that plan. Under new bankruptcy laws that took effect in October 2005, the duration of bankruptcy reorganizations is generally limited to 18 months. Calpine began its reorganization in December 2005.
"There is a real possibility that even if Calpine files a plan and disclosure statement by June 20 with complete consensus, given the time required to run a proper plan-solicitation process in this case, Calpine's proposed plan will not be confirmed within the additional 60-day exclusive period for soliciting votes," the company said.
Calpine has developed a business plan that will form the basis of its Chapter 11 plan, and it has enlisted the investment banking firm Miller Buckfire & Co. to explore the possibility of a rights offering of stock or debt.
"Potential investors' interest has been robust," the company said. It said it's developing final requests for proposals, which it said it will disseminate to "potential lenders and investors in the near future."
The company's shareholders, however, have expressed concern that they could be shortchanged in the reorganization plan. Calpine's official committee of shareholders has sought to hire its own financial adviser, Perella Weinberg Partners.
One shareholder, the hedge fund Rainmac Fund Ltd., said the company has "done nothing" to explore such options as a sale of its operations. The fund said Calpine should explore "a sale of the entire company in one or more transactions to one or more buyers." A Calpine spokesman declined to comment on whether it's considering such options.
In its latest court filings, Calpine said it has succeeded in shrinking the amount of bankruptcy claims filed against it. In particular, it said, unsecured claims were reduced by more than $12 billion, "which amounts to approximately a one-third reduction in the asserted face value of such claims."
Thanks, Joe for sharing your knowledge. It’s good to know exactly what the risk is. Too many of these boards don’t take that balanced approach.
good question. I think the POR has to be submitted and approved by the court. So when it is submitted we will know if there is a plan to cancel the shares but they won't be cancelled yet. I am NOT sure of this so please if anyone can confirm it would be appreciated. I think Kaiser Aluminum was still trading for a while after it was announced that the common stock would be rendered worthless. I am very much an amature who has been following this with interest. If I learn anything from a better source I'll let you know. Here again is the response I got from the company:
"The process of determining whether or not Calpine’s current common stock has any value once we emerge from Chapter 11 will play out during the restructuring of Calpine and while we prepare a Plan of Reorganization. Until this process is complete, it is inappropriate to comment or speculate as to the potential value (if any) of the stock.
We encourage all investors to closely monitor the restructuring process and company-issued news. To do that, please see the following links:

If the stress gets to be too much, you always have the choice of selling 900 of your shares at a nice profit and risk the rest. It’s a choice between hitting yourself for not holding longer and making more profit vs. hitting yourself for losing money. The problem with waiting to find out the fate of the common stock is someone else always finds out first. I’m still looking for a bankruptcy expert to try and find what the chances are that this will be one of those rare exceptions where the common shares aren’t cancelled. I wish I got in when you did. I just got in today and I’m hoping to ride this momentum for 2x or more and if I reach that I’ll be itching to sell half just for the piece of mind.
OT: If you're ever on Jeopardy and they ask. It's a trombone with a plunger mute.
FYI
basically I asked the SEC if there was anything I needed to do to be on record as a victim of this scam.
response.
Thank you for contacting the SEC.
There is nothing that investors need to do at this time. You can find information on the SEC's enforcement action in the litigation releases (http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/txt-srch-sec?text=cyberkey§ion=Litigation&sort=rank). The SEC posts information it receives regarding plans for distributing funds to investors on the Investor Claims Funds Page of our website at: http://www.sec.gov/divisions/enforce/claims.htm. As of today, no information has been posted. You may wish to check the Claims Funds Page from time to time to see if new information has become available.

If anyone has any infor re: class actions suits etc., I would appreciate being included in any emails. I’m at purdysco1@yahoo.com.
I made an initial inquiry with legal counsel but since I’m only out about 4k (not really a small amount for me) it probably wouldn’t be cost effective. Sounds like if there is any financial restitution it will be years away. I’ll be glad to share anything I learn.
Thanks for all the compassionate emails. I personally saw plenty of red flags but since I was watching the boards by the hour I figured I would have been tipped off to any bad news. The SEC suspension taught me that even a quick escape can denied the risk taker. My biggest consolation is that I didn’t take anybody down with me. I dissuaded my friends who showed interest by impressing how high risk these sorts of things are but wish I could have listened to my own advice. Thanks to all who worked hard to try to learn the truth. I’m glad I can go back to checking on my positions once a week.
This may be common knowledge but I thought I would share the following response I got from the company about common share equity when Calpine emerges from bankruptcy.

Just from the 2006 Q4 trading suspensions it looks like 3 out of the 10 stocks suspended are currently up and trading again with the same ticker symbol.
CSHD was suspended from 10/24 to 11/6 and it got bumped down to pinks
FLNA was suspended from 11/8 to 11/21
SWNM was suspended from 9/11 to 9/22
Doesn’t look like a suspension was good for any of these three but it wasn’t “the end” either.
Thanks for the update on the print media. This is what I like to see. This is turning into quite the yay-boo story. I expect next ckys will uplist to nasdaq and then Utah will get hit by a giant meteor.

Nascar Season starts Feb 18 with the Daytona 500. I hope the portal and myfankey are launched by then.
NASCAR schedule
http://www.sportstravel.com/nascar.php
thanks for doing that Danno123. I was wondering if they would have info via phone because I didn't see anything for myfankey on the site.
so it's all about the digital rights management. I hope it catches on.
I’m not sold in the MyFanKey yet.
I’m a big fan of simplicity. The Bio lock and KeepSafe are simple and the value is apparent. I wondered why a person might need gigs of space to keep info on a NASCAR Driver and the only reason I could think of is if the info was well produced video content. That’s where the big lettered EXCLUSIVITY comes in at the top of the add. Any adds should focus on the Exclusive Content that your key will open and keep. Sooo from the add I’m not a believer yet. I still want to better understand what MyFanKey is. My best guess is that what sets it apart from a regular flash drive is how it works with the Web Portal. I am happy that the company is pursuing several different avenues for revenue.
also says the Keepsafe is now selling for 399.99 - looking to see more volume from comercials and GMA I hope
"Safety at your Fingertips" Good compercial. Simple and to the point.
thanks for the reply. Sometimes the SEC site has those details but I didn't find anything.
I've been following this bankrupty and I'm wondering if anyone knows what will happen to the common stock if they raise equity from new investors. Will they issue new stock and make this pink sheet stock worthless? I have faith that the company will recover but I just wan't to figure out what will happen to the stock.
Calpine "will soon ask U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Burton R. Lifland in Manhattan to allow it to hire investment bank Miller Buckfire Co. to help raise equity financing for its exit from Chapter 11, according to papers Calpine filed in its bankruptcy case Tuesday."
Enduro Flash: I had the same experience. I emailed tech support, sales, investor relations and sent a snail mail asking for a better explaination nature of the "secure advantage." So far I have heard nothing. There was nothing pre-loaded on the drive and I agree that some of the advertising gave the impression that there would be. This is unfortunate. If I learn anything new I'll post it.
great find! thanks
OT: been watching updates from the CES on CNN, I should have taken a few days off to go! Even w/o CKYS there I would have been in gadget heaven. Some co. is showing off a 108inch plasma. Mom will need one of those to watch Regis. CES is the place to be for tech.
This SanDisk stuff sounds a lot like stuff CKYS was working toward. The Sony Erickson contract and the "flash DVD". . . will that be a player for the MyFanKey to work on?
With BlueRay and HD-DVD fighting it out I've been wondering if disks are becomming obsolite because of on demand etc. So it sounds like a player but instead of sticking a dvd in you plug in a flash drive? Damn I wish I were at the con. I have tons of questions.
Never trust free information, Message Boards included. That being said, some posters have gained credibility since I’ve started following CKYS. The folks who stay conservative w/ estimates and ground most of their posts in facts that can be confirmed have the most credibility w/ me. The best posts point in the direction of good info that one can look on their own. Some that I consider least credible, for inconsistent posts that ultimately seem self serving or ego driven or just for being brand new so they’ve had no time to build any credibility, are the folks forecasting gloom and doom today. Thanks to all the credible ones that have expanded my ability to seek knowledge on my own. If anything, tomorrow will be interesting. I will be glad if I wake up to find this “acquisition” demystified.
That would be nice. Never a dull moment in the land of speculation.
We've covered this in the past. Sequiam makes the Biovault and Cyberkey is a distributor. Cyberkey currently doesn't make any money from the safes sold to NRA.
http://searchwww.sec.gov/EDGARFSClient/jsp/EDGAR_MainAccess.jsp#topAnchor
From the SEC website re: Sequiam
Distributors. We plan to form relationships with distributors that have experience selling technology products in geographic areas where we do not have a physical presence. We currently have four distributors including Davenport Sales International located in Texas, BioMet Access Company, LLC located in Missouri, CyberKey Solutions, Inc. located in St. George, Utah and Tacoma Technology, Inc. located in Taipei, Taiwan that market and sell biometric products, including the BioVault 2™, through dealers, partners and consultants. During May 2006 we received a purchase order from Davenport Sales International for 10,000 units of the BioVault 2™, constituting sales of approximately $2,250,000 upon fulfillment of the purchase order. BioMet is committed to selling our entire biometric product line and have included them in their 2006 product catalog. BioMet has provided us with a purchase order for 1,000 BioVault 2™ units in 2006. We intend to grant our distributors a non-exclusive license to sell certain of our software products in these geographic areas. We will also permit the distributors to grant sublicenses to use our software products. The distributors will earn revenue from the sublicenses they grant.
The My I Key and Child Key products mentioned in the interview represent the first “Solution” based products. The products available on the site are fine and the sublicense to sell the Keepsafe is definitely a good thing but I think the different ‘key’ products are the real opportunity to set cyberkey apart from other flash drive companies. I was happy to see in the interview that the My I key was packaged for retail because up until now the ‘key’ products seemed only in the development stage. The TV news spot mentioned the ChildKey solution but I was a bit worried that I wasn’t seeing things like that available on the site. I sent the following email to investor relations and got a quick response:
To: investor@cyberkeysolutions.com
Subject: My I Key
In the smallcapengines interview, you introduce the My I Key and Child Key. I notice these products are not available on the website. When will these products be available to the public?
Response:
Websites will follow shortly. There is a planned rollout

My confidence is building. Looks like good things becoming more clear over the horizon.
It looks like the SmallcapEngine.com interview has already been filmed. Someone may have already mention this but on the smallcap website there’s a picture that changes every few seconds and one of them is JP holing an Enduro in the package I think. Says the interview is coming soon.
I wanted to make a correction. When I reviewed my Cyberkey Enduro I think I said it came with a card for a 30 day trial of gamezone. The card was actually for a service called GameznFlix.
Cyberkey Enduro Review
I ordered a 1 gig Enduro and it showed up quickly.
The Good News:
-It’s smaller than I thought. The length is about the same as a house key and width about half an inch.
-Even with shipping and handling with was $10 less than anything I saw at Staples for 1 gig.
-It has a sturdy metal casing (thus the Enduro). I am actually comfortable carrying this one on my key chain. Looks like it could get knocked around a bit.
*note: It came in packaging that looked retail ready. Plastic deal with glossy surrounding cardboard and that triangle hole for the retail hook. Also it came with a card for a 30 day trial for GameZone.
The Questions:
Everything worked fine as a regular flash drive but the card mentioned Secure Advantage ™ which seemed to be a software bundle for partitioning password protecting etc. but my enduro didn’t come with anything pre-loaded. On the website there were some downloads but I couldn’t get them to work on my windows 2000 machine at work. I got the impression that it would come with pre-loaded software that would be user friendly but I don’t know that I read that anywhere. Also I shot emails off to tech support and sales and have had no response. I took it home and with my MacOS disk utility was able to format it for Mac with 128bit encryption and password protect the drive so as a customer the product is fine but I was just curious as to what the secure advantage really was.
I’m not a ultra tech person so I may have missed some implications as to the competitive advantage of the flash drive on the security side but I am happy with its size, price, durability and speed. I’m interested in trying out the stealth even though it’s not really something I need at the moment; maybe I can try to make it to the consumer electronics convention next year. I’ll update the board if I learn anymore info about the products.
I like today’s volume, last week was a bit of a gut check.
oops, looks my info wasn't as up to date.
who bought that last 100 shares? I have the close at .037
I don't think your wife would have given me a loan, so I didn't ask ;)
Yeah I'm wishing I had more on hand when I got in under a penny but I prefer to make caution a habit and add more the more I know. I can't afford to add much at the moment and it's been making me antsy this week. I just hope the shares keep shaking into stronger hands.
Running an OS on the flash drive has had my mind rolling on some ideas since I began looking into CKYS products. Instead of lugging a laptop to school I could bring a flash drive with all my apps and work to school and plug into a terminal. Someday schools may just setup with monitors and small processors and you bring your own memory. If I were to carry around this much info you bet I would want it encrypted in case I lost it and backed up onto another system somewhere. Also with the new intel Macs with the ability to run both Mac OS and Windows I was thinking of having a Windows build on a separate hard drive rather than partitioning. A large capacity flash drive would even be better.
I also thought I would share an newer use of a usb drive that I have experienced. I have a professional level music editing program called logic pro and it comes with a small flash drive that unlocks the program. Of course it’s kind of annoying that I have to use up a usb port just to run my own program but it also keeps me from making illegal copies for my friends. If they had a copy they still couldn’t run it without the flash drive. I could see why software developers would want something like that to protect their work.
Thanks for the DD. If I weren't on the west coast I would have been actively checking out store openings. I hope I can return the favor when any California stores open. I'm in for the long term and hope to get more shares before the franchise is in full swing. Right now sidways is good for me but I hope I don't miss when the action heats up.
