I've been following this bankrupty and I'm wondering if anyone knows what will happen to the common stock if they raise equity from new investors. Will they issue new stock and make this pink sheet stock worthless? I have faith that the company will recover but I just wan't to figure out what will happen to the stock.

Calpine "will soon ask U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Burton R. Lifland in Manhattan to allow it to hire investment bank Miller Buckfire Co. to help raise equity financing for its exit from Chapter 11, according to papers Calpine filed in its bankruptcy case Tuesday."
