>>These people were INSIDE FORCES when they did things that harmed the company. Current management is continuing to fix problems to bring this company to fruition.
If Uli was really the problem when he was INSIDE the company, you would think it odd that the new, current management would choose to do business with him AGAIN. Seems like a poor management decision huh? Especially given recent events which have come to light....
So strange that people still have so much love for current management.
>>GTEM defaulted on the very first $45,000 payment to be made to Uli.
That's pretty much what I expect happened. GTEM enters the agreement, gets a month's worth of radios out of Uli so they can keep touting the Mexican JV, then doesn't pay up. Uli confiscates equipment and radios as payment. GTEM files suit to get 'its' property back.
>>Uli is no longer needed.
lmao, I was hoping that someone would pull out the classic GTEM line. Same old thing whenever situations involving employees, management, partners, or board members turn out to be contrary to the rosy picture painted for shareholders.
"is no longer needed", i'm pretty sure that when the end comes it will be "the public listing is no longer needed".
>>Now say for instance and investor or trader of gtem was disseminating inside info relayed to him prior to a news release to this and/or other boards
Noooo. That's just silly, no one here would do that.
Are you saying that certain posters here are used to pre-disseminate information from Bleckman/GTEM so that they can 'prime the pump' amongst the retail community for the eventual PR?
Because that's what i'm thinking...:)
Unfortunately Bleckmon doesn't like me. I ask him hard questions which he seems to not like to answer.
Perhaps you could ask IR how many paying accounts NoMasCables is currently servicing?
Certainly they must know this if they are already working on a marketing campaign for the wider area?
Some would think that a more useful 'update' pr to issue might be a status update on how many paying customers have been signed up by the NoMasCables venture? (Aren't we supposed to have 20,000 users by now according to GTEM projections? Or was it more...100,000 a year right?)
Maybe that would be better than fluffing up another technical 'achievement'? GTEM always seems ready and positioned for the big time but never really seems to make the jump into actually turning that position into numbers. Odd huh?
That's just me though.
>>With SEC oversight, I would imagine they want to get it right.
I'm sure they do, especially since they got it so wrong the first time. That plus if they don't get it right the GTEM gravy train might come to a screeching halt. And that would be the worst thing of all.
Isn't it funny that they've supposedly been doing that for 7 months now?
Isn't it amusing how concerned GTEM seems to be with broadcasting these immaterial events (aka stock price propping) as opposed to fixing items of real concern? You would think that Mr. Khoury would be more interested in recertifying GTEM's financials for the past three years than creating soundbites for press releases. Odd.
Yeah I can understand that. If he read some of them he might actually have some responsibility to investigate whether it's true or not before he opens his mouth.
Wouldn't want that to happen would we? It would make it much harder to tell happy GTEM stories :)
'I don't know about any bankruptcy of GTEM Europe'...
Hey serious1, it's been quite a while since we've heard of any updates from your relatives living in Pachuca? Any more first hand accounts of internet connectivity, antenna sightings, and account signup locations?
Strange that it would take so long for your relatives (who were so quick on the uptake to verify No Mas Cables' existence) to produce a picture or other indepedently verifiable evidence? Perhaps you would be kind enough to provide us with an update since it has been 4 weeks or so?
So they're going to release financials on Saturday???
>>has an enormous incentive to perform that Huff never had.
I thought that Huffy and the rest were highly incentivized to see the company succeed since he was sitting on soooo much stock? Kostro and Khoury too....How odd, it seems that GTEMers don't respond the correct way to incentives?
>>tradefor the point was education.
Yes and the point is that for certain, exceptional individuals the formal education process does not add any value and may actually hinder their progress. However, for the most part educational success is a decent indicator of individual ability and qualification.
However, you continue to insist that Huff is one of those exceptional individuals/entrepreneurs despite all evidence to the contrary. Strange huh?
>>S_O_G let's hear the qualifications of Steve Jobs or Bill Gates to run a public company.
Hmm perhaps we should compare track records instead of lack of formal education? If we didn’t do this surely we would consider every person who didn’t make it through high school or college a genius. And that wouldn't really make sense at all would it...unless of course you go around seeking out public companies with executive who have never completed college.
So let’s see, by the time that both Jobs and Gates were Huff’s age they had already developed technologies that were actually revolutionary, built successful businesses, and returned something like 20 times original shareholder investment. Huff did…Huff accomplished….well Huff certainly talked a lot about creating revolutionary technologies!
Oh but those track records are all in the past, we should just forget about them.
Nerd that is the past, please stop bringing it up.
More and more desperate...
Tell me, what else does Bleckman feed you?
It would certainly be very interesting to see what GTEM offered him to dismiss the suit.
As I recall the last time she replied (which was a week or two ago), she said that she was still waiting for more details from said relatives.
Odd that it would take so long since they are all hooked up to the wireless networks and advanced telecommunications equipment of GTEM. I will see if I can find the post for you.
Update: Post below. A relative also confirms seeing a Hotzone antenna...also yet to be verified.

They must all be more of those incompetent, disgruntled ex-employees right?
GTEM seems to exercise very poor judgement in its hiring practices. So many people who were hired/left seem to exhibit these qualities. Odd isn't it...
>>That news impressed so many people to buy so many shares I don't think Globetel could swallow that injection of cash.
It's not even about getting new buyers anymore, GTEM is in complete survival mode. They can't even convince new people to believe the story anymore, as you can see from the reaction to this press release.
All they're trying to do is make sure the retail that is here doesn't go anywhere. Because if that bagholder liquidity steps away and sells there will be nothing left for this little outfit to use as a bargaining chip.
>>Possibly more buyers later after digestion?
lol, exactly what is there to digest. Are buyers that slow?
'We are participating in a trial'.
Nerd, that is not the question or the point. I know what lat/long coordinates are and how to use them to find a location. I simply did not bother to do that as I am sure they point to a place in Mexico.
My question was how exactly do you know that this guy didn't just pick a point in Mexico, get the lat/long and say there is antenna there? Until the poster provides something verifiable, you dont...
Right....so perhaps some of the incredibly tech savvy people here could explain exactly what significance that has? All I see are lat/long coordinates which the poster is saying point to an antenna location.
There is no explanation on how he found it, how to verify it, or anything else. Also how can he possibly receive a signal from the wireless network in Mexico unless he himself is in Pachuca or whatever city those coordinates point to...Isn't the transmitting distance of one of the radios something like 0.25 miles?
Somehow I don't see 'screenshot from an individual investor' as having quite the same evidentiary weight as 'public newswire sent and recorded by all major financial institutions' in the case of a lawsuit, sec investigation, etc. Do you?
I understand the purpose of all the new shiny websites now. It is a way to get around having to send out all the puffy news releases on the wires. This way they have a way to keep longs around with all the enticing stories of imminent success without generating a public record like it would through a real news wire.
When the time comes all the flash presentations/websites can be deleted or modified and nothing will ever be on record as being 'overly promotional'.
>>It's simple, and only a matter of time longs.
It certainly is just a matter of time. Unfortunately I think you have your chart upside down.
>>if that is the case why did he sign a contract with Globetel?
Perhaps because he is getting $45,000 each month? Seems like a pretty good reason to sign a contract.
>>Vendors do not take stock in payment of services without expecting something in return.
Please specify where in the contract it states that Globetel is paying Uli only in shares. They could be paying him completely in cash as far as you know...then your whole 'Uli wants GTEM stock to increase in value' theory goes out the window.
Even if GTEM is paying Uli in stock he can turn around and sell it right back into the market and get his cash.

I am surprised they can see 'Hotzone' on the antennas since usually they are mounted quite high up and I assume the hotzone branding isn't in 6 inch letters. Maybe they could provide pictures of the antennas mounted on buildings etc?
This would do a lot to dispel the mystery surrounding NoMasCables. Thanks.
By the way serious, is there any update from your brother/father/cousin about the No Mas Cables network in Pachuca? Are they happily websurfing with it? How did they sign up?
It's a good thing that Trimax is getting $45k a month to start IP disputes and create problems with GTEM. Yet another wise allocation of capital.
Somehow i'm not so sure that Trimax would be so quick (or dumb) to bite the hand that feeds it. I believe there is more going on behind the scenes than Bleckman lets on...but then that wouldn't be anything new.
Here’s a question….whatever happened to all those reports from uncles, sons, daughters, mothers, brothers, etc. living in Pachuca about the status of the network? I thought there was going to be some followup about how No Mas Cables was burning up the wireless internet business down there? Is GTEM/NMC signing up customers left and right? How is the stability of the internet connection?
>>Yes, it's all good for ULI....but dubious for GTEM.PK shareholders.
That is the core compentency of this company. Finding ways to enrich management (as well as ex-management) while ensuring that none of it falls down to the shareholders.
Non-event.
The best part is where GTEM is 'overseeing its contractor'. They're really trying hard to sound more important than they actually are....
That's because in the long term it is in Bleckman's best interest to ensure that he has little to no knowledge of what really goes on at GTEM.
That way should any investigators come rolling around asking questions he can always say, "Oh I didn't know about that. See check my e-mail log, no one told me about any bankruptcy or assets sold for $0."
Is that Q&A really on a Globetel FAQ somewhere? Can you provide a link?
That's hilarious!
>> I believe delivery of product to a large customer is tangible
It's kind of an asterisk when that 'large customer' is 49% owned/funded by the delivering supplier huh...
It will be time to celebrate when dividends from the JV appear on GTEM's sheets.
>>Sounds hauntingly like the "old" management-speak.
That's because 'new' management is really 'old' management. And keep in mind really 'old' management is always just an LLC away.
That's the one question that no one can really answer about this company huh? Doesn't even seem like the accountants can...maybe the new ones will do a better job.
