What happened to Andrew (Oaks) Hill, Investor Relations CMKX. The Canadian pumper.
Seems I recall a Husband/Wife team that tried to scam fly ash late 90's and were from Nevada??
I recall Dunpny and I concluded that Kitty Lite held more Au per ton.
Posters that talk about buying or selling doesn't make a particle bit of difference in the PPS. Well grounded fact does make for discussion/debate.
I don't put ANY weight to unsupported rumor from twitter and/or Facebook. UHF transmissions from planet Stupiter has a bit more weight. Just saying!
It will be instering if any of our many new touters will debate your well grounded opinion post. I doubt it.
Please continue with your postings. thank you!
I'm just a newbie here, but some here say bcci is a great investment.
Ya, Right.
The stock was shorted at open and when it hit .052 they sold the shares back and re bought them for cheaper at .052 and made and made about 20% gain on the way down and another 25%+ on the way back
New to what, Dude?
Another problem that has arisen with short selling in OTC securities is the use of pump and dump schemes. These schemes are done by con artists who use internet message boards and SPAM emails to heavily promote a thinly traded stock in which they have long positions. When this happens, the result is often a high spike in the price of the stock, followed by a fall. However, the initial spike will devastate any investor with a short position.
NOONE shorts a penny stock,PERIOD. Typical untruths by penny stock promoters at the expense of sheepeople uneducated amateur traders.
Google how market makers manipulate pink sheet securities. You see, market makers (MM) are "our" silent "Flippers". Just say-n!
Your opinion is, NITE buying shares for some undisclosed entity is good? Looks to me NITE is driving down the PPS for the benefit of "say" a undisclosed insider/s? Next, a flim flam PR will appear. Same old, same old.
Why is a market maker loading up, News?
Cold, hard, Truth!
fronting non-audited F/S as audited and getting stone cold busted
mstur29, why do you suppose 1.7 million shares "sold" and PPS moved less than 2%??? Is it a fair conclusion that some/most of those 1.7 mil were pre-priced and their price FIXED. If so, who placed those shares on the (sic) open market and for what reason.
I don't "flip" this POS stock. But thanks for the advice.
In other words, hear-say!
Please tell us unknowing how you "ground" your statement....
New Production releases shortly.
Insiders are loading up, pending another "window dressing" news release. Same old, same old.
You're splitting hairs. RLTR offer was not CONSIDERED. The line of discussion is correct. BH tried to pull a slick willy, and was called on it.
I meant "weak" stock/company" your humor cracks me up!
The Tully's smoke and mirrors "offer" as some here, would like to "spin" it still comes up BH tried to pull a fast one and the Tully's attorney called it. Just one of many examples of how BH sees fit to run a Pinky company. As you've posted many times, "investors be ware".
parkwest14, weak at best.

Baristas Coffee, which owns six Seattle-area coffee drive-thrus staffed by “attractive female baristas in entertaining costumes,” said Tuesday it hopes to buy Tully’s Coffee when the long-struggling chain is sold in a bankruptcy auction scheduled for Jan. 3.
Baristas’ announcement didn’t give financial details of its proposal for acquiring Tully’s retail business, which includes 47 company-owned stores in Washington and California.
But in court papers filed last week, Baristas sketched out a proposal to pay about $1.5 million in cash, take on about $2.8 million in existing liabilities, and issue $6 million in unspecified “negotiable securities” to unsecured creditors and shareholders of Tully’s.
Its offer must compete with the only confirmed bidder, a Colorado private equity firm that offered to pay $1.5 million in cash and assume about $3 million in existing liabilities.
Baristas said Tuesday it will bid through a new entity, Baristas Acquisition Partners, that includes several current Tully’s shareholders and other investors. None of them were identified.
James Day, an attorney for Tully’s, questioned at a bankruptcy-court hearing Friday whether Baristas could make a viable offer. He said the financial statement of Baristas, which trades publicly over the counter, “doesn’t look really strong.”
It's the Seattle Times, and/or the Post Intelingenser. I read the article and posted it on the RLTR board. I haven't found the article, didn't want to spend anymore time. Doesn't imply the article isn't true.
Upps! forgot IHub requires a 1st line.

They actually came pretty close to acquiring Tully's.
Close as in horse shoes? Tull's Attorney, when asked about the BAPI offer, "He" replied, (out of context) the offer isn't worth consideration. Sheesh!
They actually came pretty close to acquiring Tully's.
While RLTR is a "new" company, the problem I have is BH owns/controls 30 some odd Million shares. So, is RLTR a"NEW" company??
Have you discussed the share structure, where are the Preferred shared that have VOTING privilege? If so, I've missed your discussion regarding same.
We'll see, your position is noted.
RLTR is worth the BID, the ASK is painted at the close . So the realized loss is more than 8.5%.
Curious, Have you personally verified any of the past announcements? Especially the share holder update posted on the rltr web site. I have.
Things really slowed down after that slew of announcements a while back.
carpetmike, How do you really feel about this company?
With little or no transparency I have no clue what CAN be done. This current Company team doesn't seem to have the basic bidness acumen to guide a company on a path to success.
Coupled with the "apparent" bias makes for one sided slanted debate amongst our fellow investors.IMHO!
As for Cabo fishing, I do look forward to the coming year, as the Oceans currents are shaping up to be very instering!
The market didn't speak.
We expect a business model, a proposed plan to execute, more than "window" dressing empty updates and yet weaker Pr's. Sorta like share holders would expect from any Company and its CEO.
We're invested in a Company that's weak (apparently) along with their empty "Lip" service Pr's posted on a two bit web site. RLTR, as you say,has tremendous potential, obviously not with this CEO (Hodge). Half a million shares dumped this trading day.
This is the RLTR board, go away!
Not in the last 10-12 years, no hits, just foul balls and strike outs.
Someone has to hit, no?
Gawd,I haven't heard the name Andy Hill (Oaks) in years. I must have learned about scammers and I moved on!
So Andy Hills current alias is "Waldo" or are you slamming him? Way to funny! Just like Sterling.
