Behest or not Behest, that is the question!
If your car runs out of gas it will stop!
That's true! A stock that runs out of steam and can't produce revenue will also stop. If its a pink sheet stock it need to be refilled with Press Releases that tell of up coming events. Actionview is one of those rare stocks that has the potential to keep the progression going. Going from a an event every 3 months to one a month and now heading to one a week. Each time the event produces better results then predicted and I see no reason why that should not continue. The more exposure we get the more profitable we will get. Sponsors will come out of the wood work, mergers will appear and souvenir sales will climb all adding to the bottom line and increasing the share price.
Power hour is upon us. I would like to see the stock price to shoot up to $2 a share. However, I never get what I want anyway.
Those numbers posted were as of June 30th and another quarter has been completed since and the numbers are a hell of a lot better. We are making profits from the events that we were not prior. We are rocketing ahead.
Yes things are moving ahead faster then contemplated. With the expected attendance to these fights and the proposed weekly fight schedule they will be profitable faster then expected. I expect more PRs this week.

ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) today announced that they have begun implementation of a new web video streaming technology
incorporating the Akamai Edge Platform which will enable the company's subsidiary, MatchFights, LLC, under its World Championship Full Contact brand, to offer subscribers access to live event streaming at television quality.
Commenting on the Akamai platform, Joe Wooten, Executive Director of MatchFights, stated, "The overwhelmingly positive response we received from the October 16th broadcast of our WCFC live event has paved the way for us to roll out the Akamai solution in time for our upcoming events. We will now be able to offer our viewers an 'adaptive stream,' meaning that our broadcast will automatically adjust itself to the maximum download bandwidth for each viewer. This ensures that you will receive the best quality, full streaming broadcast that your hardware and internet connection will allow."
Mr. Wooten added that not all WCFC programming will be broadcast at television quality. "Our October 16th live broadcast demonstrated what we believe to be the minimum acceptable level of broadcast quality. The picture was still very clear and our viewers experienced no buffering issues. As we look to broadcast third party content and feature programming from venues that may not have adequate upload bandwidth for hi-definition feeds, we need to offer an acceptable solution to the Akamai platform. Our viewers will now be able to see a variety of fight-based programming and be able to access live events from their cell phones, notepads or computers, and have amazing quality."
The company also announced that the WCFC has negotiated the broadcast rights to several upcoming live mixed martial arts events, all of which will be streamed live to WCFC viewers in the coming weeks. "Our vision has always been to offer our customers a variety of fight content, not just WCFC-produced events. Now that we have a stable platform for both hi-definition and standard definition broadcasting, we can begin to incorporate additional third party events," Wooten stated. "Starting tonight, we intend to begin airing a live video broadcast of the Rockwell Action Sports Report radio show on the WCFC.com website. This exclusive content is expected to be made available weekly to everyone that goes to our website. Very soon, our fans can also expect to see live fight events on a weekly basis as we co-brand third party events under the WCFC banner."
ActionView also reported that the company, in connection with rolling out the Akamai Platform, will launch its web-based retail store where fans can purchase WCFC merchandise, WCFC sponsored fighter apparel, DVDs of prior events, and the WCFC ring girl calendar.

This is only my opinion!
The establishment of a stock price base is usually based on Earnings and short of earnings we are at the mercy of the market makers. Once we have earnings and the potential of those earnings increasing quarter over quarter then we don't have to worry about any major drop. A drop in earnings will result in a price drop however. This start up company is on the right track and the sellout of the last fight speaks to that fact. The management is doing a fine job of stimulating public interest and that will spin off other areas of profit like shirts and cups etc. In addition and more important this new building interest captures the attention of potential sponsors and sponsor revenue is a huge addition to our bottom line. as stated before in previous posts there are other people fighting as well as Actionview and a perfect target for a merger. I can only see a very bright picture for AVEW. As we grow I believe you will see AVEW trading on a more prestige exchange and a stock split always grabs the attention of the public because the stock price usually rises and adds liquidity. The liquidity is most important because people can buy and sell shares without the stock running away from them or dropping and wiping out their investment.
Its all good and you can be proud that you made a good investment.
Thank you.
The advantage is increased liquidity. With the split the typical action is for the stock price to rise making you shares more valuable
A split is not dilution.... Dilution is when more shares are issued reducing you percentage in owner ship. A 3 for 1 split gives you the same percentage ownership but with more shares. Also a $1 a share converts to 33 1/3 cents a share.
What does Vwap mean?
I like this so I am passing it on:
THIS IS HOW YOU FIX CONGRESS
!!!!!!!
**********************************
Congressional Reform Act of 2010
1. Term Limits.
12 years only, one of the possible options
below..
A. Two Six-year Senate terms
B. Six Two-year House terms
C. One Six-year Senate term and three
Two-Year House terms
2. No Tenure / No Pension.
A Congressman collects a salary while in office
and receives no pay when they are out of
office.
3. Congress (past, present & future)
participates in Social Security.
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund
move to the Social Security system immediately.
All future funds flow into the Social Security
system, and Congress participates with the
American people.
4. Congress can purchase their own retirement
plan, just as all Americans do.
5. Congress will no longer vote themselves a
pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the
lower of CPI or 3%.
6. Congress loses their current health care
system and participates in the same health care
system as the American people.
7. Congress must equally abide by all laws they
impose on the American people.
8. All contracts with past and present
Congressmen are void effective 1/1/11.
The American people did not make this contract
with Congressmen. Congressmen made all these
contracts for themselves.
Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career.
The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen
legislators, serve your term(s), then go home

ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) today announced that the World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) live event held October 16th in Salt Lake City was a resounding success. Commenting on the event, Johnny Riche, Director of Fight Operations for WCFC, stated, "We had an amazing, energetic show and a packed house of excited fight fans that stayed long after the event ended to meet the fighters and dance in the aisles. Having been to every MMA event held in Utah over the past ten years, I can safely say that this was the best event ever held."
This sentiment was repeated by the representatives of the Utah Athletic Commission and shared by the 1,200 spectators in attendance. Commenting further on the success of the evening, Riche stated, "We needed 750 people to break even on the night, which is tough in a market that has one or more MMA events every weekend that fans can choose from. To consistently have more than a thousand fans at our shows is a tribute to the quality of the WCFC product and the caliber of the fighter we are able to draw."
ActionView also announced that the live broadcast was a success. Joe Wooten, Executive Director of WCFC, stated, "We decided in the eleventh hour to beta test a new streaming technology that will allow us to cost-effectively broadcast events live regardless of any venue-driven bandwidth limitations. By giving the event away for free, we were able to stress-test our new servers and make sure that everyone watching at home had a positive, streaming experience. We are now positioned to offer both television quality, adaptive bandwidth streaming, as well as a free alternative for some of our other contemplated programming. Based on this successful test, I am confident that we will announce a whole new slate of fight-based live programming in the coming days. We are committed to becoming the dominant Internet force for mixed martial arts."
In the main event fight, "Super" Steven Siler from the Riven fight team defeated Steven "Razor" Sharp of Absolute MMA, taking only 45 seconds in round 1 to win by submission. Johnny Riche commented, "Steve Siler is simply unbeatable right now. He is every bit as dominant at 155 pounds as Mike Tyson was as a heavyweight in his day. His last three fights have been against the very best the sport has to offer and the fights have never gone past the first minute. Even though he's a jiu-jitsu expert, he agreed to stand and trade blows with Sharp, a noted striker with heavy hands. Siler was so dominant standing that Sharp had no choice but to go to ground, playing perfectly into Siler's game plan. This was first time in 40 plus professional fights that Steve Sharp has lost in the first round."
In the co-main event, "Disco" Dave Foley, the owner of Foleys MMA, defeated Utah's newest bad boy, Dave Baldanado, also by submission. Riche added, "This was a fast, vicious fight featuring two very tough guys standing and trading punches at a furious pace. Foley caught Baldonado with a sharp right that looked like a knockout. Though it dropped Baldonado, he fought on but was simply no match for a guy that can end a fight from the match as easily as from his feet. There wasn't a fan in the house that wasn't on their feet for the entire match."

I expected it would be a sellout and the way things are moving ahead this may well be one of the best investment I have ever made.
I didn't go into Actionview for a penny here or there. If you have patience and are willing to hold this will balloon into many dollars. This is the time to build up a nice fat holdings and thats what I am doing. I intend to end up with 2 million shares.
EEGC for me thanks
With tomorrow being the fight and the expected great turnout this will increase our exposure and set the stage for a run on Monday.
I am hoping all the excitement will generate enough interest to run the stock up to 2 to 3 cents. Have a great weekend all.
I am accumulating at this low price...its a steel
Liquidity is very important. Its what makes supply and demand work. Liquidity is not just Vodka on the rocks.
With each filing of the quarterly reports profits will start to show a rising trend. With all the new sites and expanded exposure this will all reflect in the growth of the stock price.
Smart money is accumulating shares at this very low price. The upward trend in the stock price has been established now is the time to cash in on that trend.
If more people would fight there would be less love in this world.
AVEW is doing everything right. Up is the direction of the stock price. It will continue to climb as they provide more news. Its all great and the entry price od a penny is nothing to where its going. I see a buck in less then a year.
By this time next year I can see the stock at $1 or more.
Avew is going to take off today with this new PR

ActionView International, Inc. Announces Further Expansion of World Championship Full Contact Events With January 29th Date Set for Boise, Idaho Market
The October 16th Salt Lake City WCFC Event Will be Broadcast Live at www.WCFC.com
DANVILLE, Calif., Oct. 15, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) today announced the expansion of World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) live events into the Boise, Idaho market with a scheduled WCFC event on January 29, 2011. Additional details, including the venue and fight card for the Boise event, will be announced in the coming weeks. MMA promotions veteran Ray Perales has been hired to oversee WCFC's Idaho fight operations.
The company had previously announced plans to expand WCFC events into new markets, both domestic and international. The January 29th Boise event is just the first in what is expected to be a series of upcoming WCFC events in targeted markets.
"Expansion of WCFC events, both pro-am and large-scale events featuring all-professional fight cards, is part of the strategy to increase awareness and exposure for the WCFC brand," said Gary Nerison, Chairman of ActionView International. "As our fans can attest, WCFC stages the most exciting events in MMA, and by expanding into new markets, interest in WCFC products, including the live events, pay-per-view broadcasts and video-on demand programs, will grow."
The Company also announced that the October 16th WCFC pro-am event will be broadcast live from The Rail Event Center in Salt Lake City, Utah on the WCFC website, www.WCFC.com, beginning at 6:00 pm PDT. There will be no charge for viewing this event on the site as the company will be conducting a beta test during with the broadcast. The WCFC is exploring technology that will allow it to broadcast live from venues that may not have hi-definition capabilities, which is a critical component for the ongoing expansion outside of Salt Lake City and into other markets. Feedback will be solicited from viewers as to quality of the video stream and the overall presentation. In addition to the live broadcast, the event, as with all WCFC broadcasts, will be recorded for Comcast's video-on-demand service.
"We hope that all WCFC fans that are unable to attend the live show at The Rail on October 16th will join us at www.WCFC.com to watch the fights and participate in the beta test," commented Johnny Riche, Director of Fight Operations for WCFC. "Fan feedback will be an important element of our broadcast technology evaluation and will help to improve our future live broadcasts from venues across the United States and around the world."
The October 16th pro-am event will feature three professional fights, including a match between "Super" Steven Siler from the Riven fight team and Steven "Razor" Sharp of Absolute MMA and the co-main event featuring "Disco" Dave Foley, the owner of Foleys MMA, versus Utah's newest bad boy, Dave Baldanado, in a professional lightweight match-up. The event will also include the professional debut of undefeated Team Riven fighter Wesley Clinton doing battle against One Hit MMA and Jordan Smith prodigy Jordan Chandler. The amateur portion of the fight card features 7 bouts with fighters from some of the western United States' top mixed martial arts facilities, including Absolute MMA, The Academy, The Bernales Institute, Kingdom Klub, and Wicked Ways Muay Thai.
