Lol yeah those are fairly cheesy. That being said some of the most successful coin collector dealers made big money on comems
Nice table. Would be nicer to have market cap column in there too.
Possibly the shares the board sacrifices in taxes to acquire their own are being bought by the company and retired?
Lol fair enough
Pete im gonna let the earnings do the talkin
With all due respect jtfm and mace porgy and r3 and all: we are seeing what an old school speak only when you have to, and carry a big stick leadership methodology is all about. I for one, am tired of hypester press releases like simes kicked out without a cent of revenue. This guy is kicking ass as a ceo and i love it. No flash, all cash!
I will say r3 that you have the classic market maker negativity style posts. Common themes include doom, gloom, check out other stocks (distraction), create a sense of impatience, create a sense of entitlement (as if anyone deserves a profit), and point out worst case scenarios. Have you ever considered working for merril or warburg? Because you have internet twins. All over the buyout candidates of the past.
Well r3 i owe u an apology. And i have shares in the same boat.
Im sure they lowballed simes and simes had to remember the shareholders will benefit more taking it ourselves.
Nice find.
Depends if the move was a buy to cover wave or a long wave.
Im homeslice but this is my mobile. I forgot that password but its cookied into my home computer.
I didnt delete it. And this stock has been oversold for 2 yrs. Its just showing up on the charts as ultra obvious now because its being traded by the book. Just relax we are in deep pockets here pete.
Who knows we could show 19 cents earnings and its still only a 12% return at these prices. So we could oversell to 8.50 or jump to 15. But im long. My targets are 5 yr targets. So 500 plus is why im here.
Any partner that would want to conserve their own industry through strategic investing.
Wonder why the form 4 isn't showing with the rest of them on I hub news
Not seeing a form 4 for ceo and vp. Looks like their weekly compensation was cash this week. Would expect more shares next 3 fridays.
Me too i added at 11.39
Point 4 is a grand slam
Well obviously it would forward split a couple times. So maybe 250 after 2 2:1 fwd splits?
I would think at this time anip would have equivalent buyout value in the 2.5 to 3.0 billion range. Thats about 250 per share to 300 per share. So im not sure how im underestimating anything. If the market for testosterone for women alone is 2 billion per yr, the value of anip is far greater if partnered. Maybe 1000 per share after 5 yrs. Imo
If thats the case abvie ought to consider a buyout of anip
Hopefully we see 9.75 and close the gap today or monday so we can start the next leg up. They keep running from my bids at 9.78
Yes i forgot about the increase from 40 to 50 milion cvr. Its a moot point because its a done deal anyway or they wouldnt have done it that way. Also good point about transdermal switches from injection. Of course the world will switch when its affordable. Androgel is laughably 10x the cost of injection. I just wanted to step in and stop the fear mongering.
Might have ta adjust the sell target from 206 to 199,999
Either way its additional evidence that supports testosterone therapy in women is coming to a reality near you. Anyone checked to see if tesneo or bio t gel has been added by more states blue cross coverage?
If the mm is buying and simulating a market for a suitor they can wipe the shorts after they take control of the company bc they just pay themselves. But its also possible there are now two suitors and one has an interest in a higher pps or is happy to absorb as many as possible under some amount per share. Its getting interesting at least.

Im not sure that info is true. If so they are about to get clobbered.
If so then the original run to 8.80 is preceding this gap fill as we retrace. Because this run looks to be driving the same way as a technical match, your analysis could prove to be the catalyst. But in the end it doesnt matter, its so oversold any one of the products developing will sweep us off the bottom. Finally.
Looking for a dip to 650 to add the next log. Not the kind of log aforementioned lol.
Can't decide if buyer is sucking up shares from someone trying to short shares or if the buyer is selling into own bid to keep p p s depressed
I think since shareholders were suspecting that Abt was behind some of the employee exchanges and libigel development they did that to CTA in court somehow.
no doubt they will use today's uptick to generate some negative price movement on the quick panic sells from downward pull.
Does cuspip change suggest relisting on AMEX or NASDAQ?
Perhaps the new cusip number is to force a cover.
Its common for small biotech to spin off or sell their diagnostic or detection methods that they use to target potential patients that might benefit from the presence or lack of their therapeutic products. Unfortunately this setup is not always indicative that the diagnostics have been sold, nor does it confirm success with the treatment. They are simply preparing for the inevitable step into these tests, which means that data are progressing for the clinical phase testing.
I've heard of holding the "bag" before but I've never held a biodegradable one. Long as of today. Good luck to all.
I'd like to see ANI go out and get some corporate funding on their side of the merger for some cash, maybe 10 or 20 million, and bring that to the table, and give bpax shareholders a 50c dividend per share with half of the bpax cash (and get rid of the CVR's in favor of a stock dividend). That would force a short cover, give us a higher pps, some cash in the pocket, and enough funds to make what ANI is bringing more appetizing for a merger vote. Its only 10-20M easily paid back by combined revenue of the merged company, imo, which really amounts to only 50% having to be paid back by ANI shareholders (cuz revenues from what we are bringing as well would go to the new ANI in place of the CVR's).
I'm ready for a scoobie snack!
