I am hopeful that we will have news by the end of March, exciting times indeed!
I was hoping we could attend virtually. I've checked my email and all the other sources I can think of for an announcement and can't find one that talks about a shareholder meeting. Maybe we can get a recap, after it's over? Unfortunately, the timing is a little poor for me to attend, but I will be seeing if I can make it work. Does anyone know the last time they held a meeting? Surely, this is good news.
Happy New Year to you, as well, Dano. I share that hope with you.
Sure. Here is a post regarding how weak our electrical grid is: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/larryleete_winter-storms-put-the-us-power-grid-to-the-activity-7013989944872366080-iUyY?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop
Aradatum fixes this issue. I myself experienced a power outage with just a moderate winter storm, recently, and this problem will only worsen with time as our need for electricity grows and the grid continues to age.
Here is one where he is showcasing another need for Aradatum, as well as interacting with a major WISP's CEO. https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7012057523214049280?updateEntityUrn=urn%3Ali%3Afs_feedUpdate%3A%28V2%2Curn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7012057523214049280%29
Leete seems like a great guy, but do you think that guy is wasting his time with Larry if he doesn't think there is something to gain for his company?
Finally, here is the one wishing a Merry Christmas. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/larryleete_wishing-all-of-you-a-merry-christmas-a-activity-7010631853531422720-aKmS?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop
Leete has been very active on LinkedIn, showcasing the need for Aradatum, and Aradatum did wish everyone a Merry Christmas on LinkedIn. It all comes down to next year, as I've continued to say. I would even wager to say that we'll see major price movement within 4-5 months, not this ticky tack thousand shares here, 500 shares there.
If you believed in the company at any point this year, you owe it to yourself to see it through to a resolution. Imagine selling and then a major development occurs. How would you ever forgive yourself? Do you really want to be the guy who has the "What could've been?" story? If you guys want to jump ship after March is over, I couldn't blame you. Just don't do it when we're about to reach a turning point.
https://aradatum.com/fierce-wireless-is-it-feasible-for-cell-towers-to-use-renewable-energy/
Doesn't say anything was set in stone, at that time, but Leete's continued interaction with both Redzone and Resound on LinkedIn makes me think we've reached an agreement or are trending that way.
Found an interesting tidbit that Leete liked on LinkedIn. Resound Networks, a Wireless Internet Service Provider who we seem to be working with, was awarded 303 million dollars by the FCC to help deliver Gigabit internet to rural communities. It's not huge news, but I think it's another piece falling into place. I do believe that 2023 is our year and am excited to see what it holds. Merry Christmas to you all!
My family and friends are invested. I have never once said you are shorting, but I have said several times that your position makes no sense. It's obvious that you deeply despise the company, day in and day out It's nothing but hate. When something positive happens, nowhere to be found. That is not what someone who owns shares does, yet you claim you're the largest shareholder out of all of us. To say the company barely exists is just downright idiotic. They were featured in a Forbes Article, have secured millions in funding, are partnered with several large companies, and been a part of a couple of large events. If/when this thing pops off, I'm not sure which will be sweeter: All the cash or watching you eat pounds of crow.
Attention, Everyone! Magnetics does not think the company will succeed! I repeat, Magnetics does not think the company will succeed! When will you give it up? It's been sad to see someone hate something so much, but it's starting to get downright depressing.
With time, Dano, the tower will come. Once the tower is here, it would be impossible to not receive orders. As you've alluded to, previously, if this thing goes like most of us think we should all meet up for a drink.
Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. Leete released Aradatum's segment of The Hello Show on LinkedIn, here is the link. https://vimeo.com/774879899
I think the pair of Leete and Schneider did well. They kept the information condensed, while still showing all the disruptive things that Aradatum can provide and why the need is there in the first place. They were well-spoken and held my attention the entire duration of the presentation. They did this in front of very important people who are within the industry we are trying to penetrate.
I believe that Biden's Infrastructure Bill contributes money to Rural Internet, Network of EV Chargers, Updated Power Infrastructure, and Investment in Environmental Remediation for the next ten years.
These are all apart of Aradatum's arsenal and I think anyone would be hard pressed to find one single application, that achieves all of those things, like Aradatum does. Government Funding is great, but even if we don't get it (I think we will) the private sector demand would be huge. This goes back to my point from the very beginning. If the tower works we are all making a pretty penny, it's simple.
Well said, Dano.
They were speakers at a convention held by a 26 billion dollar company that's sole purpose is to introduce startups to the world. You really don't see that as being a great job? It's obvious that anything they do will not get The Magnetic's Star of Approval.
The demonstrator was built in March of this year, same time as the post. Every post they make averages around ten likes, and a couple shares, it's an engineering companies FB profile, not Kim Kardashian. lol
https://www.facebook.com/roushofficial/photos/a.1134030406662552/5117013395030880
This is back in March, when the demonstrator was built by Roush. Notice the wording here "Roush continues to support Aradatum's mission to fill the infrastructure gap, offering self-powered towers that can go where others can’t. The Roush team is building 1/16 scale demonstrators, enabling Aradatum to showcase their innovative cell tower technology."
"Continues to support" and "demonstrators" show that they are continuing to work with the team. It is not Roush's job to promote the product, that is on Larry and Company and they are doing a great job. They are getting Aradatum in front of the right people, to build excitement and demand, so that when the tower is ready it has buyers waiting in line. It doesn't matter if you have the best product on the face of the earth, if no one knows about it, it's not getting bought.
"Aradatum, which has raised $15 million, is planning pilot projects in Michigan, Kansas and Maine. And it expects to have built four towers for those trials by March 2023." No one has promised anything regarding towers being built yet. Again, March is when I think it would be reasonable to start having doubts, but as of now, everything is on track.
The current price is being traded on next to no volume. If you started seeing 100k shares being dumped daily that's when you should be concerned.
https://res.captag.events/image/upload/v1668015032/helloshowus2022/ems/sbpfoynigplyqyfkx9al.pdf
That is the link to The Hello Show Speakers. I can't link the Tech Deployment Track, as it is a PDF. I do not believe the share price accurately reflects the value of the company. The volume of the shares being sold is next to nothing. This is nothing more than Joe Blow selling his shares because he got scared of the boogeyman, (Form D) which is actually nothing to be afraid of. Mark Cuban says it best, 90 percent of a watermelon is a whole lot better than 100 percent of a grape.
Listen, I understand we are here to see the stock price increase, I get the frustration. However, I have said this since the beginning, we have to give them time! Come End of March/Beginning of April, I'll be there with you all saying "what is going on", but now is not the time. Things are happening, they are gearing up and putting themselves out there. Think about all of the equipment being assembled, think about the prototype, think about all of these events they are being invited to. This is what delivering a new product/service looks like, it doesn't happen overnight.
Also, being at this show is nothing to sneeze at. Orange has 266 million customers worldwide and employs 89,000 people in France, and 59,000 elsewhere. In 2015, the group had revenue of €40 billion. Being at this show is great for marketing, it is literally designed to put startup companies in front of important people.
If you choose to be afraid of the boogeyman, so be it. I choose to look into the darkness and see that there is no boogeyman, rather piles of potential.
Big couple of days coming up, guys. Leete and Schneider will be speaking on Tuesday at The Hello Show and, if we're still involved with Launch Alaska, there should be a virtual meeting between The 14th and The 17th. I'm still hopeful that we will land something out of Alaska. Curious to see if Orange will post The Hello Show on YouTube for viewing. Either way, possibility to generate a lot of interest in The Company in the coming days.
It was on The Aradatum LinkedIn, Fish. I'm hoping they'll generate some real buzz, at the event.
Another exciting piece of news, Larry Leete and Paul Schneider will be featured speakers at something called The Orange Silicon Valley Summit. You might ask "What is Orange?" and that would be a fair question. Per Google: "Founded in 1988 under the name France Telecom, Orange is a telecommunications company and the eleventh-largest mobile network operator in the world with 89,000 employees in France and 59,000 in other countries. It is also the fourth largest operator in Europe."
Per Orange's LinkedIn: "The #OrangeSiliconValley virtual summit is Nov 15–17 and brings together top executives, Orange Silicon Valley partners, local venture capitalists, and entrepreneurs for three days of technology, innovation, and exploration.
At this virtual summit, Orange’s global enterprise customers, innovation partners, and leaders explore trends and business opportunities from startups born in Silicon Valley and beyond.
Some of the topics we will cover include:
-The metaverse
-Green telcos and decarbonization
-High performance computing
-Cybersecurity
-6G
-The augmented employee
-Satellite networks
-Artificial intelligence
-Robotics "
This is exciting for several reasons. This is a large company that sees Aradatum as a legitimate business and idea. Anytime we can get Leete in front of someone to talk about the company, that's a win in my book. What intrigues me is this Schneider fellow being there on our behalf, haven't really seen too much of him, yet. It seems like we really may be trying to promote the business here. He is our VP of Marketing & Business Development, this seems like a great opportunity to promote the company. The fact that we have two speakers, when there was a total of 51 last year, is a good sign.
I hope that this is something that we will be able to view on YouTube, later, or live.
All in all, this is another positive sign.
It's a fair point. If you think it's going to zero, why wait? Alas, I can only repeat myself so many times.
I want to say that I am not concerned about getting my shares of Aradatum. There have been several publicly released statements stating that CGEI Shareholders will receive Aradatum shares on a 1:1 basis. They can not go back on that now, even if they tried, which I do not believe they are trying. There would be legal implications there.
I'm not sure if they're simply trying to gather more resources, or if this a way to try and jump to another exchange. They are asking for exemption from Rule 506(b), here is a site trying to define that. https://www.investor.gov/introduction-investing/investing-basics/glossary/rule-506-regulation-d
Some things that I think are noteworthy "The company may sell its securities to an unlimited number of "accredited investors" and up to 35 other purchasers. All non-accredited investors, either alone or with a purchaser representative, must be sophisticated—that is, they must have sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to make them capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment." This part tells me that they are, once again, convincing people that know what is going on to give them money. That is a good thing.
Another piece "Companies relying on the Rule 506 exemptions can raise an unlimited amount of money." This tells me that they are convincing people to give them another large sum of money.
I will say, the only part that concerns me is that maybe they are selling a whopping portion of the company, but as you said Dano, doing that only hurts their shares as well.
One other thing I found "Form D is a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that allows companies under a Regulation D exemption or Section 4(6) exemption to offer stock to finance their businesses without going through the IPO process and selling stock to the public."
Whitefish, I will be diving deeper into this later tonight when I have more time. I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on this, though.
"Containers have arrived and have been painted and placed for our “NTSB” Warehouse testing site. Equipment slowly coming in - inverters, batteries, generator, controls, etc. It’s coming together! Waiting on the blue vinyl “a” logos to put on the containers."
Attached is a picture of four shipping containers, forming what appears to be the base of the tower, as illustrated at around 45 seconds in this video.
https://vimeo.com/681982317
Idk if you all have seen Leete's LinkedIn or not, but IT'S HAPPENING! It looks like they're assembling a full scale tower. This is incredibly exciting stuff, really ready to see how it looks!
Dano, I can't imagine something more much pleasurable than watching this company get off the launch pad. Proving to myself, and the naysayers, that this idea is viable and amazing would be incredible. Being able to celebrate with you guys, would be great.
Leete seems like a genuinely good guy, and as much as I'd like to him takeover, I'm not sure Brian would ever let that role go. Frankly, I can't blame him. I'm just happy Leete is on board, seems passionate, knowledgeable, and like he has a vision.
I did the math a while back, and posted it on here. I don't think it's hard to see how it gets there. I still say there is HUGE potential here in developing countries, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. Let's get the tower spinning, the energy flowing, and signal delivered, before we go there.
Honestly, Dano, I think it's 2023 or never for this old girl. I'm not sure, but I don't think 15 million gets you very far past that point. Also, the shareholders aren't going to continue to wait. I don't think we're waiting very far into 23 to get some big news. Hell, a sizable announcement may come before then.
I'm not sure what being canceled would entail, but everything seems normal to me. Still optimistic something will happen.
No problem, glad it was helpful. It would be more of a case by case basis, I believe. Every tower would provide a unique challenge. With that being said, Aradatum seems pretty in tune with the latest technology, in that regard. I think that wireless backhaul is cheap, compared to it's wired counterpart. Here is an interesting tidbit from another article.
"However, operators that have a combination of microwave and fiber are also looking at introducing 5G, specifically in Western Europe where operators have as high as 80 percent microwave-based backhaul."
It's a bit older of an article, 2017, but has some cool stuff in there. https://www.ericsson.com/en/blog/2017/12/how-will-microwave-backhaul-meet-the-5g-challenge
Nice to see you posting, Danman. The tech here is complicated, I'm not going to act as if I'm an expert, but it is my understanding that 5g can be accomplished without wires.
A fiber optic cable may be an option, in some cases, but many times it may not be feasible. This is where wireless backhaul comes into play.
"Short-haul solutions, which typically provide wireless link capacity of up to 20 Gbps, are used in the access and aggregation backhaul segments over short distances ranging between several hundred feet to 10 miles. Short-haul links deployed in access applications (macrocells and small cells) wirelessly connect individual base stations and cellular towers to the core network."
Here is a nice article talking about wireless backhaul.
https://www.ceragon.com/what-is-5g-wireless-backhaul#:~:text=5G%20wireless%20backhaul%2C%20or%20as,network%20in%20a%20wireless%20manner.
I also believe that there will continue to be development in this space, making wireless backhaul even better.
I'd also like to say that running fiber is a lot simpler and cheaper than connecting a cell tower to the grid, which costs 400,000 per mile.
I would like to add that I saw, recently, Leete comment on a LinkedIn post trashing what the poster called "Stealth Mode." Leete defended Stealth Mode, adamantly, saying that it allows a company to perfect their inner workings until they're ready to reveal themself and attack. I'm paraphrasing, because I can't copy and paste the comment.
I, too, think there's a lot going on. I know that we're all ready for stuff to happen now, but I would wager a lot that Leete and Co. aren't sitting on their hands and would love to be a fly on the wall in The Aradatum Meeting Room. Something tells me, we'd all be buying more. All this confusion, lately, is frustrating. However, if Aradatum takes off, I don't think any of it matters.
Dano, I'm not sure. I'd like to think that anything you paid taxes on once, you wouldn't have to pay again. However, I don't know. I hope that it works out beneficially for you.
Another interesting news release, to say the least. Once again, a large amount of vagueness which, of course, makes people wonder what is going on here. I don't think there is any possibility that they could keep our rightful shares of Aradatum away from us, as they've already declared they would give them to us.
I wish they would have layed out a plan, as to what the next steps will be, rather than saying "will no longer support the OTC pink market." It's nice that they added "CGE will continue to explore alternative options to the OTC Pink market", but I wish they would give some context as to what those options are.
Overall, another confusing news release, but I will say this: they still see Aradatum as the cash cow, which is encouraging, that means the right things are happening behind the scenes. They have made it clear that Aradatum is the golden goose, and I'm glad they have. I just hope they don't try any tomfoolery. As GRBO stated, only time will tell.
Not only do we produce all that lovely power, Dano, our windmill is the tower. So, that works to reduce material cost. I'm pretty well convinced that if our tower works, you can just open up the cash register and empty it out. As for you, Magnetics, I was hoping to be free of your incessant whining until March. Alas, it seems that it is your goal to continually moan and groan without seeing potential. I'll propose the same solution I did before, just sell your shares. If you don't want to do that, there are two options. You're either an complete idiot who won't relieve themself from a company they see as a failure, or you see the potential. I think it's the latter, but it may also be the former. Who knows?
Dano, I've been pretty busy moving lately, but I'll sit down and fully read the article, hopefully, tonight. Not saying I'll do any better processing the information, but I'll, at least, give my opinion.
Dano, I understand the frustration, my friend, I do. However, I was reading on The Launch Alaska page, there is a part in there about Non-Disclosure Agreements, being a possibility. I'm not trying to be Mr. Ra Ra, here, but no news may actually be good news. If they're in the works with a potential suitor, they may have to be tight lipped about what's going on. The next date we should keep an eye on is the 11th, as that's the next event in line, but even that is a virtual session. So we may not get what we want, even then. I said all that, to say this. I believe in the team, and have a strong feeling that they've been chosen to advance onward through the TDT. If nothing else, I'm going to be giving them to my original deadline of March.
I don't believe that anything has come in terms of partnerships, yet, but I don't think that's expected this early in the Tech Deployment Track. I would like to see Larry's pitch, would be really nice to see how they're presenting the company. For the time being, I'll continue to have faith in Larry and hope that he is bringing home the bacon.
Leete is scheduled to speak tomorrow in Alaska. Let us hope that he will destroy it, I think he will.
I understand the desire of news. I'm a young man, but I have enough invested that it would certainly be life changing for me. I guess that all we can do is continue to be patient. Even if you wanted to sell, doing so now would be foolish, at this point. We're closed to the promised land, or the end. Whichever comes, I've enjoyed this time with all of you.
Life is that way, no need to apologize, my friend. Glad to see you post, again.
I agree with you, waiting is frustrating. I am hopeful that Leete and company have something brewing, and maybe we'll get a sneak peek. The Tech Deployment Track begins next week, on the 27th. I hope that my Broncos will get a win on SNF and the week will continue to roll with some good news from Aradatum.
I think part of the problem is that this tech is so new, if they released too much it could be ripped off, just a thought. Also, I've said this before, but they have to get this first go right. I will continue to wait, as hard as that is for me, so that they can nail it.
It's possible, Pink, but I'm thinking it's still in development.
Dano, I haven't heard from you since last month, give me some thoughts. Idk about you, but I am waiting for anything substantial to sink my teeth in.
Oh, also worth mentioning that the CFO they hired is going to an energy event in California this month. Seems like a lot going on.
