Remember Eastwood in the town with gangs at both ends of the street... (Copied a Japanese flick)...
Along those lines... we need to get the two or three biggest players thinking we are going to help the other side imo. A bidding war for MDGC would be fun to watch.

I see your favorite quote is "Don't be greedy"... I thought it was "Greed is good"...
That would be GGGGordon GGGGEeeekkkko...
getting interesting imo
I'd say that was a "BUY"
jmo
Been lurking... I read every post... I just don't post that often... Looking good this am.
If they move to the OTCBB, then we'll see what the situation truly is... my speculation... when that happpens this stock explodes. jmo
Hey Beech... have you checked out what city in China has an MDGC connection? Give you a hint... it was mentioned in the pr in your post... thanks. jmo
Right now the chairman says that there is:
"MediaG3 is very pleased with the FCC's unanimous decision to clear the way for technologies like ours to use these frequencies," Westergard continued. "Our WiFiBridges Network technology was developed to utilize these frequencies as a part of our municipal mesh network, along with our LMDS backhaul and middle-mile technologies."
When there is more than words to the claim, then the stock will not sell for 1/2 a penny a share. Speculation is the name of the game imo.
I agree Bob. Secrecy regarding ANY (past or current) revenue to MDGC, ANY spin-offs (Meshglobal, etc.), and 2010 outlook need to end post-haste.
Continued secrecy is not fair to shareholders who are being scared off due to the games going on--and potentially losing a fortune for lack of knowledge that is overdue.
It's time for the company to connect the dots for the shareholders... Period.
The investors here are not your average penny stock holders and should be taken much more seriously--and right now much more courteously.
No more games. No more tweets that don't "spell it out." No more I have a friend who talked to "U know who."
It's time that the shareholders call the company's hand... Cards on the table...
Whether by PR, company update in a letter to shareholders, etc.
"It's time."
I have not sold a share--of which I have MANY.
jmo and anyone else's who cares to join my opinion.
I've been out of pocket today.... looking good... Looks like MMs covered and we are ready to go back up...
jmo
Agreed.
Alot of this has been MM games to cover short positions. With news like last week, the new website and financials--they can not afford to be short, especially if we move to OTCBB, etc.
I haven't sold a share...
all jmo

My guess is that one of the factors here is that one or more of the MMs may be short and they are trying to cover by bringing it down... No matter... weak hands drop shares and stronger ones will pick them up. jmo
If you do and big news hits, hopefully you're in and not out... playing catch up can be expensive. jmo

The Company plans to aggressively defend its intellectual property rights. It is believed that most, if not all, of the current LMDS operators and equipment suppliers infringe on Wytec’s U.S. Patent No. 5,923,229, for sectorized, wireless, point to multi-point communications systems. Wytec has been approached by some of these companies with an interest in licensing technology from Wytec. To preserve the integrity of the Wytec brand name and preserve the value of Wytec technology, Wytec will license the technology only where it will facilitate access to markets otherwise closed to the Company. The Company will file for other patents deemed important to protect the technology of the Company.

FCC Approves White Space "Wi-Fi on Steroids"
By Tony Bradley, PCWorld
With a unanimous, bipartisan vote of the FCC commissioners, the unused television broadcast spectrum has been unleashed for use in wireless networking. Using the broadcast white space for wireless networks will usher in billions in investment and innovation, and could fundamentally change the nature of wireless networking.
Compared to standard wireless networks today that have a range of about a football field--assuming no obstacles are obstructing the signal, the white space networking is like Wi-Fi on steroids. Like television signals, the white space networks will have a range of several miles and can travel through walls.
Microsoft and Google are already embracing the white space wireless technology on their own campuses. Rice professors Edward Knightly and Lin Zhong are likely to be among the first in the nation to put the FCC's new rules to the test, thanks to a recent $1.8 million federal grant to establish a white-space test-bed network in East Houston. The five-year project calls for Rice and Houston nonprofit Technology For All (TFA) to add white-space technology to a wide spectrum Wi-Fi network they jointly operate in Houston's working-class East End neighborhood.
The bizarre bipartisan support--unusual for matters related to the FCC and the Internet--extends to the United States Senate as well. Both Democratic Senator John Kerry, and Republican Senator Olympia Snowe issued statements in support of the FCC decision.
"Releasing unused spectrum is a sure-fire way to promote innovation and provide low-cost internet to folks in Western Massachusetts and across the country," Senator Kerry said. "National broadband access has the power to create jobs, stimulate the economy, and enable towns, businesses, students, and families to succeed in the digital age. Today's announcement from the FCC is a critical step towards a robust wireless future that will benefit all Americans."
"While broadband is an indispensible resource to millions of Americans and businesses across the country, nearly 14 million citizens are still unable to use it due to lack of access," said Senator Snowe. "The 'white spaces' spectrum provides an opportunity to reach these Americans and further bridge the 'digital divide' that unfortunately continues to exist today."
Keerti Melkote, founder and CTO of Aruba Networks also favors the FCC plan. "Making 'whites spaces' available as unlicensed spectrum will drive a great deal of innovation in the wireless space. The multi-billion dollar Wi-Fi industry has grown rapidly precisely because the spectrum it operates in is free and unfettered. The Internet era was ushered in due to the open nature of Internet standards creating the online economy. TV whitespace as unlicensed spectrum promises to change the game in network access in ways that benefit consumers and ultimately bolster global competitiveness of US companies in the wireless industry."
The excitement isn't universal, though. Some organizations, such as the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), are less than enthusiastic about the FCC vote. NAB is concerned about the potential frequency interference that might result--possibly disrupting broadcasts on adjacent frequencies. NAB's official statement on the matter is, "We look forward to reviewing the details of today's ruling."
FCC paves way for use of ‘super Wi-Fi’
Sets rules for unlicensed ‘white spaces’ after two years of talks
By Jeffry Bartash, MarketWatch
WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) — Federal regulators on Thursday approved rules for the use of unlicensed airwaves known as “white spaces” that could make new Internet service such as “super Wi-Fi” more readily available to consumers and businesses.
White spaces refers to unused airwaves inserted between television channels to prevent interference. These airwaves, some of it freed up by the broadcast industry’s switch to high definition, is especially valuable because signals easily pass through walls and travel a longer distance than other unlicensed bands.
The Federal Communications Commission voted 5-0 to adopt a series of rules that determine how white spaces can be used and what would be off limits. The decision frees up the most unlicensed spectrum in 25 years and could spur billions of dollars in economic activity, FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski asserted.
“When we unleash American ingenuity, great things happen,” he said.
Unlicensed spectrum is already available for a number of uses. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology operate in unlicensed areas, as do many consumer electronic devices such as remote controls.
Although the agency approved the use of white space in November 2008, the FCC is only now putting in place specific guidelines after several years of contentious negotiations with supporters and opponents. Yet the details of the ruling are unlikely to please everyone.
The nation’s broadcasters, for example, have resisted the FCC’s effort to open up white spaces, arguing it could interfere with their broadcasts, particularly the use of wireless microphones by announcers and producers.
Supporters of white-space use – mainly consumer activists, Internet firms and computer companies – say the spectrum could be used to provide a host of new services over wireless broadband connections.
White spaces, for example, could supplant weaker Wi-Fi technology to build superior wireless networks on college campuses, hospitals and other large organizations. Wi-Fi signals don’t travel very far or penetrate walls quite as easily and are costlier to build over larger areas.
A Microsoft Corp. study, for example, suggests that the use of white spaces could boost economic activity by several billion dollars a year. Microsoft helped lead the fight to make white space available.
“Unlicensed spectrum is no longer just about garage-door openers,” said Copps, adding that it could spur innovation that boosts the broader U.S. economy.
The agency’s new rules aim to prevent such interference by creating smaller buffers near broadcast channels, protecting the narrow slice of spectrum used by wireless microphones and requiring white-space users to register their plans for using the unlicensed airwaves.
The FCC also assigned to the agency’s Office of Engineering and Technology the responsibility to create a database that would track who is using what part of the white spaces. The database would help the FCC monitor and resolve any problems with interference.
