Why would they come up with the magic number of 84, if they could make it less and let us have a lower percentage?
Now, the merger is done and 8k filed, let's look forward to what this new acquisition is. The particulars spelled out in the 8K are what has been; the future is what matters from here forward.
Maybe Hunsaker delayed the much-anticipated merger, in order to include the new product rollouts in their 1st reporting quarter (June 30 - September 30), because he knew their revenue numbers were less than stellar.
I guess we will need to wait for the coming weeks for a better idea of where they are going with the company. FWIW, we are now AERO.
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
8K filed
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
FCCN 8-K is coming TODAY! FCCN is what you should be checking out.
Got about half; got us upticked to .019.
I might raise the ask, but let's wait for the last 5 minutes.
Let's see how my 500k at the ask will help get us there...
The impression I got from talking to Andrew today is that the 8k could be out anytime, which could mean AH today or tomorrow. He said he wouldn't be surprised if it came out today.
I called Andrew today but didn't get to talk to him. From what I could gather from those who did talk with him is that he too wants to get the 8K filed and done with, so he can go ahead with the great tales about Aero.
I talked to one of the master distributors today. We spoke for over an hour about Aero. BTW, he does own a large amount of shares.
He thinks Aero will do just fine. They have very good products. He said the thing that Aero lacks is advertisements.
Originally there were 8 master distributors who had their own territories. He mentioned of one in Wilmington, DE who is doing a fair amount of business... He attested to the improved gas mileage, better air flow and sounds, because he has his own vehicles installed with Aero's mufflers. He said Aero's mufflers are awesome on the diesel trucks.
He has met with Brian Hunsaker and believes that Brian is someone who will do good for the company. He said that the patent Aero currently has is going set them apart from the competion. There was a quick mention of some patent infringements, but I forgot to ask further. In short, Aero has a very good product but they need to get more national exposure. Currently Aero's products are considered performance products. Unless people know about the product, they generally go with a more known brand.
He said Brian wanted to make changes to the corporate structure... Brian wanted to merge into FCCN because he saw it was a good shell that would take the least amount of time to go public, as supposed to going through the conventional IPO route. Yes, he knows who Peacock is... He owned 20,000 shares, which were then converted to 84.15/share.
"He" has asked me to not mention his name, so I will respect that and leave it for the critics to question the authenticity of what say.
In any case, he is confident of Aero becoming a very strong player in the muffler business.
He is fully aware of the formality Aero is going through. He sympathizes with all of us regarding the delay in the filing of the 8K, beacause he too wants to base his business on the outcome of the corporate restructure. He said regardless of how Aero is structured, they should do well.
Good luck to all. I hope those who have held on this long will continue to hold on a bit longer. The delay in getting the 8K filed is just a mere hurdle on a 10K race (for marathon rnners) but the end is near for all to be rewarded. Good things do not always come easy, and in this case - on time. Let's give the parties involved the time they need to get this done right. Sooner is better, and I am hoping for "tomorrow."
"Lori" answered the phone...he's on the other line.
This is direct to Andrew: 951-587-8072.
1. where is the 8K?
2. what is holding it up?
3. what is a more realistic filing date that we can ecpect to see it?
He should email Rusty Wallace and warn him that he's been misled. The muffler he's holding in the picture is actually made of cheap alluminum. All the people working at Aero are temps, and Hunsaker is the only bona fide employee. LOL!
IMHO, a company that is cash-flow positive and has the growth rate that Aero has been experiencing is worth dollars.
That time will come.
Go AEROOOOOOOOOOO!
I have a feeling tomorrow will be our day... A few people called last Thursday and again Friday as Andrew was reviewing the information (30+ pages) and was only waiting for the attorneys and auditors to sign off. It might have been filed already - late, after the 5:30 deadline - or awaiting final review before filing.
At any rate, anyone selling now because of a slight delay should call their 800 Toll-Free Hotline for a check up.

The more I learn about Aero, the more excited I am with being a part of a very promising company. Both you and I have been to the warehouse in Westminister, CA. I know what I saw there and heard by talking with the warehouse manager. I was impressed then but my continued DD reassured how I felt. I was a bit ambivalent about buying more, because the pressing issue was whether the merger was ever going to be completed? Now it's a done! I can't wait for the general public to understand and appreciate what Aero is offerring. At a one-time cost of about $179 can save them $.30 per gallon (at today's prices), not to mention increased torque and a life-time warrantee. If I had a gas station selling for $.30 less than the rest in town, I think I would be quite busy with people waiting in lines. Now... when I was there in April, the manager said one of their models was back ordered 2-3 weeks (I can't recall the model, but it was for trucks and SUV's). I'd serious doubt Hunsaker would let that be an ongoing issue; I'd guess he's taken measures to balance inventory with demand.
The pending 8-K is just the beginning of many great things to come with Aero beconing a public company. I believe they will be a name that people on the NASCAR circuit and the general public see as a good company with a quality product. How mnay penny stocks can say the same? Then you have Rusty Wallace as a spokesperson...should help with their marketing campaign. With a little more exposure and even one OEM deal will take the pps beyond what some of us can imagine at this time. If people Googled "aero exhaust" and read all the good things about Aero, they should feel comfortable with their investment. This is a great company with a bright future!
Good luck to all who share my same vision on Aero and hang tight to these prescious shares we still call FCCN.

S-8 was filed last week.
Wow!
Here's another one directly from FORD.

Nice little mirror trade to tick it down to .0165.
If Aero was in the business of putting out PR's and always on time, I wouldn't be here. This is a real company, and the transition is a big milestone. I am sure they want to get it done right. Of course, there's no excuse for being late on stated deadlines, but fact of the matter is that things do sometimes take a bit longer than anticipated.
I say by 3pm ET today. It's now 9am PT. Give Andrew a few hours to make some calls, let the auditors/attorneys have a final review and everything signed off. By 3pm everything is good and ready to be filed. HAPPY HOUR begins from east coast to west coast.
Weird that they drop it down a tick with 180 and then again with 300???
Exactly...who knows! But the interesting thing is...they didn't say it wasn't coming out today.
PR or no PR today will have people asking why and why not. AERO can't seem to make everyone happy.
People should appreciate what Hunsaker must do as President and CEO of this small and growing company. He can't just delegate, he must oversee all aspects of the business, i.e. budgeting, personnel, operations, overseas shipments, etc., let alone writing PR statements and verifying all information to be released.
This is a very important transition. I am sure he/they are doing their best to ensure things are done right. Of course, had they done evrything right, the momo could have taken the pps way above .10 by now. Instead, the pps sits where it is, because we have too many nervous people on board and a few who show up here with the intent of screaming fire...I sincerely believe the pps will rise above what we could have had, in the very near future.
I'd like to pose this question to everyone: Where do you think the pps will be this time next year?
has anybody been in a stock that is just flawless and on time with filings? Of course. But these companies turn out to be PR machines with little to show in the end. Aero may be the exception. FCCN/Aero has done exactly what they said they would. The acquisition is done! Some of their past filings might not be out exactly when people wanted, but they eventually delivered. The wording from the last PR got some so zoned in on the 11th as the definite date. The good news is the Company wants to do it right with all parties involved be on the same page, and this stuff takes time. Mr. Hunsaker doesn't give a rat's azz if the pps drops because there is a slight delay. He knows dawn well where this thing will go. The original investors of Aero may be friends and family, including Rusty Wallce. Do people think he will short-change them?
If the 8K doesn't come out tomorrow then be it. They will have it filed when they are ready. I am hoping tomorrow is the day.
The last two filings were accepted minutes prior to the 5:30 PM Eastern Time deadline. If I recall correctly, they didn't get posted until after 7PM.

I am all in! holding a low flush; bashers have a pair. Let's see that river card....
It's Hammer Time!
I am guessing that it's done that's why they could afford to break for lunch. Otherwise, they would be locked down in the office getting it finished.

I think we all will be "greeted with enthusiasm" when the 8K comes out. Anything said now is based on speculation. Let's wait for this thing to unfold.... "by October 11th" could be tomorrow, latest Thursday.
Before, now or later is all the same. There's always somebody around the corner questioning the timing. The fact ic Aero wanted to go public because they want to grow. The RM is done!
IMHO, the stock will appreciate many times its current level over time. Short-term I see a valuation of at least .10.
Who loses and who wins is all relative. You lose if you sell; you win if you hang on to your shares or accumulate when people with agendas try to instill fear in those with weak hearts.
All the filings have been part of the formality. The much anticipated 8K is also part of the transaction, and we will see it by Thursday. The good news is we are now AERO! And Aero is destined for greatness. Many have held on long and strong. And mere shakes are not good enough. Otherwise, people like Rusty would not associate themselves with a company or a product that doesn't have a future.
Good luck to all. We have a winner here.

Cappttenron, silly question numero uno: will this board change name and link once we switch to Aero? Silly question #2: what are going to do with all those shares and profits?
OK, OK they can tug another PR before the bell tonorrow in their back pocket. Just don't blame me if one came out and this thing really goes to da moon.
A PR before the opening bell tomorrow will really be quite exciting to watch this thing climb.
We are going to be trending green, for sure!
