I talked to one of the master distributors today. We spoke for over an hour about Aero. BTW, he does own a large amount of shares.

He thinks Aero will do just fine. They have very good products. He said the thing that Aero lacks is advertisements.

Originally there were 8 master distributors who had their own territories. He mentioned of one in Wilmington, DE who is doing a fair amount of business... He attested to the improved gas mileage, better air flow and sounds, because he has his own vehicles installed with Aero's mufflers. He said Aero's mufflers are awesome on the diesel trucks.

He has met with Brian Hunsaker and believes that Brian is someone who will do good for the company. He said that the patent Aero currently has is going set them apart from the competion. There was a quick mention of some patent infringements, but I forgot to ask further. In short, Aero has a very good product but they need to get more national exposure. Currently Aero's products are considered performance products. Unless people know about the product, they generally go with a more known brand.

He said Brian wanted to make changes to the corporate structure... Brian wanted to merge into FCCN because he saw it was a good shell that would take the least amount of time to go public, as supposed to going through the conventional IPO route. Yes, he knows who Peacock is... He owned 20,000 shares, which were then converted to 84.15/share.

"He" has asked me to not mention his name, so I will respect that and leave it for the critics to question the authenticity of what say.

In any case, he is confident of Aero becoming a very strong player in the muffler business.

He is fully aware of the formality Aero is going through. He sympathizes with all of us regarding the delay in the filing of the 8K, beacause he too wants to base his business on the outcome of the corporate restructure. He said regardless of how Aero is structured, they should do well.

Good luck to all. I hope those who have held on this long will continue to hold on a bit longer. The delay in getting the 8K filed is just a mere hurdle on a 10K race (for marathon rnners) but the end is near for all to be rewarded. Good things do not always come easy, and in this case - on time. Let's give the parties involved the time they need to get this done right. Sooner is better, and I am hoping for "tomorrow."
