I'm well aware of that situation, but frankly I don't think SAGA will go through given the numerous SEC violations (just my 2 cents). We'll end up back in ENZC with everything and they're adding another pony to the show ... would really just love to see strong progress on the MABS or ITV-1 given the 3 years i've been sitting here waiting for this to go multi-dollar as we all imagined.

Their SPAC merger is seemingly melting down and they can't say anything? Terrible look. They claimed it's all done and the SPAC has a delist notification and they can't bother with a reply? The last PR has all the juicy details how the success ... but external reality paints a very different picture. We deserve an honest update.

It would be really great if management would give us a legit update on everything. So many unknowns and they can't even bother with a PR ... truly disheartening.

Truly depressing to see where this has gone. How anyone can think SAGA succeeding / failing was good for any of us truly amplifies some of the delusion here. The deal going through was a bad deal and now the fact that they rushed so hard to get into it only to learn that SAGA was possibly the most mismanaged SPAC on the planet shows the carelessness of ENZC as a whole. Should have sold on any of the run ups. What a nightmare.
