(3) Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?

If someone had a large order pending execution for days/weeks/months, as has been reported, I could understand if they tried a micro order just to see if it would go through.
BISTROMATICS owns the tech
Ewellness owns the name and marketing rights to Phzio
Ewellness is in the process (supposedly) of transferring those right to BISTROMATICS
Ewellness has "contracted" with BISTROMATICS to service clients... Most notably ATI... Ewellness gets a small percentage of any proceeds from BISTROMATICS
Short and sweet, I repeat, BISTROMATICS owns Phzio
Re-sharing what I shared more than once in the past. The key take away is this:
"We have licensed our telemedicine platform from Bistromatics Inc., a company owned by our CTO, for perpetuity for any telemedicine application in any market worldwide. The below noted chart highlights what we have built to date."
The statement below is part of the 10K Filed in March 2020.

NOTE: as per most recent 8K a new service agreement reportedly under way to transfer any marketing and IP rights back to Bistromatics. Details will likely become clear in a future 8K.
IP and Licensing
We have licensed our telemedicine platform from Bistromatics Inc., a company owned by our CTO, for perpetuity for any telemedicine application in any market worldwide. The below noted chart highlights what we have built to date.
On November 12, 2016, the Company entered into a Services Agreement with Bistromatics, Inc. (the “Bistromatics Agreement”), a Company incorporated under the laws of Canada (“Bistromatics”). Pursuant to the Bistromatics Agreement, Bistromatics will provide operational oversight of the Company’s Phzio System including development, content editing, client on boarding, clinic training, support & maintenance, billing, hosting and oversight and support of CRM and helpdesk system. The Company has agreed to pay a monthly base fee of $50,000 monthly until Bistromatics has successfully signed and collected the first monthly service fee for 100 Physical Therapy Clinics to start using our Platform. When, and if, Bistromatics provides the Company with evidence of the 100 Physical Therapy Clinics, the monthly service fee will be $100,000. Bistromatics will have the ability to convert any outstanding amounts that fall in arrears for 60 days into common stock at the same terms as the next round of financing or the Company’s common stock market price, whichever is higher. Bistromatics will also have the right to appoint 40% of the directors.
Very hard for EWLL stock price to go up in the near term under the radar. It will not move legitimately and it would be highly suspicious if it moved higher on manipulation while the rest of the industry dips.
What a Christmas present.
Amazon enters space...if it's not good for Teladoc, it's (fill in the blank) for EWLL.

Nor would I ... I was making a similar point. Look at the post immediately preceding mine.
Someone on StockTwits posted they could not get their 1,000,000 share buy filled at .0003 today. Lot of that going around.
12/04? That makes a lot of sense considering what was going on at that time. My post referred to attempts to purchase between yesterday and today. What happened 7 trading days ago is ancient history.
Yes, it matters. When "average Joes" wait in line for days to have orders filled while others claim to "add to their pile" at the same price point in the tens of millions every day, something is amiss. Don't you want to help your fellow EWLLers scoop up shares by the truck load?
Also funny when people declare they are done adding for the day 25 minutes after market close.
I have similar curiosity here...screen shot, please.
This...
Fair enough. I can respect that.
Maybe...more an observation over time than a theory. It's not overly complicated if you have enough shares spread around to mask the obvious and make it appear nonsensical. If you were doing it would you make it obvious? I hope not.
I share this opinion/observation...not an accusation as wash trading is highly illegal.
I cannot prove it is happening any more than you can prove it is not happening.
I don't necessarily disagree. The point is that volume is not necessarily a reliable indicator in the OTC.
Wash trades create the appearance of volume to attract new investors who don't have all the information. EWLL has consistently high volume with no price movement 98% of trading days.
A wash trade is a form of market manipulation in which an investor simultaneously sells and buys the same financial instruments to create misleading, artificial activity in the marketplace. First, an investor will place a sell order, then place a buy order to buy from themself, or vice versa. This may be done for a number of reasons:
To artificially increase trading volume, giving the impression that the instrument is more in demand than it actually is.
It is interesting and unusual that there is almost zero talk about selling on the EWLL board.
Lots of encouragement to buy and claims of massive loading at different times.
In general, it's common to see people posting as they get in/out (buy/sell) of securities or sit on the sideline for a bit to take some time to figure out their next move.
Not here ...
Cue the "Why would we sell a sure thing? This is gonna take off! This is an address changer!" post(s)...so predictable.
And? What specifically is of interest?
The artificial volume has been consistent since before June ... EWLL is consistently TOP 5 volume with intra-day one tick movement.
No...simple answer...no
Bistromatics owns the intellectual property (IP). PHZIO and BI have the rights to sell in Canada...where most of the customers they have signed to date reside.
EWLL is supposed to receive 15% of any new business in the United States. Oddly enough, EWLL gave the ATI venture to Bistromatics which represented their largest US opportunity.
You are SOOO wrong. But I respect your right to be completely wrong.
Who is "physio" and why are you e-mailing "them"?
To be clear I don't think it's the real deal by any measure. I know it was an honest, yet unfortunate, type-o when you said "u" (meaning me) instead of "I" meaning you.
I am guessing you're still holding those 0004s and 0005s so time will tell where you land. My sincere hope is that everyone wins but we all know that's not how it works.
You did not read the last run very well either so you will have to forgive me if I continue to disagree with your position.
By your own admission, you supposedly loaded up on 0004s and 0005s on the way down in August. I can understand your passion to lead the ra-ra brigade in hopes that there is another wave so your can unload your considerable baggage.
Best of luck to you. It is even sadder that you are here leading lambs to slaughter. History has proven you wrong.
OK...I highly doubt you read everything dating back to August. If you did, you would see that I, too, was BULLISH and LONG on EWLL...8/14/2020.
From June to August I accumulated 4,000,000 shares all at 0001 ... The run up in August is what drew me to this board. After spending a lot of time researching I was able to connect the dots and changed my position. Luckily I was able to get out at 0003 and 00035 and make a little money.
I can relate to those who see a superficial upside to EWLL. I was exactly the same way. I learned that there is NO SUBSTANCE to EWLL. I have no problem with people who see it for what is - another roll of the dice on the OTC market - and trust the team that is running manipulation in hopes of catching a wave. My problem is with the people who make false claims that may indicate there IS substance in EWLL. I have watched three waves of fresh faces roll in here. I was part of Wave 1.
I, again, urge you...and anyone else interested in facts from authoritative sources...to go through my post history from the beginning. It's all there.
And thanks for giving me this platform by calling me out. Most historically pro-EWLL posters here are cringing and hoping you did not wake me up.
Wow...browse my post history. It is LOADED with verifiable, undeniable proof. You will surely learn something if you take the time.
All due respect, werd, as long as some people continue to claim EWLL owns PHZIO I will be here to tell the truth.
I am sure you know that EWLL does NOT own PHZIO. Again, all due respect.
EWLL does NOT own PHZIO.
What sales? $0*0.15 = $0
OK ... Super ... "Technicals" ... Hilarious
I bought 250,000 shares of NIO in October of 2019 at $1.50 when everyone was saying it was a scam and bound for bankruptcy. I am far from a pessimist...do the math.
HISTORICAL CONTEXT...this bounced between 0003 and 0004 on the way down from 0017 in August. This IS going back to 0001 and the Senior Bag Holders that MIGHT have been able to sell their shares to the incoming plebe class of Fall 2020 recently thanks you. Congrats ... You are the new EWLL Bag Holders.
HUGE LEAP ... over an even bigger shark. I applaud the creative, optimistic thinking but seek balance.......quickly.
Yeah, no...but I don't have the energy to explain it. EWLL does NOT own PHZIO.
Why do you think iHub intercepts and flushes certain types of messages? Nothing is "open post". There are boundaries even on the Internet.
I have never said that even once ... Prove that I have referred to any individual here as a "pumper"...if you are directing that comment to me. But thank you for providing a very real example of Internet Defamation ... In writing which is lible.
And while you are pondering how to respond let me caution you that Internet defamation is very real.
