Buy now! This price is a gift!
It's the naked shares effect. There's millions of unaccounted for shares in circulation that were created out of thin air from hedge funds/MMs that are now in our hands. That number of extra shares creates pressure on the buying. The only way to "erase the shares" from circulation is to have the shorters cover their shares.
We will definitely see some gain based on credibility with AFs, but to get a true run (based on short squeeze) into dollar land sooner than later, a dividend is likely to be needed, and will surely be a step in the right direction in forcing them to cover.
My target price for the short squeeze to start is somewhere around .35 because shorters will be forced to liquidate/cover once their accounts go negative due to Federal Margin call. My basis for that price is the Loftwerks IPO at .30.... I remember reading somewhere that most Fed calls occur when a percentage kicks in... I'm guessing -10% or -20% negative.
My hunch is that PV has this dividend plan in his back pocket if the AFs combined with new filings of financials thru 12/06 plus new signed contract news doesn't produce the desired effect into dollarland. That dividend will surely push it beyond .35...and the squeeze will kick in.
That's why it's important that you buy and *HOLD* ... don't settle for cents. Make shorty pay dollars for your shares.
PV's role as CEO is for 6 months. We'll be established in OTCBB land by the time he steps aside (he will still be with SLJB in a dealmaker type of role) and the new CEO will guide us towards NASDAQ, leaving PV to make the deals that help build up revenue streams guiding profitability upwards.
All my own opinion of course. I still haven't thought through how the potential CUSIP change could affect that thru the CCI-Midwest merger.
GLTA!
You got that right. Buy and *HOLD* ... don't settle for cents when you can get dollars!
Once SLJB gets past LFWK's original IPO price, these naked shorts who didn't cover by choice, will be forced to cover by Fed Margin call once their account balance in the stock goes negative.
Everyone *HOLD* tight!
It was anticipation of A/F release. Petar announced on his blog shortly before close of market on Friday that he has the AFs in his hands, and on Saturday night, he answered a bunch of questions about upcoming info, that he hopes to release the AFs through proper channels by monday afternoon.

This will be a good day for all SLJB longs!
Stay focused, the perfect storm is brewing... as FFB says, imho.
Why settle for cents when you can settle for dollars? Buy and *HOLD*, Patience and perseverence pays!
Patience is the difference between buying a new car, buying a house, or retiring completely and being able to do all of the above! The choice is yours. Buy and *HOLD*
GLTA longs!
H.O.G. usually stands for Harley Owners Group. It's possible that his ID combines his interest in Harleys and investing.
Wessal had to buy their shares on the open market. It's speculated that the MM ABLE was buying shares on their behalf, and keeping prices above .10 as a base despite NITE's effort to short/push it down below that price point.
I've put you on ignore... I suggest everyone else do the same. It's obvious he's bashing to get shares on monday.
If the AF's are posted and are what PV has said they were, then it's very possible!
Marquee had this logo up when they first put up their website as IR for Sulja.
After doing some checking of my own, I don't like what I see here.
It definitely looks like the same old "increase shares and dilute then r/s" trap, but with a new spin on it, imho.
I'm out. GLTA...not bashing here. I hope you guys do well!
You guys are wrong about TradingIsMyLife. He's a standup guy, and known for doing his DD and analysis. Just check his posting history to see what he's done for other stocks he's been in. Definitely not a basher.
Don't blame him for doing his DD and sharing his findings with us. Why don't you call and ask the CEO the same question yourself before you jump to conclusions and start accusing him of not being who he is.
Cool new photos of Dubai engulfed in fog:

Who knew Dubai has fog? It looks so surreal... reminds me of Cloud City from Empire Strikes Back.
Cheers,

Still here and holding 21,700,000 shares. We will be very happy in the next two weeks or so, imho. It's the weekend. People are watching football and enjoying the fall. Business as usual on monday. Have a good weekend.
I added more at .0003. My new total is 21,700,000 at cost-basis of .0004. A little underwater, but nothing to be scared about. There's more upside here, imho.
GLTA
Shorties running for their lives, is correct!
Can anyone provide any scenarios with other stocks that had their certs recalled? Examples, and what were their results? Just wondering if what AWYB did is a positive/negative considering it's potential for getting tied up in the naked short chaos, and how that potential scenario would play here.
Cool. Will be interesting!
And what is your interpretation of the filed amendment?

I reduced my order and it went thru quickly. It wasn't an AON order, btw... I allowed partial fills.
Just weird that I kept having to reduce the order, and then it got filled. Maybe they just didnt want to fill a large order. Manipulation at it's finest, imho!
Now my sharecount is a corrected 20MM. GLTA.
I have an order for 17MM shares. still waiting for it to execute. When it's done, it'll bring my total count to 25,600,000 ... GLTA
True. I don't see this as a long-term opportunity, either. It's definitely a good momo play though, IMO. Keeping a sharp eye on this over the next few weeks.

Han - from your tone, it's hard to guess whether you're intentionally bashing this stock when discussing dilution because you predicted that this stock would go to .0007 or .0008 by the end of the week.
I'm not attacking you, just curious to know your position on this stock since, traditionally, when someone is speaking about negatives for a stock, they tend to get lumped in with bashing.
What gives?
That's why Rome wasn't built in a day. OTOH, Dubai and other areas in the M.E. want to be built in a day! Enter SLJB and it's lumber!
Great! Thanks for letting us know.
Any guesses as to what type of run we'll see here?
I think we'll see a minimum of .001, a double from today's range at .0005, but I think I'm being conservative. Could easily see this going to .01 if the conditions are right, imho. Based on Trading's chart, we do have resistance at .0007 so that wall has to break in order to have the run.
Not sure about the comparisons to PAIV. PAIV was a one-in-a-million shot that popped to .30 from subpenny. Can you guys elaborate more on why you're comparing this stock to PAIV?

Looks like CSHD. Be careful... there's nothing to corroborate that statement.
do you mean .08 or .0008? That's quite a jump if it's .08, though, I'd love for that to happen.
Very possible. All depends on the NOBO list and severity of the potential for a short squeeze once the shorty's names get aired out like dirty laundry!
Congrats. I'm still sitting on a 3.2MM order at a limit price of .0004 which is still unfilled.
For every seller, there's a buyer. I know, I'm one of them and I want these shares.
I've been trying to buy on Etrade this morning... set my limit price at .0004 but it hasn't filled in the past 2 hours.
Can someone give a Level 2 status please? TIA
That's probably the main reason. I also think it's because he's trying to keep a low profile to provide less ammo for bashers like JaniceShell and JimProfit (who should be on ignore by everyone)
The owner of that photo gallery (Martin Sulja) said he's a cousin of Steve and John Sulja. His answer was posted in the Guest scrapbook on September 3rd. He also admitted to knowing nothing about their business.

I'm putting you on ignore. I suggest others put johncee on ignore as well.
I've been all-in for months now. Bought a starter strip while doing DD, and the deeper I dug (overseas is the key) the more I decided to buy in. Have not sold a single share and refuse to sell until we are in dollars, imho.
GLTA - go SLJB
I just want to say - as much as I think SLJB's prospects are good, it is foolish to invest beyond one's means, imho. I don't recommend people mortgaging their houses, borrowing credit, etc...
That being said, good luck with your investment.
I agree with your assessment 100%.
