Seems like it, I like taking what's given to me (I've been all in on silver / some gold markets the last 5yrs nothing else) so for instance when Panther dipped to ridiculous low I bought, same with Endeavour when the closed the one mine and they tanked, then Excellon dipped to 60 cents a couple months ago for no apparent reason, so was trading in and out of those. Now with NDM I had bought ~5 months ago about 5% of portfolio and likely would not have bought more until it tanked from fake news, and with gaining more knowledge about this and the silent war against chinese interests in the 'Rat party, and Trump's need for Rhenium (plus the biggest giant pool of clean (mining of) silver on the planet) I jumped 90% in, and sitting tight until the ROD and a partnership, then won't sell all but will want to get back into something else that may arise to be less so heavy on NDM. I watch like a hawk so while many will call me stupid for doing so, this is also the biggest opportunity in my lifetime, and when the ROD goes through with zero chance of the 'Rats winning (truth about Haiti about to come out and devastating indictments from Durham before the election 'see IG report - Hillary cliton and foundation - crimes against children'.
