I have no idea what this means:
http://finance.yahoo.com/marketupdate/inplay#ibm
"9:41AM IBM shares weak again as price probes yesterday's big down bar LoD @ 123.05 & holding just above for now (IBM) 123.15 -.60 : LoD @ 123.10"
Hahaha. If you need a sworn testimony that you have billions of dollars that hasn't materialized, you don't. Buffet doesn't need a court of law to prove he's the owner of 1000 BRK/A certificates. Good one though.
Yet you are here. I'll wager you'd have preferred the BBAN board to have a bit more "beating the dead horse" points to reference or research while you had your money in CSHD. I know I would have. It was a good place for info and could have been better. The alternative to what you accuse me of is someone like "Griff" lying his ass off.
Considering you're here reading, which would you prefer? Facts or out right lying? Me get a life? Life's good. Better yet, use the elusive "ignore" button.
Last two reported quarters showing stock buy back activity:
22,269,292 shares out of the market and on IBM's "assets" column.

Not hurting my feelings. Hahaha. I'd like to buy IBM under 100 again. I'm not playing options right now but thought I'd share the dividend schedule with the players here.
http://www.ibm.com/investor/faq/item/dividend-payments.wss
Dividend announcement can come at any time. That may be good for a 5 - 10% positive move. I don't think I'd by any calls past March expiration since the stock will more than likely retreat a few days after the announcement.
Of course, IBM may decide for the first time in several years to NOT pay a dividend in which the stock will tank. Just my opinion!
To me, I believe you are buying on the bottom... at least for the next couple of months. Look for a Dividend announcement on Feb. 10th. The stock should react really well to that news and continue up until close to the payout date which is typically March 10th.
http://www.ibm.com/investor/faq/item/dividend-payments.wss
That's not to say it will drop below today's prices when it retreats. In fact, I need to put a reminder in my calendar to move more money into IBM stock first week of February!
Edit - The Dividend record date if there will be one should land in mid February. So the announcement can come at any time. I'm moving more cash into the stock today and will hopefully take advantage of a small run. Of course, if IBM does NOT pay a dividend, that will drop the price big time. Can't see them doing that though.
LOL! As opposed to people like you posting for a miracle or your version of a tea party? Plus, the IBM board is boring.
Now more than any other time am I optimistic that this jack ass will pay a hefty price. Finally.
He's just trying to get everyone heated or excited (whichever camp you're in) from behind his keyboard. The value of the CSHD board today is to promote the exposure of Rufus and team's criminal behavior and keep them from succeeding in future endeavors.
For the life of me, I don't know what Griff's reasonings are for pumping to date outside of him being a narcissist?
Hi NovoMira, got your PM. I'd love to help out. Thanks! My free account = no sending PM's.
I heard it was $55 Trillion. Or was it $65 Trillion? Maybe it was the $45 Trillion plus all the mythical golden bricks from heaven thrown in as a bonus.
You know you are a penny stock trader when you don't actually know the company's name NEARLY as well as it's ticker. Hehehe
Man, that was funny:
"IMO, IMO, IMO!! Just shut up!! They all sound like the seagulls on Finding Nemo...MINE! MINE! MINE! "
Hahaha!
I can't believe how much IBM dropped after earnings. Frankly, I'd love to see it back down in the 70's or 80's just to pick up more for less $. .55 per share dividends 4 x's a year warrants the higher price though. I think we really need to start seeing that OS number DROP with all the stock buy back PR's.
98%? What was the stocks that turned out to be the real deal?
You want to go after people who played the stock for profit? Not sure what you are suggesting. Lot's of people played this for profit who aren't insiders and knew full well that Rufus was full of crap. You want to go after those folks? Or are you talking just officers that took off with gains?
That was a point I made on HSM exactly.
If Rufus was guilty, he would not have surrendered and tried to flea the country. At least that's what I heard from some other board.
Hey, there are people that log on the bottom of rivers. Saw it on dirty jobs. Good stuff comes from those logs. I don't think any of them were making billions of dollars but one log was worth 10's of thousands.
It's so tainted, all anyone (outside of the officers) has to say is I read it on a message board.
Well, it's been creating higher lows and higher highs the last few months. With a Jan expiration being 60 days out, I wonder if the DOW will move up 550 points even with a few pull backs in between.
Or maybe I just sell for the green I got and open a call on GLD 6 months out around 150.
Decisions, decisions.
H20md still sez... "Pull everyone's trading records."
LOL! Some people will never accept Rufus as anything but an honorable man.
DOW at 11k by end of December? Thoughts? I have some .DIAAF Jan 110 calls right now. Bought them too early (about 2 months ago) but they are green as of last week. Thinking I have plenty of time for them to be in the money before Jan.

There's a lot of people that made bank of CSHD that could simply state they were trading on the filings whether or not the "truly" knew if the filings were real or not. Rufus is the one that sold the media and lied. Why go after folks that played it smart rather than focus on the guy that lied his ass off to everyone every day and still does it today?
Remember Kapone? He made bank. I don't think he believed the filings were true but didn't mind selling to a bunch of hopefuls (like me back in the day). Should we, (I) be upset with Kapone? No. Rufus is the one that lied. Focus on the liar. Insider trading is very difficult to prove anyway even with the big companies.
All stock trades depend on the greater fool theory. You can't go after everyone.
It's moving on pretty quickly now. GOOD!
Well, clearly H20 is convinced that there are several other posters that committed fraud giving Rufus a pass until someone stamps a verdict on his forehead. In other words, he drew a conclusion a few years ago and in light of evidence, that conclusion still stands. It's the same backwards arguing that political parties exercise. Expect a result and then go digging for anything to support the position. However, there's no evidence that posters other than Rufus and crew did anything wrong. But H20 is still digging for it.
Masta, you know as well as I that Rufus's relatives TRIED to dump their shares. Who knows what relatives were successful in doing so. What has Rufus been living off of?
His profession requires him to be right at all costs. He accused many of us (me included) of stealing share holder's money. I'm not even sure he understands the difference between walking away with ill gotten gains and a VALUE that simply drops because what we thought was tangible disappeared.
All that and he never accused Rufus of a damned thing. Even now when he sees that Rufus and crew is facing criminal charges, he's still holding out that a whole bunch of us walked with 100's of thousands.
He might be a good person. I'm sure he is but I grew up in church and one thing I found is that "spiritual advisers" (whatever term you want to use) refuse to see anything beyond whatever conclusion they've already come.
That always happens. I quit playing earnings because of that crap (options). BUT, I think part of the drop had to do with the news that Moffet got tangled up in that Hedge Fund insider trading scandal. IBM going back up.
Just as predicted by many here. I wonder what took so long to bring the criminal charges?
Still holding onto the faith.
http://atlanta.fbi.gov/dojpressrel/pressrel09/at110309.htm
"During the weeks that the alleged misrepresentations were being publicly disseminated via press releases and SEC filings, CSHC's stock price on the open market more than tripled. The stock, which was a "penny-stock" trading for less than $1 per share in August 2006, appreciated to more than $3 per share in October 2006. During this time, HARRIS, STANLEY, and HORTON allegedly transferred substantial quantities of CSHC stock to family members and others, who sold the stock in the open market at artificially inflated prices of between $2-$3 per share."
Now are you happy?
Rufus is a lying POS.
What could have been:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=CSHD.OB
LOL!
Picked up Jan DIA 110 calls yesterday for .50.
That's 115 days out. That's roughly 80 trading days away. To be in the money, the DOW needs to increase an average of 15 bucks per trading day. It could happen with IBM leading the DOW's run up.
Let's see what happens!
Anyone know a good source to track U.S. currency supplies in the U.S.? I heard we are up to 1.7 trillion now... from 800 billion last year. I'd like a way to confirm that and track it. Thoughts?
You sure about that? MM's could have easily covered while the stock was on the grey's. LOT'S of folks, I'm sure, still had CSHD sitting in their electronic accounts just sitting there. Naked shorts probably covered while the stock was worthless.
We all wondered who bought 50k shares one day, etc., right?
Well, they had the investigation that turned up proof that Rufus was lying about assets. Likewise, Rufus never proved he had a dime in the company's name.
You can't account for "lost value" in finite terms. Yeah, much was sold at a good price so there was money made. But someone who had 50k worth of stock one day and 50 the next day because the SEC steps in = simply losing a value that no one really had unless they sold before hand.
LOL! I wonder what the SEC sees as a worse crime. Illegal naked shorting? Or a company lying about it's assets in a filing?
That's probably the best question that needed answering back in 2006.
Someone sells you a car worth 0 for 10k because they lied about the fact it was missing an engine and various parts that deem it not road worthy. You show it to your friends and they like it also so you believe the value is still 10k. The law comes and proves to you that the car is not street legal and you quickly find out you don't even have an engine! The value is GONE. Where'd the 10k go? To the guy that sold you the car.
Just because a group owns the majority of a stock does not mean there will be buyers that want it. The ONLY thing that keeps a stock up is buyers, NOT sellers or owners contrary to what Rufus claimed when suggesting that sellers set the price.
IBM could IPO a subsidiary of their business worth billions. They issue the stock. If no one's buying it, it's not worth a thing.
