CVM'ers.
With all the negative talk on Twitter about how Cel-Sci's patents are expiring, I did some DD on a drug called Premarin. It is also a biologic. But after half a century and several attempts, drug makers still cannot duplicated it. 2 have tried and the FDA shot them down.
The takeaway - a biologic is far more valuable than a patent!
Here is more info, if interested:

I posted this on ST, but will repost here.
So that anyone isn’t fooled by some of the talk on Twitter that some CVM’s patents will be expiring soon…to be clear…the patents are not worth much. Patents only offer limited protection for the holder, but it doesn't matter for CVM.
Multikine is not a drug and therefore it doesn’t need this type of intellectual protection. It is a complex biologic which makes it nearly impossible to duplicate. In fact, if someone claimed they did duplicate Multikine, FDA would require them to go through a P3 trial.

Again, thank you for your great insight! Cel-Sci has just begun to tap into the potential of this drug.
I have a private question I would like to ask you. But I don't know the best way to reach you privately.
Could you email me at info@frugalnorwegian.com?
Thanks in advance.
Duduza5 - thank you very much for your great insight.
I have put all of the important points from Cel-Sci's July 1 investor meeting on my site with timestamps. Not sure if that will help you at all...
https://frugalnorwegian.com/cvm
I have also put some of your replies to questions on my site. Hope that is okay.
Thanks again for your excellent contributions.
Is there a way I can reach you privately? Are you on Stocktwits, or Twitter?
Duduza5 - Are you on any other forums that we can privately chat?
Thanks in advance.
Updated site on CTXR with Dec 2021 Mino-lok Phase 3 trial completion date.

Have a great 4th of July!
Are you on any other forums? I would like to message you privately. TIA.
Q - Here is a P3 study that passed its primary endpoint with only 62 participants.

Here are the results of that P3 study.

All the best.
If my source is correct, Dr. Talor will be present at the ASM to answer some questions.
Here is my take on yesterday's events.
https://frugalnorwegian.com/cvm/
Take care.
I created a page on my site talking about OMER. Let me know if I am missing any nuggets. Thanks.

Summary: This company is a prime candidate for a buyout if FDA approval is given.
It is ultimately up to Cel-Sci, but I believe they want a complete buyout. Geert has hinted at this in the past.
It's one thing to run a clinical trial, but it takes an entirely different skill-set to commercialize a drug. That is not to say he couldn't do it, but he would have to shift his thinking from what he has been doing all his life. Remember that for Geert and his team, CVM is all the 'real-world' experience they have. And they have been laser-focused on doing the clinical trials and build-out, with expansion, of the MFG facility.
Commercialization is a whole different animal.
CVM Fam: Updated article (with more short info) from Andy now titled: "Hello June, The Big Day is Coming"
https://dinhvesting.substack.com/p/cel-sci-cvm-the-big-day-is-coming
I am now covering this company on my FrugalNorwegian site. I initially had good prospects about this company, but the competition for UF and Endometriosis will be fierce. I would appreciate any feedback on my OBSV page. Thanks!
https://frugalnorwegian.com/obsv/
Solid Post, Biobonic! Yes, even Geert was thrown off by how long everything would take.
Everyone understandably always looks at the primary and secondary endpoints. But one must not forget that 3rd arm (~132 patients), which is designed to help the company determine the mechanism of action. I don't know how much longer that would take to determine, but I am sure it adds time. The MOA is very important in determining other indications MK can be used in. If CVM succeeds, that MOA knowledge will add billions to the ultimate value of MK.

Have a great day!
Well, you really don't know if he is making it up or not, do you? That is why sources are a good thing.
I see that article as very good news for Multikine. That article is in line with Geert's statements in the past that: "all they do is extend your life by 2-3 months'. In other words no overall survival benefit. Multikine aims to improve your chances of survival. In other words, you are cured.
Trickle,
Just b/c you say you verified it means nothing. It only means something to you. If that is all you have, then why post on this forum? What was your point in telling others if you can't provide proof.
It's like me saying "I have pictures of the CVM facility and they are doing a lot of electrical work. Just believe me, it is happening."
What would that do for anyone else? Nothing. No one on this forum is a source within themselves, so proof is required on almost all posts.
You make constant claims with very little proof. As I am sure you know on Stocktwits, that approach got you in a big disagreement with BioGLovesMe.
If you want to improve your posts, be prepared to provide proof. If you can't, then don't post it. It's not that hard.
Newest video from CEO Myron Holubiak here:

haha. No.
I have posted manufacturing facility upgrade pictures. This isn't a good forum for sharing pics so they are here for those interested: https://frugalnorwegian.com/cel-sci-manufacturing-facility-pics/
All the best.
Sab - The language on the SEC page says: "Companies have four business days to file a Form 8-K for the events specified in the items in Sections 1-6 and 9 above."
Which section on that SEC page (See below) does "data release" fall under? I am trying to figure it out, but having difficulty.
https://www.sec.gov/fast-answers/answersform8khtm.html
I am doing an FAQ section on my webpage to help others understand sponsor data release obligations, which is why I am asking. Thanks in advance.

CVM Fam: I have created a new website.
The site is https://www.frugalnorwegian.com . It outlines deep DD on select biotech stocks. (It does not cover CVM as that has already been excellently done.) There are only 3 listed right now, but I will eventually have more. These are stocks I would invest in myself (or am currently invested in).
The site will also be a central repository for biotech information & philosophical approaches for biotech investments. So if you have biotech questions in the future, I hope to have the answer on my site. My goal is to make it a 1-stop-shop for all things biotech stock related.
I would appreciate feedback. Don't spare my feelings...iron sharpens iron. Thanks.
GO CVM!!
Yes...only Full Data will be released.
The last time that specific field was updated (with the date of May 15, 2020) was April 3, 2020. The question is why update it now????
I think that date is significant. I just don't know HOW significant. :)
you're
This is good stuff. Any time you make a claim, it is good to back it up with a link in the same post.
LOL. That was a good one.
Geert was having some "fun"?? That doesn't seem to be his personality. In addition putting out misleading information can get you sued. Not to say he is saying much by posting the April 15 date, but still... I don't think this is Geert's type of 'fun'.
Gary,
You don't know what you are talking about. Go here to learn.
https://www.reddit.com/r/cvm/
Multikine was reformulated by Dr. Talor about 25 years ago. It is not the same drug as their HIV drug.
And no...the FDA will not let you continue a trial just because the drug is safe. Show me the FDA directive if you still believe that. It is unethical to continue a trial for a drug that will show no benefit.
You have no idea what you are talking about with CVM. Stick with NWBO...maybe.
The journal source you cite says that 9.5% of H&N cancer patients died within 6 months (in the Methods & Findings part of the abstract), but your blog says 6% dies within 6 months. Can you clarify?
https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0223154
Well done! Do you mind if I post that to CVM reddit?
Okay everyone... Fun Friday. Here is a poll asking what % OSI Multikine will yield.
