Hope you mean it in a positive way.
Denn, I've been here a while, and penny consistently talks of audited financials, and that Frank has always led investors down a primrose path. I am long HNRC, however some of the points made have a basis for consideration. Frank does have a questionable track record, and with all the positives on the horizon, audited financials would be a huge positive impetus imo.
I hope so. I have a fair amount of shares and if HNRC does what it says it will do, I'll buy more. But if not it's not going break the bank.
I don't care what anybody says. Share buyback is only solution for sp appreciation. To much MM ownership and to little retail interest. Got to get retail involved and that will take investment on HNRC's part.then price may reflect true value, otherwise it will slowly sink in sp imo.
I've got all I want for now, waiting to see how dividend plays out and if they actually follow through with Cunningham acquisition. If that happens, things will get very interesting imo.
Should be, but until volume goes up, MM's control sp. Only way to get them to leave is a share buyback. I know what's been said, but in HNRC's case it takes money to make money. There is too little retail interest, and to much of MM money keeping it down so they can control it how they want.
"Good news" means investment opportunity. I invest in myself and I know sp will go down, possibly way down which is a buying opportunity. Sell on the pump, rinse repeat.
Not if data is considered inconclusive. Look at Rett and PDD, Missling couldn't get that right, why expect anything better?
Plenty of time as sp will fall because MM's will push it down. Only way it goes up is with approval and that is still years away as a phase 3 will still be required as tld will be considered insufficient by FDA.
Exactly, there is no volume and without it the sp will keep going down. HNRC will have to do something outside the box to create interest.
Great news, it won't do anything for sp. Only a share buyback will move it. This is controlled by MM's and until HNRC does something like that, it's never going up.
Getting more followers but few buyers, waiting to see if management comes accross with a plan concerning div's. Not enough to stop the MM's from taking it below .50. As you said get off pink sheets and be open with shareholders then it may take off with enough volume. Even then it will be a slow ride, cause therr will be too many flippers and traders to maintain any momentum imo.
I don't trust them at all. They will find a way to bust it down.
I saw that a bunch of watchers have joined stock twits, not necessarily a good thing imo. Looks like a bunch of shorts getting ready to jump on.
Yes, if they were to do something along those lines, I believe this would rocket past a buck and never look back imo.
What is the chance that they let this run before they dump shares?
I assume it's going to be stock as well. However a eps of 27 cents annually with the SPAC's and the oil well refurbishing plan, this should be a lot higher imo.
I'm assuming you're questions are regarding
WDHI. I still think any company which has an income of 27 cents per share for the year and tells shareholders they can expect a dividend quarterly is worth a lot more than the sp for this company. I have misgivings regarding how the dividend will come about, but I am willing to wait and see how their efforts with the SPAC's work out.
Yes, finally a bit of clarity to their plans. I agree, give out the dividend and people will be trying to get aboard because of fomo. I think if their plans come to fruition that this could go possibly as high as $5 by next year imo.
Just curious, anybody know anything about 10q
I aggree. They have shown a profit the last couple years, if they were to buy a couple hundred k at market value, it would certainly show the market they have confidence and may move things along imo.
As I have said before. MM's own this and do what they want. Until retail volume gets heavy, it will be same old same old. Retail will will only get involved if promises are kept imo.
I think people are in a wait and see mode. Lotsa promises, just hoping some come thru, like div's.
I agree, show some progress, not promises.
How much better news do you want than last report, and look what it has done. MM's will not let it run period,. There is no retail interest so no volume.
Unfortunately it matters not. I believe that even if the Cunningham deal goes through, it will benefit the sp little if at all. Shorts own this stock. I just hope it goes up a bit so I can get out without too big a haircut. Sad but shorts can put good companies out of business, they care not for the small business trying to get ahead.
Yep, but MM's control sp so fundamentals are irrelevant. Until there is a shake up at HNRC such as share buyback or.a b/o this will always be a shorties dream stock. Let it run a little, then do a s/l raid.
You think they'll pay a dividend if MM's run this down for 6 months? It could get sub penny, I doubt it but everyone will bail, and there will really be no retail left.
I dunno, MM's are holding most of the shares. No confindence that it will move up anytime soon, regardless of fundamentals. I think if there were a B/O then MM's would have to let go, but only then imo.
Yahoo finance has it posted about an hour ago. Apparently the shorts own so much as to keep the volume down. Not sure what can be done to increase awareness and volume to increase sp.
I'll wait, this is still a lot cheaper than before r/s.
MM's control this now. Until a lot higher volume sp will slowly fall imo. I feel no agss financial's no volume.
Until we financials of AGSS and not HRAA, we can only hope, that's why we have to wait till 2H of this year to see real sp appreciation.
Why the22-23 mil statement in the video?
I believe this will be of great benefit to HNRC by EOY.
Mike the CFO stated at approx 8:10 mark of the interview that they would like to go from "22 or 23 million revenues" that they have now and grow the business with potential acquisitions. A long way from the 100 million that everybody has been spouting off about. S.P more likely to have a ceiling of $10 to $15, not the extraordinary numbers I have seen posted here. Nice, but pre-split maybe .50 cents. Yes it has a potential to grow, but the value currently is not $30 per share. You have to be willing to be an investor, not a trader.
Nobody wants to sell at these prices.
So what would you consider true value if revenue is 100m as claimed?
I agree, I was very upset at first but I held my shares which amounted to only a few thousand after the r/s. I would need about 5 bucks to break even on those shares, so I bought a bunch more at just over a buck, boy am I glad I did.
I believe it will go to trips next week. Any "news" will be generalities and blather, nothing substantive. Stockholders will get tired of the b.s. pr's and exit asap.
