Sounds to me like someone missed the boat & is a sore loser Lol ... ok so besides SSVC, you may want to take a look at CTYX (from .0001 to .0079 & still going strong 3 for weeks so far) Then there is OWCP (.003 to .15 & still going strong 3 weeks so far too) Then TVCE which came off Greys (.000001 to .02 is having a little pull back in week 3) don’t think that party is over yet either Lol .... I have a few more but running out of room & you get the picture... Sorry p.i.t.a. Your just going to have chase it ;)
Looks like filings are starting to come in AH....
Thank you for this post. Always nice to have the fundamentals in line with chart potential. I would like to
Post your breakdown on twitter if you have no objections? I can also highlight the areas you have pointed out and the areas of support/resistance & how they align. I will check tomorrow to see if you are ok with this :)
Good Morning, any thoughts on when earnings report will be released?
I had/have a target of .14 The Monaker situation has proven to be a very inconvenient fly in the ointment for the last few months though. I posted last week that we have had our red 9 week (an area of Potential reversal) and I was looking for updated information from the company because “it’s Time” & look at that, Right on schedule, we get some updates. I am not bashing when I am looking for news... I am simply bringing it to attention that we are in a good spot and are in Need of some support! Now let’s see if we can get above .0205+ for a close and move back up through into the 3’s ??
Well it sure would be nice to see that on the Bid... it sure isn’t on L2 yet :)
That is Excellent News!! Thank you
That is a silly thing to say about Any OTC stock LMAO ... I like VRUS but I do Not like the Fact that we haven’t seen Anything of Real Value since July! This has breached some Major Support areas and those will now become Resistance. I personally am trying to be hopeful because they have made an excellent effort to be reputable but Hope is a Terrible investment strategy. Soooo I better see something of VALUE Soon.
I sent an email expressing much of what you have expressing here. I am confused as to Why they would be talking about a New Entity, when they have yet to clean up the Existing one! Get this one Current like they have been saying for several months! Enough lip service and let’s see some follow through already. Fix the share structure like they said they would vs adding billions to the A/S.
I refuse to Donate a single penny to anything else he Creates... until he has has Earned it by showing me some Results here. That CC should be interesting....
I agree!
I will believe it when I see it. I mean seriously, how long does it take to get your taxes in order when you have no income?! The infamous carrot dangling in here is getting old. Show me RESULTS!
This would move a lot better if some of you would Stop Stacking the ask. Spread it out a bit so this can move. Imo
Nice article. Thanks for posting.
23 mil is the previous Float. Have to see the current share structure. I believe I read, in the new approval, 107+ mil.... I will have to review to confirm this though, just off the top of my head.
The Weekly chart shows how nicely the Bollinger Bands are beginning to squeeze together as well. https://www.tradingview.com/x/JFA7UYgP/
I am big on TA & one of the indicators I like is TD Sequential 1-9 Cycles (& 13’s) This is the Monthly Chart, we are currently on Month 8 with only 1 week left in the month. Look what happened after Month 9 (yellow bubble highlights) ... I am expecting a turn of events very soon. If you have been stuck here through the downturn, this is the time to think about averaging down, not selling....( & I am not a fan of averaging down Lol)

I believe this is Key! ‘I would like to know who the New York investors are and are they friendly, what contracts are lined up (PGA and / or Rogers Media etc?), how is progress on collecting $2.4M and the USA refcam trademark, and is Vicareo / ESPN / ActionStreamer / others in the crosshairs before I rush to judgement. In other words I would like some more PRs to decide’ .... Thank you MightyBull....
Bottom Line is we already had A/S of 5B but a Float of only 23 Million!
So 9B may be a heavy lifter but it already was. Lol We need more details before we jump to any conclusions. Once this is Current and that Stop sign is removed as well, that will also help. Now the company will have the funds to pursue the settlement money’s owed and to go after the contracts we have heard about. This has had steady Volume with Accumulation... I see no reason to panic the way some are. Perhaps some of the complaining is to try to drive the pps down further so they can continue to 2 tick flip? idk ....
Or did they just buy a ticker? .... That’s one way to get the ball rolling, lock up a shell & get all the old people out and put yours in place. Simplifies the process and I believe it is more economical as well....
Yup, all 728 shares from Oct 17th! A real zip code changer! LMAO
Perhaps I am not understanding your post properly but ARCA is nothing from what I can see. CDEL & ETRF are Buying Multi Millions and selling half to accumulate Millions of shares.... it is just a matter of when this blows up, not if. & we seem to be hanging on pretty tight to our shares.
Really? With 67+Million on the bid at .0004 & we are still in .0005’s looking for another round trip Lol
I believe the Terms of the agreement may also come into play. I would like to see something that perhaps has a lock up period, therefore setting a higher limit price along with a time frame the purchaser agrees to hold the shares.
To try to shake someone’s confidence & scoop up more cheapies before everything gets current & the chasing begins ;)
We have a couple gaps that will make for a real nice magnet upwards when that happens. I posted chart on Twitter today showing centre of BBands crossed above 50 DMA and we closed above 100 DMA today. This chart Shows the gaps too if anyone is curious. :)

Thank you! Volume is still solid here, that should really open the floodgates for some real nice moves. Lots of eyes on this. Imo
So am I correct in thinking as soon as everything is current, the stop sign comes off so everyone can buy right?
Hi Nestegg nice to see u here. Had a Fantastic week playing here, nice little consolidation today to keep it inside the BBands. Are you joining in on the fun with this Super Low Floater?
Only 7 mil Float. This looks interesting.
I am in. Love this chart!
Looking to add any dips.

Global Food Supply Firm's First General Counsel Talks Growth, Risk A week into his new job, Michael McGowan discusses the expectations and challenges he faces as the first general counsel and one-man legal department of a company with big plans for expansion. "We’re a growing company that’s going to need to take on some level of risk," he said.

Michael McGowan, general counsel and senior vice president of corporate development for Verus International Inc.
As word spread about former AOL dealmaker Michael McGowan joining Verus International Inc. as general counsel, so too did investor speculation that the food products supplier was preparing for a major mergers and acquisitions deal.
McGowan began his new job at the Gaithersburg, Maryland-based firm Sept. 26. Verus distributes food products, including meat, condiments and vegetables, primarily in the Persian Gulf region. But the company is making moves in the U.S., most recently with its acquisition of Big League Foods Inc., which has a license to sell Major League Baseball-branded ice cream and candy for all 30 baseball teams in the MLB.
Earlier in his career, McGowan spent seven years at AOL as an executive and in-house leader. He was involved in AOL’s merger with Time Warner and its acquisition of Netscape and MapQuest for $1.2 billion and $1 billion, respectively.
He most recently served as the general counsel of Cava Group Inc. and oversaw the restaurant company’s $300 million acquisition of the Zoës Kitchen restaurant chain in 2018.
McGowan spoke with Corporate Counsel a week into his new job about the expectations and challenges he faces as the first general counsel and one-man legal department of a company with plans for big growth. The conversation has been edited for clarity and length.
Acquisitions Under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements ActBOOK

Corporate Counsel: What are the primary hurdles that you foresee as you take over as GC at Verus?
Michael McGowan: How do you protect the company and mitigate risks in the least intrusive way in terms of the growth of the company? So what do you do to help the company continue to grow but grow in a smart way that minimizes risk and protects the company? At a macro level, that’s the biggest challenge that anybody coming into a position like this would face.
CC: How do you approach the position as the company’s first top lawyer? I’m sure there are plenty of expectations.
MM: I think you really approach it as a teammate. It’s easy to say no to things in a legal capacity. But I think the really outstanding and valuable in-house lawyers and general counsel go beyond that. They’re trying to understand a solution. You really need to dig into the business and understand the business as best you can. When you’re asked to do something, a lot of the knee-jerk reaction is to say no. I think the way to think about it is, “Is there a creative way to say yes but protect the company at the same time?” So I come at it from a slightly different perspective. We’re a growing company that’s going to need to take on some level of risk. To me it’s about, “Can you find a way to do what the company needs to do to satisfy its objectives but at the same time protect the company?”
CC: What’s your working relationship with the CEO?
MM: He’s in the office next to me, and we’re definitely collaborating and constantly meeting during the day formally and informally.
CC: There has been some buzz on Twitter about your appointment foreshadowing a big M&A deal in Verus’ future.
MM: The company doesn’t comment on market rumors as policy. But the company is constantly looking at trying to grow. That growth is organic, from what we have here, but it’s also looking at acquisitions like Big League Foods.
CC: Are the acquisitions the company is looking at primarily in the U.S.?
MM: We’re looking at a variety of things, both U.S. and international.
CC: You stated in the press release announcing your appointment that you “joined Verus at this key point in its business acceleration.” What exactly does that mean?
MM: It’s a key point because I think it’s established that it can have success in what it’s doing. Now it’s about, “How do you replicate that success and really try to grow?” Once you’ve established some level of success we want to go to the next level and clear the next level. It’s revenue growth. It’s growth of employees. Finding new partnerships whether through acquisition or commercial contracts. It’s finding new partners and new methods and ways of distribution and bringing new products into the mix as well.
SHARE
Excellent, very well written letter. Thank you for taking the time to write and to share with us all. Please let us know if/when you get a reply. Let’s hope they do put out an 8k to show good faith and to really prove that shareholder interest is as valuable to the company as they recently claimed it is. It would go a long way to solidifying confidence and encouraging us (the shareholders) to making larger investments as a reward for their efforts. Thanks again :)
I understand what u are saying but I would like to point out that almost all of the majors started on OTC land. (TLRY being the only IPO exception that I am aware of).
“But Canada's legalization has show that as soon as schedule 1 drops the Big Boards will be the place to put your company instead of otc land.”
I have been in Canopy, CRON & ACB since they were OTC’s... Those are the big 3. (Played TLRY IPO all the way up as well) Don’t let being on OTC deceive you. They have to start somewhere. :)
