I am thinking the same thing. I’m glad I’m not the only one who heard those figures from Textor.
Also FUBO has a lot of news lately, app being added to new LG TVs and trying to add live betting during games.
Maybe they really need the PLFX technology to meet their goals.
Whatever the case is, I will take the increase and stay in to see how it all unfolds.
for all of us I hope
definitely, I'll try not to be too hopeful though. That led to me holding this as a loser for years
A little hope. Will hang in there
I hope you are right! Lots of growth potential if the production facility stays on track
So thoughts on sticking it out to see what happens as opposed to getting out to recoup at least something?
Yes he did. I listened to those calls as well and multiple times he said the current PLFX shares would be bought out at around $1.60 each, he knew people that had been with them were planning for retirement, he would never take advantage of the people who stuck with DGLF, PLFX, etc.......just wait and see, wait and see. Well, we have been waiting, would love to see.
IMO PLFX should have been part of the original FUBO deal.
Interesting. Textor made many promises that have yet to be acted on for PLFX holders.
Any idea why its up so much today?
thanks
What is happening May 15?
Here's my problem. I know its not a lot and thankful for that bc I am left holding and hoping. I had 200,000 in 2019 before the 1:750 RS. That left me with 267. ouch. I diluted myself recently, trying to get my pps down to something that might actually be attainable. Hmmmm.... now if/when RS occurs I will probably be screwed again. Lesson learned.
FreedomFighter I wish I knew if you were being sarcastic or not.
I agree with you but here I am stuck with a few shares. Are you still in it all? Whats your exit number? Thanks
Here's to a good day.
I agree, holding and expecting an improvement next week. MANY people still without power and wifi here and only going to be more the rest of the week.
I certainly hope you are right!

thanks, Keep us posted please. Unfortunately I don't really know what to ask beyond what I sent in the email. Maybe knowing there are others out there who heard the same thing from Textor on the calls will help push things along. I did find it interesting that they said they were in the same position of holding PLFX. I'm not sure how much FUBO holds of the outstanding shares. And ugh, FUBO has not been doing well the last week or so. Waiting for a turnaround.
I contacted FUBO in November and got a reply. Here’s a copy. Does this make anyone have any other ideas about what’s going on or whether to hold or sell? Happy new year!

Thank you for your inquiry. As you may be aware, fuboTV Inc. and Pulse Evolution Corporation are two different publicly traded entities. Like you, fuboTV Inc. is a shareholder in Pulse Evolution Corp. and we continue to evaluate our holdings in such company. I have copied Laura Anthony, with Anthony LLC law firm, which serves as counsel to Pulse should you have any questions in the future related to Pulse.

Good Morning,
Does FUBO have any plans to buyout or convert PLFX Shares to FUBO?
Below is the basis for my question.
I have been trying to get an answer but have yet to find an email or phone number that gets my question to anyone that can answer so hopefully this will be beneficial.
Please bear with me as this is a little convoluted trip through the “penny stock that became FUBO”.
As an investor I got behind John Textor and his vision for Pulse Evolution Group which was trading as DGLF at the time, then became Facebank, and is currently FUBO.
I also bought into Pulse Evolution Corp. then and still now trading as PLFX and being the predecessor to Pulse Evolution Group and its journey to FUBO.
On numerous occasions Mr. Textor promised PLFX Shareholders on earnings and general calls regarding pulse evolution group (or whatever DGLF was at that time) that PLFX shareholders should not be worried, PLFX will be purchased at an estimated $1.60 per share , that it was understood where the base started and even that some shareholders were employees counting on the stock for retirement.
I understand that roles and positions have changed as FUBO is emerging but my share ownership in either has not and I would like to know if FUBO has any intentions regarding bringing PLFX shareholders into the FUBO family, regardless of Mr. Textors current status .
It’s up today right now by 57%. Is there a reason anyone knows of?
Any idea what’s behind today’s change in PLFX?
Jbac12, did you try to contact at the email or phone number you listed?
Any luck?
I sent my email to ir@fubo.tv and it kicked back as undeliverable. I got the contact on the website.
I emailed FUBO IR today, will post if I get a reply
