I contacted FUBO in November and got a reply. Here’s a copy. Does this make anyone have any other ideas about what’s going on or whether to hold or sell? Happy new year!

Thank you for your inquiry. As you may be aware, fuboTV Inc. and Pulse Evolution Corporation are two different publicly traded entities. Like you, fuboTV Inc. is a shareholder in Pulse Evolution Corp. and we continue to evaluate our holdings in such company. I have copied Laura Anthony, with Anthony LLC law firm, which serves as counsel to Pulse should you have any questions in the future related to Pulse.

Regards,

Gina

Good Morning,

Does FUBO have any plans to buyout or convert PLFX Shares to FUBO?
Below is the basis for my question.

I have been trying to get an answer but have yet to find an email or phone number that gets my question to anyone that can answer so hopefully this will be beneficial.
Please bear with me as this is a little convoluted trip through the “penny stock that became FUBO”.

As an investor I got behind John Textor and his vision for Pulse Evolution Group which was trading as DGLF at the time, then became Facebank, and is currently FUBO.

I also bought into Pulse Evolution Corp. then and still now trading as PLFX and being the predecessor to Pulse Evolution Group and its journey to FUBO.

On numerous occasions Mr. Textor promised PLFX Shareholders on earnings and general calls regarding pulse evolution group (or whatever DGLF was at that time) that PLFX shareholders should not be worried, PLFX will be purchased at an estimated $1.60 per share , that it was understood where the base started and even that some shareholders were employees counting on the stock for retirement.

I understand that roles and positions have changed as FUBO is emerging but my share ownership in either has not and I would like to know if FUBO has any intentions regarding bringing PLFX shareholders into the FUBO family, regardless of Mr. Textors current status .
