No, you're not seeing it wrong. But, there is no bid/ask, and we can't trade it until that happens. Someone mentioned (maybe FBS), that they didn't have an MM to trade the stock yet. I was just curious if anyone knows when that will happen.
Anyone have an idea when WLTK will start trading?
Here's your chance :)
I picked up a little more to lower my cost average down to 1.19

This board needs a moderator. It hasn't been updated in a very long time!
It would appear so.
Done
Good Job! Thanks :)
I threw a quick one up. I also added you as assistant mod. I hope you'll accept. I've been extremely busy, so feel free to edit as you see fit.
Has there been any evidence of the Investor Relations Group getting the word out for us yet?
I doubled down yesterday while it was under $1.00. I still think this will be a great turn around play if you can hold out for the long term.
I only see yesterday's news. You got a link?
Is this thing ready for the next leg up already?
Interesting find lifegear. I check the site on occasion, and I'm pretty sure it was there not that long ago. Hopefully, you guys will find out more on/near the 15th.
Nashville Records site is back up. Investors tab removed, Copyright's updated to reflect 2007-2008 and Nashville Records, LLC, but unfortunately, no update.
I missed that post somehow. Good catch Chevy!
FBS, I think you're right.
There's a critical piece your missing. There is no "record portion and the others under the banner of a medical company."
WellTek, Inc. bought the public shell from Nashville Records. As of right now, Nashville Records is no longer a public company.
Nashville Records website is down for maintenance. I presume it is to update the former shareholders.
FWIW, I had already emailed the welltek@efcg.net address. I didn't ask for an investor kit, but I did ask some questions about what was going on. So far, I haven't received a response.
Yeah, no kidding. Obviously, this has been in the works for awhile. Just waiting on details like everyone else...
I've glanced through it a couple of times now. After tomorrow, you're going to need to do a lot of updating to the 'ol iBox! :)
I think we may find out more tomorrow.

A web search for Avatron Technology Group is only coming up with the MODC PR. Even if they are a private company, you would think you should be able to find something if they were going to be making $32,000,000 in revenue.
Be careful folks.
Perhaps your "Letters to Gene" would be better served if you actually sent them to him instead of placing them here?
Website is www.welltekinc.com
The plot thickens.
No more Nashville Records on the Nevada SOS site. It's now WELLTEK INCORPORATED.

Thanks Chevy. I'm quite busy at work today, so I didn't get the chance to research these fellas as thoroughly as I'd like.
Let's hope this new arrangement works out in our favor. Now that the cat is out of the bag, I'd hope that the company would be expeditious in letting us know what's going on.
No, it was on post #9264
The only thing I know is that we are one step closer to finding out what's going on. Hopefully we'll hear something today.
How does it not make sense?
Nashville Records is incorporated in the state of Nevada. Companies are required to update their corporate listing upon material changes to the corporation. This includes the listing of current officers. The officers last week were Gene Sibbett, Terri Sibbett, and John Taylor. As of yesterday, they changed to David Fleming and Mark Szporka.
I'll leave it up to you to decide what that means, but I'm thinking these are the Trimark investors.
If you look at the amendments, it looks like that was changed in March of 2007.
I haven't found much yet for David Fleming. However, if you do a search for Mark Szporka, you'll see that he is tied to a large number of investment banking deals.
I went to the Nevada Secretary of State site and did a search. I provided the link for you
Here's an interesting find folks. As of yesterday, the listing of officers for Nashville Records has changed.

Sibbett commented that recent events; a death in his immediate family, management negotiations, and a tender offer to buy Nashville Records, had delayed a scheduled public announcement concerning the planned dividends to be given to shareholders. Formal arrangements between Nashville Records and the firm interested in buying the company required that no press statements on Nashville Records activities be issued during the negotiations period. Even though the Company making the offer is a multi-million dollar firm, NRI ultimately declined the offer. Dr. Winders commented, "While the offer would have provided a cash settlement that financially benefited Mr. Sibbett and the founders, Nashville Records principals felt it would have had a negative impact on the investor base in the longer view. This became the sole deciding factor. Clearly, the company leaders, in making this decision, were more concerned with seeing investors profit from the Company's future plans than with their own short-term profitability."
I'm only speculating.
What I'm suggesting is that your current NRLV shares would become shares of some other company at a 1 for 1 conversion. Presumably this other company would be trading at a much higher value on a higher exchange.
Or to allow for a 1 for 1 conversion of acquiring company's stock. If acquiring company was on a big boy exchange with a high share price, this would compensate us and get us to a higher exchange all in one motion.
I'm not sure if it's truly plausible, but it would probably make most of us happy.
Perhaps to minimize dilution of their own stock?
Does anyone else think it is possible that we are about to be acquired by a large Trimark investor?
I've been thinking about the severity of the reverse split, and I can't think of any other reason for it other than to sell the company. From a trading standpoint, the reorganized share structure doesn't make much sense. However, the reduced share count would seem to make it easier for a larger company to buy us. Remember, also, that it was mentioned in a previous PR that an offer for the company had been made, but Gene didn't accept because the outcome wouldn't have been favorable to the investors. Perhaps they were offered something that *was* favorable.
I'm thinking acquisition, and subsequent spin-off of Trimark.
I'm just thinking out loud, but does anyone else see this as a viable scenario?
