WOW! Every single stock on my board is in the red today, EXCEPT PGPM...
Did I just wake up in the twilight zone or some bizarro opposite world???
I agree with you completely. There are some, however, who like to claim to be experts in the field, and can obviously (in their mind) do a better job than Corr & Co.
I would be interested in knowing what their background is. Business? Probably MBA with no practical business experience other than a classroom.
Corr is accomplishing exactly what he stated he would to the stockholders back in November. Buying a business can be a very complicated process. Add in a business partner, financing, stock options, and a family that is trying to deal with accountants and lawyers to insure they have the best situation for tax purposes, and a deal like this can get drug out for some time. Hell, it took me 7 months to close on a damn campground! And after all that, I'm getting it back a year later!
Those who can, do...Those who can't, teach. (Or whine and complain about those who do.)
Geez...I thought Tropical Storm Chris might move this stock a little. Guess we have to wait until a hurricane makes it into the gulf and heads North. Until then, we may be in the doldrums here.
The MM's flipping shares...Kind of like "Flip this House", 'cept different. LOL!
Alright...
Here are the remaining storms for the rest of the season. Which one is going to push NLST over a $1 the first time this season? I'm guessing Hurricane Michael.

Today is going to be a BUYERS day! Woo Hoo! I'm in for some more today!
Both NITE and UBSS are pretty gapped on the B/A...
.0020-.0022 X .0030
FYI: There is in fact oil in Barnett Shale...Could be good for Pilgrim, as they are drilling there as well.

I agree. If you look at last years Hurricane season, there were 28 Hurricanes / Tropical Storm / Depressions. Of those 28, only 7 occured before the first of August. Even though hurricane season actually starts in early June, the most active period of the season is always in the fall when the waters have been heated all summer long...
Not worried at all. By October, NLST will be absolutely rocking!
JMO
I think the chances of Raphael stepping down are slim to none. It's not like there is a board of directors that has "hired" him to run the company. He IS the company. He is president, CEO, secretary, AND director.
Unfortunately, as it stands right now, stockholders right now are invested pretty much in a man with a dream who may be in over his head. He doesn't like to talk hard numbers unless it is speculation or forecasts...And as history has shown, his forecasts are so completely wrong that they almost border criminal for misleading stockholders.
I really hope Rafael can come up with something to drive the PPS up and let investors out clean, or with some profits.
GLTA
News out this morning says that Chris is weakening...
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060803/ap_on_re_la_am_ca/tropical_weather
Good for the folks in the path of the storm, not so good for us in the path of the stock! LOL! Either way, NLST is looking great, and I'm pretty sure that this isn't the only storm we are going to see before the end of the season!
Go NLST!
Yeah, .40 would have been better, but, where you are at right now, I can easily see a 3X bagger in the very near future. Hurricane activity is picking up, and should a big one hit the NLST area, probably even a 4X or 5X.
GLTA!
PS...I'm still kicking myself in the ass for not picking this up at a dime a couple of months ago!!!
OT: Zombies, actually! LOL
OT: (Sort of) WOO HOOO!!!
Gun store just called...
New rifle will be in on Monday. Now all I need is a PR and a move to .0057 so Corr can buy it for me rather than reaching for the pocket! LOL!
Goooo RUSH!
test
That tiny run didn't last long!
Oh well...I'm sure the MM's made a little money there.
With not much activity yet this summer, and the heat wave sweeping the nation, my prediction is that storm season is JUST starting...
Get on board now boys! LOL!
HURRICANE WATCH JUST ISSUED FOR BAHAMAS...Expected to pick up strength as it heads for the Virgin Islands.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/tropical_weather;_ylt=AhkIE0fiXTkEIQdEXz7y3xeCbpwv;_ylu=X3oDMTBiMW04NW9mB...
The beauty of it is? I KNOW you are right! LOL!
I got the mailer today. It's how I found this board. Not sure how I got on the list to get the mailer, but, got it anyways.
Chart looks good.
I'll lurk for a while before I buy, however. If for no other reason than I refuse to buy because I DID get the mailer! LOL.
GLTA.
HA! HAHAHA, HAHAHA, HAHAHAHAHAAAA...
Ass-Monkey gets what he deserves...
OT again...just for laughs.

STOCKSTER IS DONE > we need a new clown now > SEC charges thestockster.com with fraud
SEC charges stock-tip Web site operator with fraud
By Robert Schroeder
8/1/2006 04:29:25 PM
WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- Securities regulators charged a California man with fraud on Tuesday, alleging he made more than $2.7 million in illegal profits by secretly selling stocks he recommended on his Web site. The SEC said Nicholas Czuczko of Beverly Hills, Calif., touted penny stocks on www.thestockster.com even as he planned to sell them. He didn't disclose his sales on the site after visitors to the site drove up the price of the shares, the SEC said. Regulators are seeking a return of ill-gotten gains and civil monetary penalties.
Huh...
Alright Pal.
Didn't see any news in "few hours".
You think Rafael was pulling your leg?
Well, I have been watching the board for the right time to possibly get back in. Haven't seen it yet. If it makes you feel any better, I am in the exact same position you are in with RSHN...
Oh well, if we are patient, it's gotta go back up eventually!
GLTA
Not a bad PR, but not exactly spectacular. It doesn't help that all the doom-monger, "expert" meteorologists that predicted a record breaking hurricane season to this point have been dead wrong.
So much for "global warming" and the fact that it is the "cause" of all the hurricanes.
On the other hand, this is looking better and better every day for buying before a bounce.
Hmmm...FIRST POST, yet, he emailed Pilgrim, and we should expect a PR in the next couple of hours...Riiiiggghhtt.
Willie, gotta hand it to ya, you are a trooper!
AK...are you the only one up as late as me? I don't post much anymore. Tired of all the cynics (sp?) Late...drinking, trying to battle my wife over the MLS for a lake home! LOL!
A little DD on Meritage wines...Sent them an email earlier today asking about availability in the Kansas City area. The reply:
Hi XXXXXX:
Thank you for contacting us at Meritage. Our wines are not available in the Kansas City area as yet. We are working on placements with several national chains which are present in the KC area.
Sorry for not being able to direct you to a retailer in your area at this time.
We'll keep your request on file and keep you posted.
Thanks
Jim
I agree, good post Stellar. The folks in the woods are hearing the music from that party train getting ready to roll by...
Colin...don't even get me started.
Yes, I due my DD. After you due yours, why don't you learn how to spell? :)
I am sure he is struggling to come up with some other BS now...
Let's see. Hmmmm. Oh, it must be that the website is a scam too.
flaflyersfan = BASHER in the WORST way.
Cool, thanks!
From their website...
Winemaker: The winemaker for Meritage Beverage Group is Mr. Michael Zitzlaff-Oenology Australia Pty. Ltd. Michael received his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Oenology in 1989 at Australia's famed Roseworthy Agricultural College. Michael's family first planted the Oakridge Estates vineyards in the Yarra Valley in 1976.
Nope, they sure don't make any wine, do they flaflyersfan?
Do some DD...at least 10 minutes.
Don't bother. B-A-S-H-E-R
Let me copy your earlier post...

Shooter5,
None.
The CEO of RSHN will make all of the profit...if any. You just hold RSHN stock. You make a profit on RSHN for selling it for more than you bought it for.
Simple. Good luck.
So why are you still here? Every single one of your posts either bashes the stock, calls the CEO a liar, or calls other investors idiots for being in this stock. Do YOU own any shares? If you do, and believe what you say, you are more of an idiot than you claim us to be. Why don't you just crawl away under a puck or something?
Not sure. Haven't gotten that memo yet... :)
BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 2006--Chicago-based RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN - News), brand owner of e-water(TM) and the marketing company for Rush Beverage Co. announces an increase in the book value of its investment into Meritage Beverage Group of CA. A year ago, RushNet made a cash infusion into Meritage Beverage Group for 5% ownership.
In his investment report to RushNet, Meritage's President and CEO, Jim Clements, was pleased to inform the increase of the book value of RushNet's investment into Meritage by approximately 25%. Further to the reporting is the following:
Gentlemen,
1. We have over 10,700 case of our own brand of delSol wines that
we blended, and bottled.
2. Meritage is 50% owner of Global-e-Selections and we have sold
15 containers of our Italian wines this year.
3. We are working with a Canadian Company and making a
presentation next month for our new Tetra Prisma Organic
portfolio of wines.
4. We have a new contract with the Swedish Monopoly for 12,500
cases which will provide $345,000 per year in revenue to
Meritage.
5. We have begun making full presentations and tastings with all

Nope, they don't make any wine at all do they?
Why don't YOU do some DD before you tell other people too?
BLUE ISLAND, IL & RANCHO CORDOVA, CA -- 12/27/2004 -- V-Net Beverage, Inc (Pink Sheets:VNTB.PK) and Meritage Wine Brokerage of California announced today an agreement has been reached for V-Net to supply Meritage with botanicals for their herb infused specialty wines. V-Net has secured an equity position in the company, as part of this agreement.
So, I guess that Meritage Wine Brokerage imports the wine, opens the bottles, then infuses them with VNET (RUSH) botanicals before they re-seal the bottle to sell on the internet?
This JUST came out this morning. I posted the PR from a previous date.
Why are you still here?
Yeah, and he carries an 099...He was a handy guy to have around to cut trees that were a little stout for the Farm Boss... :)
Right on fellow fire-eater! '03-'05 I was in Willow Creek, California working with both CDF and USFS. A really good friend of mine is now a jumper up in Grants Pass.
Great experiences, but HARD WORK!!!
