They absolutely can be, just not by everyone.

I wouldn't call them a front loader if they bought in at trip seven. My initial purchase was in February at trip 6, and that was already after the front loaders. Sunny had been charting it on twitter some weeks before that.
Nah. This still has a ways to go.
Float here is like half of SB** and that got pushed to .02.
"They" are going to push this higher than .002.
Not to say there wasn't a decent amount of selling today. Always happens when the 52 week high is hit.
People will buy back in though and there will be new highs here.
At least that's my guess.
Beautiful. Put in a sell order around 11am for .0118. Got filled at noon right before the dump.
Was pretty obvious that was the best I was going to get, still a decent profit.
Twitter is starting to go radio silent on #sbes and banktank has a new play. Wish I had gotten into it last week in trips.
They would have gotten a A LOT more quiet after the dump Monday if they weren't going to do another big pump here.
You'd still see a tweet here and there on SBES throughout the day by them, as they continued to sell off their last blocks.
Chatter is too high from them still though. Much too high for this to be the end of things.
They've got plans for after the holidays still.
I have several reasons for not selling what I have right now.
1. I've already made a decent profit here.
2. Xu's other two stocks popped after filings. He did it with those two, he will do it here. If this can stay above .005 it will pop back to at least a penny.
3. There's too many key banktank players still pumping SBES hard on Twitter. If they're not planning for or expecting another run, there would be radio silence here on their part. Once they dump for good, they usually stop talking about a stock and pretend it never existed.
I gotta disagree.
Too much twitter chatter still regarding SBES from certain players.
If it wasn't going to get pumped again, they'd have stopped talking about it after the last dump.
It will break .02 after filings, but won't run past .05.
Final dump will probably be just around .03, morning after filings.
Yeah, that's how it's always done.
It wouldn't look good if they dumped everything at once every single play.
Front load the stock, take a small amount of profit on the ride up, dump a good chunk once the stock hits its 52 week high, then keep pumping while blaming the drop in pps on shorts, flippers, bashers, market makers, etc., then dump more shares when the pps rises back up a bit. Then they leave a small position most of the time just in case.
Anyone who put five grand into HDII back around .008 in the spring that dumped at .04 made 20 grand.
You look like you've been around here long enough to know this is done all the time.
I can name you six stocks, HDII included, between last February and now, where if I had had the money to invest 5k the moment I saw "the usual suspects" start pumping on twitter, and then if I had sold right when those stocks hit their 52 week high, I'd have made 100k by today.
Maybe. I think there's a lot of games being played here by a lot of players.
SBES is an interesting play.
I think a lot of the people who got in during trips took big profits Monday/Tuesday.
But there is still a lot of chatter among them as well online about SBES.
Usually once those profits are taken, the "usual suspects" move on to something new.
But they're sticking around on this one.....
Briefly.
NITE had just under a million on the ask at .014.
That only lasted a few minutes. Look at it now.
Could you explain why you believe that?
What regarding SBES makes you continuously post about your beliefs in how SBES will move?
If you believe SBES will dump and trend downward, why?
You said earlier this week SBES would be in trips by today. It's not.
Can you explain why it isn't?
Does anyone know what's going on with the yield?
I mean, there were theories the other day but now everyone seems to just be ignoring it.
I'm absolutely not bashing here, but this is another obstacle.
The 10Q was submitted on time, but the yield still went up.
What's the issue?
You're not actually asking a legitimate question here.
You know what the real situation is here with HDII.
You're just asking a question in a negative connotation to drive down the price for your benefit.
Absolutely no reason to sell right now.
I'd love to load more, but TD is down....has been now for over 10 minutes. Can't log into it.
Glad I'm not flipping anything right now, or I'd be more pissed than I am.
The 10Q is uploaded and listed on OTC Markets.
A possible issue here is OTC Markets requires hard copies of everything.
Doesn't matter if they have a digital copy, no hard copy means not "official" in their eyes.
That obviously causes a delay in things.
And personally it's rather ridiculous to me the way they operate in 2019.
The 10Q is listed there.
OTC Markets is extremely slow on some things though.
It's possible there's a left hand doesn't know what the right is doing situation here.
The deadline was 11/15, the 10Q was submitted 11/14, so that wouldn't surprise me.
You mean like the one they filed on 11/14?
Some brokers can trade after hours on the OTC.
It's rare that those who can actually do, do, but I've watched it happening on a stock last year.
I'm bringing up a legitimate issue with HDII and the merger.
I've explained how to view it, I've explained the difference, and I've given screenshots to show it.
If you "could care less" about it, then you're saying you don't want to hear DD that is against your view.
This shouldn't be difficult to see with my explanation for any computer literate person.
I posted an imgur album with screenshots.
I'm not sure what's weird about that.
Redirects to the homepage if you click the official English version, only brings you to the article on Peng if you translate through your browser.
Do you understand what I'm actually saying here? Or do you not get the difference?
There's literally nothing to "go through"
If you have your browser settings to automatically translate foreign languages, then you can simply open the link a private window to strat where I'm going from.
Look, the Peng article is missing with the official website version. It's only visible when translating the page with Chrome.
That doesn't make sense.

Go to the website from here.
http://www.gerpanghealthcare.com/
You're going to see two options.
Your browser, if Chrome or Firefox, will ask you if you want them to translate the page.
If you click "yes", you will be viewing the Chinese page itself, but translated.
If you ignore that option, you will see in the top right corner of the page itself, there is an "English" option.
Now if you use a browser translated page, you will see the meeting with Peng listed under "News".
If you use the actual English version of the page, the article is not listed.
This is a fact.
Here's a question for you....
Why is it only updated on the Chinese page?
The website has an official English version. If you use the official English version, you don't see the article about the meeting.
You only see it if you use your browsers translation on the Chinese page.
Why?
I'm never holding another "potential reverse merger" past its 52 week high.
If I had sold every one I've been in right when they hit their 52 week, I'd be 20 thousand dollars plus richer.
Maybe, one of these days I'll miss out on a legitimate one and will hate the fact I could have made six figures or something ridiculous.
But I'd rather be consistent in making a couple thousand per play, even that means missing out the a "big one."
You're absolutely right. 100%%
Nothing but pumping and dumping here lately.
Lot of people were also ignoring or unaware that the #banktank players were here before this shot up to ~.04 and then disappeared after.
Literally their MO.
Add that into the fact Xu has screwed up ZMK*....
This is an obvious sell at the moment for any trader aware of how the OTC works the players involved.
Textbook. All of it.
But....I've added here. Because there are things certain people know and the majority don't.....IMO.
What was the investment you got scammed on?
This is actually big, ignore my naysaying. Wasn't expecting to break .02 without the CD removed.
This could be an extremely good week.
Well, as much as you like to bring this up, it simply wouldn't work.
No offense, but if this action were to satisfy a control dispute with the OTCM, then I'm sure the attorney who specializes in this area and knows much more about it than you do, would have suggested it.
But he hasn't.
It makes sense that legitimate documents must be submitted. Not all control disputes are going to be bullshit like this one.
Just let the people who know what they're doing handle everything.
LOL... why does not Peng just fire the guy?
I'm giving it one more week.
That's it. Next Wednesday I'm out.
I know people here don't usually like honest opinions if it involves selling, but that's as far as I'm willing to go.
I already missed out having money tied up here.
We're trading on the OTC here. I've been taking a chance with HDII because of several factors, but at the end of the day I've been burned on 95% of "long" plays when it comes to pinks.
Guess we'll see what happens in the next five business days.
I don't like computer generated articles. They don't actually "say" anything. They're not written by an actual person.
That's a computer generated article if I've ever seen one.
Now you see, that's what I'm interested in. I couldn't find any public info on how otcmkt handles control disputes.
I'd like to see the process they go through, the documents needed, etc.
Do you have any links to sources that show it needs to be by mutual agreement or court order?
Sure, it would be much harder if they ignored it and "let it remain", but they aren't doing that. They are actively working on removing it.
Dude relax with the threats and the caps lock. HDII is in legitimate business. Not the "sanitation business."
I'm sorry, people aren't going to like this, but I always prefer speaking the truth. I'm invested here, to an extent my financial situation will not be that great unless the pps increases.
All that being said, let me reference:
he stated that the broker who di the transfer of hdii to mr Peng has the documents he needs. This broker is out of the country until today or monday. When mr mills receives the docs his will send to OTC.

Something I'm interested to know, and I can't find this information, is from a legal and regulatory perspective, can things move forward publicly, while the control dispute is still in place?
Can an 8k and LOI be put out while the control dispute is still in effect or does it need to be resolved first?
At the very least, considering there is no pending litigation, any type of legitimate PR could be put out still.
