I just hope you are using throw away money. Because if this thing stops trading your out what ever you put in, and you won't get it back. I don't want to see anyone loose their life savings. IMO

Did they say who the transfer agent is? I called the transfer agent pink sheets said KSWJ had and that company told me they were no longer working for KSWJ. I would like to call the new agent about this. If you have a name, number or both. Please post. Thanks, B

They never returned my email either.

The one red flag that stands out in all of this is the message on their voice mail. It starts out saying something to the affect "Thank you for contacting our corporate office" Nowhere in this message does it say WHOs. If this was a professional company it would say "Thank you for calling the corporate office of KSW Industries". Bigger companies usually have automated system directories. But they always great you with the company name.

Did you actually get to talk to someone or was this an email. I've tried calling and I always get voice mail.

I recently tried to contact the SEC on this matter and they have not gotten back to me. If I can get anything from them I'll post it.

Why would the company be sending information to the Pink sheets and not the SEC (where they should be). The Pink sheets seems to be the only source that has any info on this company at all, which is probably why SEC has been checking there.

The Pink sheets also told me yesterday to check Delaware.

Take this for what it's worth, but it's interesting if nothing else.

I just talked to pinksheets. They haven't heard from the company in a while. They are under the impression that the company is moving, but they can't comfirm it. The address they have posted is from last October. They said that they have written to George Anderson (recently), trying to get more info but he has not responded. They also gave me the transfer agent phone number. I called them and they said they no longer work with KSW and they didn't know who was.

He suggested the Secretary of State in Delaware. They would have records on this. I might try that next.

The suspension was only for two weeks. We are not trading on the pinks anymore. If things were cool again, I believe we would be. I'm not sure how the SEC works out the time line here, or if they are even following up. However if the company is not real...and again I don't know either way...then the SEC will eventually delist them. But I can't find out what info (if any) KSW has given to them. The SEC has not yet gotten back to me.

The SEC suspended this stock for the same reasons I've been trying to find out. They can't prove the credibility of the company, the product, or the joint venture they claim to have.

The company hasn't said a word since the suspension. The phone number is in NY and the address is in Canada. The phone number is just a recording and on it never says who it is for. So far I haven't been able to prove if the address is valid. And there has been no evidence (yet) proving if the company even exists...that is why I believe this is a scam. This is just my opinion. Make your own assumptions.

And just for the record, I hope I'm wrong. I would love to see this thing be real. I'm not a basher. I'm just trying to find the truth.

Ok, just talked to someone at ProMotion. They also never heard of KSW, but they are in an industial complex. The person said this complex does not have a name. So I guess it's a dead end for now.

If we could find out the name of the complex we could find out the businesses registered to it...right? If anyone knows please post. I'll try and find out.

Another thing we could try is finding out who made the web site. There is no links I could find linking the web master to the site, and no advertisements for anyone (outside the company) who would have made it. It could have been made from this guys home computer for all we know. If it was outsourced then somebody would have to have signed some sort of contract to get it going. It may be under contract for them to just update things periodically, with out the companies interaction. I'm guessing here, but it's just a thought. IMO

JPGetty...I don't know. That's one of my questions to the copyright office. If you look at KSW home page, right at the bottom it says copyright 2005. I could be a couple of days before I hear back from them, but I'll post what I find out.

I'm going to head down a different avenue. On the main web page they claim to have a copyright. I'm attempting to contact the US Copyright office for any information they can get me. Someone had to file that document. Hopefully they can tell me who. IMO

Has anybody read the privacy policy on the web site. They are basically washing their hands of any reponcibility for anyones actions toward their company. Basicly they are saying that anything and or everything COULD BE b.s. on their web site, and that if it is they are not responcible. They do though claim to be liable for fraudulent misrepresentation. The problem with this is, nobody can find them to do anything about it.

My company is appling for a pantent right now and I know there is a lot of paperwork. Drawings, schematics, documentational right-ups on the whole process. For leagal reasons the patent office needs all of this. KSW might be in the process of getting all of this completed before the patent office considers it "filed". I don't know at what point it gets posted on the site. Do they even have a "patent pending" status?? I don't know where to go to find that out. If anyone else knows, please post.

I just did a quick search on the EM-100 process and KSW industries on the US patent office web site. I searched through the posted applications and nothing comes up. I'm not sure if they are far enough to have applied. But it doesn't look like have yet. If the patent was real then that would at least give us something to hope for. IMO

The fact that the company is not saying anything and that they seem to be completely unreachable, does not give me hope. The SEC does not suspend companies for fun. They need good reason to. I'm not bashing either, I have a lot invested here. I would like to a least get it back. It's really ashame if this company isn't a scam, they don't seem to know what they are doing. It looks like a good product (if it in fact exists) I hope in the end this all works out. IMO

My etrade account no longer shows KSWJ as halted. Unfortunately we'er down 94% I was affraid of this. It's up to the company now to pull this thing together. There has been no news. They need to address the price drop and give us some sort of assurance that they are still working on recovery.

The company hasn't said anything yet. I think if they were going to reply they would have by now. The only thing I'm hoping for is that once the suspention is lifted (11:59 pm tonight) that they will say something then. Something tomorrow morning would be nice so we can have the weekend to crunch the info before trading on Monday. (IMO)

I think that waiting until after the suspension is a mistake. Unless the SEC has him on some sort of lock down and he can't say anything. I think right now he has to do two things:

1.) He needs to come out and address his share holders. If this is legit then he needs to reassure us that he is in control of the situation and is taking care of it.

2.) He needs to do everything possible to keep of off the Greys. Because if we open up on the greys on Monday or Friday and we all get the feeling that this is a scam. We'll be seeing .0001 in no time...it might even open there. I've seen it before. (IMO)

It's a shame, they seem to have a real viable product. I hope they can work this out.
