Obviously BP doesn't have the value if their asset's are in the wide range of 10 to 50 million. They were reporting it as a billion dollar drug before this.
Yeah but Bertitlimumab is in testing phases right now. It's not a finished product. It has no value until the FDA approves. It has value to immune. They claim their asset's have a value range of 10 to 50 million in the filed bankruptcy.
Was that you holding strong at .002 today?
Bought up is what I meant.
Everyone on here believes that much in getting paid then this stock should be selling like crazy right now lol
Or they know that new stock is always issued after chapter 11 and old are useless.
I don't think it's a good sign that lots of up to 8 million shares were being sold.
Was imdz in bankruptcy?
IDK... Wish the best ya'll
I think they're in more debt than what they are reporting. OTC doesn't have to report anything ??. Thus the many penny stock scams.
Doesn't have to be chapter 7 for the shares to be worthless. Chapter 11 they will be as well. It's common sense.
Even with a buyout the shares are worthless. No one will buy off the shares. They will be dissolved. Any smart businessman would realize that. This chat board is like watching a couples therapy session. Like you're in a crappy relationship and keep making up excuses to stay in it lol.
IMO... they will. People need to look at this more objectively. Reality sucks.
They do not have one yet.
People had every chance to get out of this and yet they constantly in blindly put money into it. Never fall in love with a stock.
Investors should understand that existing shares of common stock in a company filing for Chapter 11 usually are cancelled, even if the company emerges and returns to profitability. ... If a company is determined by the court to be insolvent, stockholders may not get anything after bankruptcy.
Worst pump ever
Chapter 11 means the company still has plans to try to keep operations going.the update doesn't describe anything even close to chapter 11 it clearly says that they would cease operations which is chapter 7 completely done.
If anyone was interested in the company or they even thought they could sell, then Extera would not be needed and the higher ups would have kept more stock instead of dumping most of them. The deal with vector was only for maybe 18 million for Ceplene. Not much for a drug. And they aren't even out of phase 2 yet with Bertilimumab! It is been in phase 2 for seven years+! Lol The options that fell apart were the last kick at the horse. The horse is dead.
Put your money into chain link. Crypto. It will take a few years but.. woah mama!
No...ceplene.
Oh probably nothing. They will dissolve the company and all assets but somehow magically be acquired by Teper and his new company what so conveniently launched in light of the spiraling chitstorm. Which is also why he is advertising he has the drug on his website. Lol
My bad talk text.... He drove that company into the dirt and he will with his next one
LOL... Yeah they really stick together. Teper created the company and jumped ship. Why would the creator of this company want to leave it? I'm not buying the story that he didn't agree with the research and development decisions. The drawback company into the dirt and he wear with his next one.
They've been pretty good at updating everyone with what's going on. Believe it or not... Companies go under with no miraculous last second things saving them.
That deal won't happen. He has no money.
What?! IMNP can't pay anyone... Clearly payment plans aren't working for them.
First quarter results are due in April but phase II won't be done for quite awhile yet.
What ever happened to this merger?
And Bertilimumab has been in phase II since 2013. The stock has fallen since conception. Only Teper has shown any interest in the company?! No one was interested in partnership by potential alone. Their drugs they have in circulation clearly don't make any money. They went to Extera for help. This filing had zero optimism and zero updates on anything positive unlike recent filings. If anything good we're in the mix they'd let you know. I question the actual progress of their trials. I think they know about their actual demise and are sucking everyone on here dry. Just my opinion.

Sell at.008 tomorrow not anything less
Well the original skin disease this drug is supposed to treat only has 12,000 cases in the us.
How high does everyone realistically think this stock will rise?
Pmcb is looking really good! About to finish a phase 3 study!
Yeah that's not sketchy at all that someone was advertising they owned a drug when they didn't own it. And I don't know about you but most people who are involved in their own business don't really want to get in bed with someone who has millions of dollars in debt. Buy them out possibly yes but they aren't going to be getting top dollar for your business. This is also the only proxy that actually flat-out mentions bankruptcy as a possibility. Y'all broke the golden rule of trading never fall in love with a stock. And if things really weren't that bad the stock wouldn't have plummeted to where it is now. not trying to be a dick or anything I just hate seeing people lose money but then again it's your money. I mean if by some miracle this stock actually makes anyone multi millionaires by reaching 5 bucks within the next two years, I'll go streaking down my main Street. Lol
They have no money. A stock is only worth the amount a business is worth. Even if they get a drug approved.. you're looking well into 2020 possibly 2021. The amount of debt that will collect by then will huge. They might not make it out of the red or they could break even. But that's possibly 2 years away. With the amount of shares outstanding and possible more to be released, this stock won't be worth anything for awhile if the company even survives.
They have no funding.
